Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix in the customer's decision to save the savings mudharobah at BMT Mujahidin KSP Pontianak. This research uses descriptive method with data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Samples used as many as 100 people with a simple random sampling technique, the  variables used in this research consists of the marketing mix (X) and consumer decision (Y). Results from this study showed that the marketing mix (X) significantly affects the decision of choosing members savings products mudharobah at KSP BMT Mujahidin (Y) with t-count is 25.485 and the value of Adjusted R Square is equal to 0.869. From the 0.932 correlation value which shows the influence of both variables between the marketing mix decisions are categorized as very strong consumer. As for the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) that is obtained is 0.869 which can be interpreted to mean that the variable X has the effect of 0.869 against the decision of choosing members savings products mudharobah at KSP BMT Mujahideen and 0.131 influenced by outside marketing mix.

Abstract

This study discusses the quality of service given the blessing of self-sustained cooperative Sungai Tebelian Kabupaten Sintang. This study aims to determine the quality of service that includes tangible dimension, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This type of research used in this research is the survey method. Data collection techniques are the primary data, interviews, questionnaires. The study population numbered 808 members and 100 of whom were sampled. The selected sample of Purporsive Sampling with the criteria set by saving at least 5 months old and all members of the cooperative blessing respondents who self-sufficient savings and loans. Technical analysis is the analysis of the data used servqual score = score of expectation-perception score is calculating the difference or (Gap) to determine the quality of service. Of the five dimensions of service quality Restu Cooperative of Self-reliance can be concluded that the positive savings and loan service users are not satisfied with the quality of service cooperatives Restu Berdikari for service quality Servqual score of 0.37 was obtained. The analysis showed that the expected value is greater than the perceptions of members of the cooperative, means a greater quality of service expectations than on reality. The results of this study indicate members' responses to service quality Restu Berdikari Cooperative shows that most responding dissatisfied. Items that are greatest difference is the responsiveness of the employees of cooperatives is 0.66.Keywords: Service Quality, Koperasi Restu Berdikari, Kabupaten Sintang

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze customer satisfaction Nutrifood product shopping at PT.Sumber Fajar Inti Abadi. The variables analyzed were the presence, responsiveness, fun, and timely. The research method used survey methods, data collection techniques, namely: observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The samples used were as many as 100 people were using purposive sampling technique, quantitative data analysis techniques through Cartesian diagram. The results of this study indicate that the respondents are not satisfied with the service PT. Sumber Fajar Inti Abadi with an average satisfaction level of 3.43 and an average rating of 3.45 interest rate, dimensions of service quality customer service is the most satisfying and enjoyable responsiveness dimension where all respondents rating is in quadrant B, which means that the interest and customer satisfaction is at a high level and in accordance with the wishes of the customer. While the dimensions of existence and exact time at which the respondent's assessment is in quadrant C, which means that the interest and customer satisfaction is at a low level and not in accordance with the wishes of the customer.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan suatu keadaan yang tidak hanya di alami oleh negara yang berkembang, namun juga bagi negara maju yang telah memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam maupun sumber daya manusia yang memadai. Begitu juga halnya yang terjadi di Kabupaten Sambas yang mana jumlah penduduk miskinnya bisa di katakan cukup tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh PDRB, Pendidikan dan Pengangguran terhadap Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Sambas. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji koefisien signifikansi. Dari hasil penelitian didapat PDRB tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Sambas. Dengan hasil t hitung 3,181 > t tabel 1,746 menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi PDRB maka tingkat kemiskinan tidak berkurang secara signifikan. Pendidikan berpengaruh negatif sangat nyata terhadap tingkat kemiskinan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Sambas. Dengan nilai t hitung (-1.343) < t tabel maka pendidikan mempengaruhi kemiskinan di Kabupaten Sambas. Semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan maka akan semakin rendah kemiskinan yang terjadi. Pengangguran juga mempengaruhi kemiskinan yang ada di Kabupaten Sambas. Dengan t hitung 1,634 < t tabel maka semakin tinggi pengangguran maka semakin tinggi pula kemiskinan yang terjadi dan sebaliknya semakin rendah pengangguran maka semakin rendah pula kemiskinan.Kata kunci:  Kemiskinan, kabupaten sambas

