Abstract

Abstrak Signaling theory menjelaskan bahwa kebijakan dividen mengandung informasi prospek perusahaan dimasa depan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui implikasi kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan economic value added sebagai moderator. Populasi berjumlah 20 perusahaan BUMN yang listing di BEI periode 2015-2018 dan sebanyak 13 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria sampel penelitian (purposeful sampling). Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu berupa data-data laporan keuangan perusahaan. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan moderated regression analysis (MRA) dengan alat bantu aplikasi statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebijakan deviden berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Economic value added dapat memperkuat pengaruh kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Deviden, Nilai Perusahaan, Economic Value Added, Signaling theory.

Abstract

This study aims to see changes in student spending on consumption, transportation and the internet before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative, qualitative, and descriptive research with survey methods and literature studies. The questionnaire was submitted via Google Form with a total of 100 students as respondents distributed through various social media. The results of this study show that in the pre-pandemic period, students' needs for consumption ranked first with a percentage of 43%, followed by transportation needs at 38%, and the last order was the need for the internet. However, in the post-pandemic period there was a change, where the need for spending on the internet became the highest with a percentage of 59%, followed by consumption needs at 22% and lastly the need for transportation at 19%. This happens because students who migrate to study can return to their hometowns or parents' homes due to online lectures, so the need for consumption and transportation decreases, this is inversely proportional to the increasing need for the internet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product variations in the MSME sector and digital marketing on the development of the MSME sector in Banten Province. The data in this study were obtained primarily through questionnaires given to more than 50 respondents spread across the Regency/City of Banten Province. This study uses a quantitative approach through the Ordinary Least Square analysis method with the classical assumption test. The study results indicate a positive and significant influence between product variations and digital marketing on the development of the MSME sector. This is indicated by the t-statistic value which has a p-value <0.05. The research model is also free from classical assumption problems (homoscedasticity, normal distribution, non-multicollinearity, and non-autocorrelation). The R-Squared value of 0.97 indicates that variations in the development of the MSME sector in Banten Province can be explained by variations in products and digital marketing of 97%. That is, there is a 3% variation in the development of the MSME sector which is explained by variables other than those studied in this research model.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh sales promotion, hedonic browsing, dan impulse buying tendency terhadap impulse buying pada pelanggan E-Commerce Shopee di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survei. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 111 responden. Data diolah secara statistik dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Pengujian instrument penelitian dilakukan dengan pengujian validitas konvergen dan validitas diskriminan. Penelitian ini juga menghitung koefisien determinasi. Pengujian hipotesis dengan melihat nilai koefisien jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sales promotion, hedonic browsing, impulse buying tendency berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui serta menyadari pentingnya implementasi Customer Relationship Management dan Kualitas Layanan Jasa Pengiriman Produk terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen terutama pada konsumen yang berbelanja di marketplace. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-kausal dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah alat analisis Regresi Sederhana dan Regresi Berganda. Dan selain melakukan uji asumsi klasik, penulis melakukan metode penyebaran kuesioner untuk memperoleh data primer dalam penelitian ini. Dan dari hasil olah kuesioner yang diperoleh dari 63 orang responden, di peroleh hasil bahwa seluruh hipotesa penelitian yang diduga di awal terbukti, dimana Implementasi CRM serta Kualitas Jasa Pengiriman berpengaruh secara positif terhadap pembentukan tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Dan kedua variabel tersebut membentuk lebih dari 60% dari tingkat kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and calculate differences in the level of stock liquidity proxied by the company's trading volume activity (TVA) before and after the stock split, the next goal is to determine the difference in stock price levels before and after the announcement of the stock split, and the last is to determine changes in stock prices. the growth of the company's net profit due to the announcement of the Stock split. The variables used in this research are stock split, trading volume activity, stock price and profitability. The sample used is 27 companies that perform stock splits throughout 2019-2022. In this study, the researchers used a paired sample t-test and the influence test using multiple regression with the help of the Microsoft Excel program and the statistical package the social science (SPSS) VERSION 23.0. The results showed that the paired sample t-test on trading volume activity 7 days before and 7 days after the announcement date of the stock split showed that the stock split had a significant impact on trading volume activity. share. And the last result shows that the stock split has no effect on the company's profit growth on the Indonesian stock exchange. keyword: stock split, liquidity, and trading volume activity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamics of returns and risks of Sharia stock investment in JII during the Covid-19 pandemic period. This type of research is quantitative using an observational descriptive research design. This research was conducted in January 2019 – December 2021. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, from 30 populations that meet the sample criteria of 16 companies. The results of this study concluded that JII's risk and stock returns for 2019-2021 experienced dynamic fluctuations. In 2019-2021, stock returns can be said to be unstable or even tend to decline, this is evidenced by the trendline that is pointing downwards, while for risks in the pandemic year, fluctuations tend to be more stable than returns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability as measured by the Return On Assets (ROA) proxy and Leverage as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) proxy on earnings quality. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative research design that is causal in nature. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2017-2019. The total population in this study were 193 companies. The sampling method in this study used the company purposive sampling method which complied with the company being a sample of 94 with 3 years of observation. Data collection techniques using literature and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on earnings quality while leverage has no effect on earnings quality. The results of this study can be used as a reference in the field of finance. The limitations of this study only examine two variables that affect earnings quality. It is hoped that in subsequent research, add or use other independent variables that can affect earnings quality, such as liquidity, profit growth, dividend policy, accounting conservatism and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward, punishment Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Area Terdampak Pintu Toll Serang Panimbang Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian analisis deskriptif ,Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random Sampling berjumlah 50 orang.Responden yaitu Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Area Terdampak Pintu Toll Serang-Panimbang. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah Spss 20.Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pemberian Reward (X1) terhadap motivasi kerja (Y) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara punishment (X2) terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Y) bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian reward (X1) dan punishment (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Motivasi (Y)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL) terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank BCA Malang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT BCA Malang yang terdiri dari 68 karyawan. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi komputer. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan : 1) Restrukturisasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BCA Malang. 2) Partisipasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BCA Malang. 3) Sistem imbalan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BCA Malang. 4) Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BCA Malang 5) Restrukturisasi kerja, partisipasi kerja, sistem imbalan dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Quality of Work Life, Restrukturisasi kerja, Partisipasi kerja, Sistem imbalan, Lingkungan kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BCA Malang either partially or simultaneously. This research method is a quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were PT BCA Malang employees consisting of 68 employees. The sample size used in this study was 40 respondents. Data analysis used in this study is multiple regression with the help of computer applications. The results of this study conclude: 1) Work restructuring has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT BCA Malang. 2) Work participation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT BCA Malang. 3) The reward system has no positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BCA Malang. 4) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT BCA Malang employees. 5) Work restructuring, work participation, reward systems and the work environment all have an effect on employee performance.
