Abstract

The internet and its ability to provide faster and more extensive ways to access content are the main drivers of disruption in this story. This allows the aggregation and sorting of content and the dissemination of content to groups of people larger than is possible through previous forms of distribution. The researcher formulated a study on how to prepare the learning citizens of STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto in the era of disruptions with the motto toward excellence as integrated education ?. This research is "Online Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used by the authors in this study are documentation aimed at the subject of research, but study the available documents. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that by holding the two main streams of higher education (discovery and assembly), in this case it is more appropriate to integrate the STIT Raden Wijaya motto toward excellence as integrated education, so that concerns over the possibility of STIT RAden Wijaya's bankruptcy are not reasoned again. In addition to the existence of STIT RAden Wijaya, it can still be maintained, so that its higher education has been restored to its role as a guide or guide to human civilization, rather than as an impostor of what has been done by the industrial world

Abstract

Departing from the analysis of academic social symptoms, the background lack of interest or become a big burden for students to be active in learning due to various orientations including many tasks that are too difficult in quantity and quality. This problem has an impact on student achievement. The low level of student achievement can be seen from the students' achievement and the worse the students postponed the obligation to apply or complete other academic tasks as a whole. This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Motivation learning, And Satisfaction academic service Against Student Academic Performance. This research was conducted at Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. The number of samples taken 48 students. This study used a saturated sample. Data were collected by survey method. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, leadership style, learning motivation does not affect student academic performance. While learning management have an effect on to student academic performance.

Abstract

Learning model based on Flipped Classroom is one of the student-centered learning model to improve the effectiveness of learning. It is therefore important that educators understand their students' academic and social background before reflecting on and planning their lessons, the pedagogical techniques they want to use and the type of assessment they believe will engage the student in the learning process. The purpose of this development are: 1) Developing the correct flipped classroom learning model used for MI Al Muhsinun Mojokerto City 2) Improving learning outcomes by using the flipped classroom learning model in Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) learning in MI Al Muhsinun Mojokerto City. From the results of this research development can be concluded: 1) Expert validation and testing results, flipped classroom learning model is feasible to be used for the subject of Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI), because the developed product is not revised by the expert but from the results of the dissemination of student questionnaires that must be revised : (a) Improving the model's appearance or changing its learning strategy, and (b) increasing the use of resources in applying the model. 2) Making product development model through social media can improve student learning result of Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) in MI Al Muhsinun Mojokerto City. From the experimental class, there is an increase of learning completeness from Pre Test and Post Test that is 78.78% each up to 92.63%.

Abstract

Information literacy promises a change that focuses on the development and use of information technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education services. With regard to Online learning, the point of view has changed, that the learning environment is no longer centralized, but is distributed and open through learning features, facilitated by the Internet and network-based technology. This learning environment facilitates learning and knowledge development through meaningful interactions and actions. Ditulsinya This article aims to describe the Use of Information Literacy Technology in the Collaboration of Partnerships as a Learning Base at STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto towards the Digital Native Era. This research is library research Data obtained from books in the library and Internet media are secondary data. The data collection technique used by the authors in this study is documentation. The results of the discussion can be summarized as follows: 1). The sense of 'self' developing lecturer as teacher educator provides deep motivation beyond specific ways of working in a particular place. These beginner teacher educators have a broad workplace, working in various communities. 2). Shifting learning to digital with the presence of information and communication technology, especially computers and the internet has long been used by developed countries and it is time for STIT Raden Wijaya learning citizens to literate information literacy and carry out online learning activities at least to build communication and interaction through social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, online games, etc. for the benefit of partnership collaboration learning as a learning base. 3). In the future literacy competence is an absolute requirement for teachers at STIT Raden Wijaya.

Abstract

Kimball's not so comprehensive writing underscores the downside of religion. His writings seem unbalanced, in the sense of not showing the reverse side of the five alarms elaborated. Kimball actually from the beginning was aware that his study in this book is not comprehensive. However, his main purpose in writing this book is not to present a comprehensive study of the not only complex phenomenon and mutiwajah, but "just" presents a kind of critical reflection of a cleric and scientist like himself who feels uneasy about the rampant religious violence of today.

Abstract

The teacher is the key to the success of an educational institution. The good or bad behavior or teaching methods of teachers will greatly affect the image of educational institutions. the focus of this study rests on the ideational, interpersonal, social, and textual aspects of Islamic Education Learning. This research uses "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. The data collection technique used by the authors in this study is documentation. Data processing is carried out by conducting study activities, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. While data analysis uses descriptive-critical-comparative method, and content analysis method. The results of the discussion can be summarized as follows: 1) The ideational aspects of teaching include the 'approach' or ideal methodology 2. With self-emotion, self-control and teacher performance, inner beauty of the teacher becomes a personal reflection that is closely embedded in each step. 3) At least social skills include abilities: Communicating verbally, writing and or polite gestures. Mastering functional communication and information technology. Associate effectively with students, fellow educators, educational staff, leaders of educational units, parents / guardians of students. Hang out politely with the surrounding community by heeding the prevailing norms and value system: and applying the principle of true brotherhood and a spirit of togetherness. 4) Teachers provide varied activities so that they can serve individual student differences; more activating students and teachers; encourage the development of new abilities; and creating a network of learning activities in schools, homes, and community environments

