<![CDATA[The community capacity building program in reducing disaster risk aims to realize the Bandung Rejo village as a disaster resilient village. Efforts made to achieve community capacity building include: (1) institutional aspects through the establishment of Disaster Risk Management forums (DRR) and Community Disaster Preparedness Teams (CDPT), (2) aspects of capacity building through dissemination and training in the preparation of disaster management plans and contingency plans , (3) aspects of the implementation of disaster management through a program to create a threat map and create disaster warning signs. The establishment of DRR and CDPT forums has a strategic role in minimizing disaster risk. The results achieved from the socialization and training were the availability of Bandung Rejo village disaster risk analysis document. The document can be a reference in making development policies in the village. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the forum that Bandung Rejo village had a flood hazard level in the medium category. The results of identification and analysis obtained two flood-prone points that were able to reach agricultural land and facilities and infrastructure facilities. The implementation of community capacity building programs in Bandung Rejo village can provide stimulus to local governments and the public about the importance of disaster anticipation.]]>

<![CDATA[Karang Taruna is a social forum that is expected to be able to overcome various social problems that produce young generations and are able to develop the potential of the younger generation in their environment in the frame of increasing the level of social welfare of the community. This great mission from Karang Taruna cannot always be smooth, for example in the Griya Asri Karang Taruna Group. Griya Asri Kalitengah Karang Taruna is a Taruna reef that is quite active in the social field, but this group has a positive foundation that can hone skills and can increase motivation to be a creative and independent generation. Therefore, the researchers took the initiative to conduct an Art-Enginering (Areng) training on Pemuda Karang Taruna Griya Asri Kalitengah with Pawitra Ruang Seni to improve their skills in art and the manufacture of simple tools. Components of Training Success are viewed from the achievement of the target number of trainees and the achievement of training objectives. At the level of achievement of the target number of trainees from the data of members of the Asri Kalitengah Griya Karang Taruna can determine the target participants get 50% of the total member data and 77% of the total active members. As for the target achievement of goals in terms of changes in perceptions and motivations improved by using the questionnaire and questionnaire methods, while the assessment of changes in skills was reviewed from the implementation of the program agenda before and after the participants attended the training. In addition, it was also reviewed from the first activities carried out by cadets at regular meetings after the training was held. The general results of the data obtained from the training are good. From what is seen from the motivation, the quality of the practices that have been produced by the participants, it can be concluded that the objectives of this activity have been obtained.]]>

The purpose of this coaching is to introduce capital market products and how knowledge and costs for investments and costs. So far, people are still patterned with a project with a high cost and difficult for those who are afraid to invest, even if there is an investment community with a road to find a safe at home and maybe even raising. Investing in shares is something that is very important that the internet. These targets are students and teachers with the hope that these students will transmit their knowledge to the community. <![CDATA[The demand to improve the ability in managing an administration by utilizing Microsoft Office is getting higher. However, there are obstacles that affect the ability of administrative management, such as the age and educational background of the administration manager. The Sumengko Village Government supports the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 47 of 2016 concerning Village Administration and in collaboration with Majaphit Islamic University to facilitate Microsoft Office operation training activities at Sumengko Village Hall. This activity lasted for 4 days consisting of a pre-test, the delivery of theory and the practice of operating Microsoft Office, and post test. The existence of pre-test and post-test activities to find out how much the skill (ability) of the participants has increased towards this training. While the material provided consisted of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. The increase in the ability of participants is classified based on age, recent education, and the position of participants. The age category is divided into 3 parts, namely: age 20-29 years, age 30-39 years, and age 40-49 years. Unlike the case with the last education category is divided into 2 parts, namely high school and graduate level. While the position category consists of village officials and educators. The average magnitude of capacity improvement based on age category, recent education and position for Ms.'s operation. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Powerpoint reached 51.66%, 46.59% and 45.00%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this service is to train the community in producing and packaging sugar ants made from coconut sap. The service location is in Patoman Tengah Hamlet, Patoman Village, Blimbingsari District, Banyuwangi Regency. Meanwhile, the partners that were made the object of service were unproductive groups of people in producing brown sugar and people who had previously produced printed red sugar but had now stopped because of various kinds of problems. The method used in this training is to bring in experts from the Desperindag Banyuwangi who master the field of making ant sugar. The sugar production process of ants in Patoman Village starts from filtering coconut sap using a filter cloth to remove impurities, the clean coconut juice is then put into a pan and then cooked with a stove. After the head juice becomes thick, it is continued by solidification (compaction). Solid coconut sap continues to stir until it becomes a crystal (crystallization). After the crystal is formed, refinement is also carried out by using wood made of pressure. After that filtering is done using a sieve that has been prepared. The ant sugar is then dried under the sun for 3-4 hours. Finally, the packaging of ant sugar is done using plastic and plastic bottles. ]]>