Abstract

As the largest Muslim country in the world, the tradition of memorizing the Qur'an is also strong in Indonesia. Noted since before independence, many scholars of the Qur'an are born this earth. In memorizing the Qur'an people have different methods and ways. However, whatever method is used will not be separated from repeated readings to be able to say it without seeing a mushaf at all. This study aims to describe the method of memorizing the Qur'an most effectively for junior high school children. From the results of the discussion can be summarized as follows: 1. In principle all methods are good to be used as a guide memorize Al-Quran, either one of them, or used everything in accordance with the needs and as an alternative to the way memorize the monotone, so degan so will eliminate saturation in the process of memorizing Al-Quran. 2. Element tahfiz strategy should be prioritized when preparing the curriculum for teaching and learning tahfiz. Tahfiz teachers and students must focus on these strategies and apply them in tahfiz teaching and learning. This is to ensure that students achieve superior quality performance in memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

Education also fosters cultural innovation, because it can stimulate intellectual inquiry and foster critical thinking which is the basis for developing new ideas. The purpose of this paper is 1). Identifying critical thinking and open-mindedness simultaneously influence the understanding of the seventh semester student learning concepts; 2). Identifying critical thinking and open-mindedness partially influence the understanding of the seventh semester student learning concepts; 3). Identify variables that predominantly influence the level of understanding of the seventh semester student learning concepts. The results showed that Critical thinking and Open-mindedness had a simultaneous effect on understanding the learning concepts of semester VII students, namely X1 (Critical thinking) and X2 (Open-mindedness). The calculated F value was greater than the F table value (4,391> 3,35). . Open-mindedness Critical thinking and prices have a partial effect on the t-value of understanding the seventh semester student learning concept (3.45> 2.055) with a significance level of less than 0.05 0.008 and X2 (Open-mindedness) variable greater than t table (8.561> 2,055) with a significance level below 0.05 which is 0.002. And the most dominant variable influencing the understanding of the seventh semester student learning concept is Open-mindedness from the SPSS results which shows between X1 (Critical thinking) and X2 (Open-mindedness) variables obtained in X1 variable, Pearson correlation 0.381 <Pearson X2 correlation 0.081 This means that the Open-mindedness X2 variable has more influence on understanding the seventh semester student learning concepts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe the differences of self-knowledge with Learning together with self-learning in the seventh semester of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. 2) Describe the difference of self-knowledge of high motivated and low motivated students in the seventh semester of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto 3) Describe the interaction between learning together with self-learning and self-knowledge motivation in semester VII Tarbiyah High School Tarriyah Raden Wijaya Mojokerto . The type of this research is survey type research with quantitative approach. Population as object of research is student of semester VII of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto, This research is included in research of comparative explanation. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis test using t test and F test. From the analysis result can be concluded as follows: 1) There is difference of self-knowledge with Learning together with self-learning. 2) There is no difference in self-knowledge that is highly motivated and students with low motivation. 3) There is an interaction between Learning along with self-learning as well as motivation to self-knowledge.

Abstract

Implementation of 2013 Curriculum in Indonesia with a scientific approach shows that most learning activities are directly related to communication. This study aims to describe: failure of teaching classical Islamic education in a monological verbal communication perspective. This research is "Digital Library Research" The research data used is secondary data. The data collection technique used by the authors in this study is documentation. Data processing is carried out by conducting study activities, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. While the data analysis in this study was carried out during and after data collection using descriptive-critical-comparative methods, and content analysis methods. From the results of the analysis concluded that: failure of teaching Islamic religious education classically in the perspective of monological verbal communication is influenced by several factors including 1) Psychological reasons: That there can be some students who can not catch what the teacher said well and there are also some students who have limitations to understand teacher explanations, and some are not able to digest various teacher explanations for too long, or some have various limitations in some of the above aspects, simultaneously, so that the effectiveness of teaching becomes very disturbed. 2) Emotional Reason: That indeed there are students who have limitations in learning participation in Islam because of the form of delivery, either because they are in an angry atmosphere, feel embarrassed because of being humiliated by the teacher, fear or feeling displeased with the teacher delivering the subject of Religious Education Islam. All these emotional symptoms will interfere with the effectiveness of delivering teaching materials from the teacher to students. 3) Cultural Reasons (Culture): namely that among students there are those who have cultural constraints in the communication process, such as weaknesses in understanding various clues, or weaknesses in understanding the symbols used in communication, so that the process of delivering information on Religious Education becomes ineffective. Personal reasons, which can occur if there are students who are personally really not interested in listening to the delivery of Islamic Education teaching materials from the teacher, although many of them like it