<![CDATA[Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya (UMSurabaya) responded to the development of the 4.0 industrial revolution by developing e-learning starting in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. This matter gives a big impact on the lecture system for the academic community. The Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) UMSurabaya as a faculty that prints millennial era teacher candidates responded well by making training to make digital learning media intended for all lecturers. The training was followed by 60 lecturers from FKIP UMSurabaya with the help of ms Office Powerpoint, Fastone, and Filmora software. The method used is the presentation (lecture) and direct practice to produce digital learning media desired by each participant.]]>

<![CDATA[The economic crisis hit the world which had a direct impact to worsen economic conditions in Indonesia. Economic conditions from 1997 to 1998, only MSMEs were able to survive. One form of MSMEs in rural areas is tempe business. Tempe is one of the original foods from Indonesia, which comes from fermented soybeans. Tempe is a daily food consumed by almost all Indonesian people. Tempe is a food that is consumed almost every day by people in the Pilangkenceng sub-district. Most are consumed as side dishes and are also used as souvenirs (tempe chips). Community service activities include holding meetings, conducting FGDs, handing over tools and monitoring. The results of this assistance include 2 aspects, namely management aspects and production aspects. Conclusion The Community Partnership Program needs to be done as the role of lecturers to improve the community Community Partnership Program is able to increase the amount of production and competitiveness of Partners.]]>

<![CDATA[The assignment of lecturers to schools aims to improve the quality of learning. The implementation of Lecturer-to-School Assignment conducted at Kalijudan 01/59 Elementary School, Muhammadiyah 10 Junior High School, Baitussalam Junior High School, and Muhammadiyah 7 Senior High School of Surabaya provided many experiences for lecturers of FKIP UMSurabaya and partner school teachers. Differences in perceptions between lecturers and teachers can be understood and straightened out by the existence of lecturer assignment activities to schools. With the assignment of lecturers to the school lecturers and teachers can collaborate with each other to compile an activity plan by seeing and experiencing firsthand experience how to teach in schools with various problems. Lecturers and teachers exchange experiences in learning activities so that learning is more meaningful. Planned and sustainable school assignment activities have a positive impact on FKIP UMSurabaya and partner schools and for improving the quality of education in the Indonesian nation. Learning model innovations and varied media use in learning activities conducted by lecturers can provide motivation to teachers and students in the learning process. With the assignment of lecturers to school this can improve student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity is motivated by the condition of problems in the environment of Junior High School (SMP) of Global Insani Islamic School (GIIS); it has been found that one of the problems that is deemed necessary to watch out is in terms of interaction with fellow Junior High School students. Based on the observation of the school, in this case is the teacher, the intercommunications of Junior High School students are considered "braver". In the sense of sometimes "forgetting" the risks or dangers they face. If we learn further, then the risk behavior among Junior High School students can be caused by the adaptation process in the face of puberty and also in the face of changes in the style of intercourse in adolescence. Risky behaviors that become the most widespread problem are the behaviors associated with bullying and the behaviors of intercommunication with understanding of sexuality.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the library design on the interest of reading students SMP Muhammadiyah 10 class VII A. This study was conducted with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data were collected using questionnaires or questionnaires with relevant questions, then the data were analyzed descriptively through presentation by frequency divided by the number of respondents multiplied by 100%. The results are proven to library design has an important role to the students' reading interest so that the average design and facilities of library 2.86, the completeness of the 2.93 book collection and the library service are 2.71 with the total totals of 2.83. libraries have an important influence in increasing reading interest. So an attractive design that fits your reading needs will bring the reader to a fun atmosphere. Visible when students dioperpolis feel comfortable and happy tentuknya not separated from the interior layout of the room and laying open a neat and easy to find. At SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya continues to make improvements with design desaib tailored to the needs of students]]>