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the marketing mix for the consumer decision to buy the product brand motorcycle Yamaha Jupiter - type Z. The shape of this research is descriptive with a sample of 100 people. Population defined in this study are all consumers Yamaha Jupiter Z in 2010-2012 in Ketapang with sampling technique is purposive sampling and analysis tool used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix consists of product, price, promotion, distribution channels simultaneously significantly influence the consumer's decision to buy Yamaha Jupiter Z Brand in Ketapang. While partially only products and distribution channels that influence the consumer's decision to buy Yamaha Jupiter Z Brand in Ketapang. Product, price, promotion, and distribution channels affect consumers' decision to buy Yamaha Jupiter Z Brand in Ketapang by 78.20 % while the remaining 21.80 % influenced by other variables outside of this research.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang saat ini dihadapi UMKM adalah seringkali pembiayaan dana komersil dengan cost of capital yang relatif tinggi, persyaratan sangat selektif dan jumlah yang tidak mencukupi serta kadangkala salah sasaran, sehingga program permodalan  tidak dapat memberikan manfaat yang optimal pada pengembangan UMKM.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang model penyaluran dana (financing) dalam optimalisasi pengembangan UMKM, terutama dari sudut pandang pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 3 (tiga) tahapan, yang pertama yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan tabulasi, yang kedua yaitu analisis medan kekuatan (Force Field Analysis), serta yang terakhir yaitu The House Model. Hasil penelitian mengindentifikasi permasalahan financing yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM, mengkaji kekuatan pendorong dan kekuatan penghambat pengembangan UMKM, dan mengembangkan rancangan The House Model yaitu model penyaluran dana dalam optimalisasi pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Kubu Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Kata Kunci: Model Penyaluran Dana (Financing), Optimalisasi Pengembangan UMKM, The House Model ABSTRACTThe current Micro small and medium enterprises (MSME) problems nowadays are the financing of commercial fund with cost of capital are frequently relatively high, selective requirements and insufficient number of funds, and misdirected fund, so the financing program cannot effectively give optimal benefit to the development of micro small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this research aims to design the model of fund channeling (financing) in the optimalization of micro small and medium enterprises especially from the perspective of MSME entrepreneurs. The methods of this research consisted of three stages namely descriptive method with tabulation approach, Force Field Analysis, and The House Model. Abstract

Penggunaan bahan bakar diperlukan untuk kebutuhan sehari – hari seperti transportasi pada umumnya, baik itu darat, udara dan air. Transportasi darat di Pontianak sudah cukup banyak dilihat dari macetnya jalan – jalan pusat kota. Akibat dari hal tersebut  maka dampak terhadap kebutuhan bahan bakar semakin meningkat. Dalam hal ini, SPBU (Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum) merupakan pihak yang bekerja sama dengan Pertamina dalam mendistribusikan produk yang dihasilkan ke konsumen dan berada di bawah pengawasan Pertamina. Produk BBM yang dijual di SPBU harus terjamin kualitas, kuantitas terhadap stok persediaan bahan bakar serta memilki pelayanan yang baik, cepat, teliti dan akurat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan SPBU 64-781.02. Kota Pontianak. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan diagram kartesius. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah mengisi kendaraan dengan premium di SPBU 64-781.02 Kota Pontianak dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kepuasan yang diberikan oleh SPBU 64-781.02 Kota Pontianak lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tingkat kepentingan (harapan) responden, masing-masing atribut pelayanan tersebut adalah 10 atribut pelayanan yang termasuk di kuadran A, 8 atribut pelayanan yang termasuk di kuadran B, 4 atribut pelayanan di kuadran C sedangkan di kuadran D terdapat 3 atribut pelayanan.  Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Konsumen, Pelayanan

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer perceptions of the factors that influence the decision of consumers shopping at Mega Mall Ayani Pontianak. This research uses descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The population in this study is that consumers who visit and shop at Mega Mall Ayani Pontianak. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using analysis of the average score (mean) then the results are interpreted and drawn kesimpulan.Hasil research shows that consumers' perceptions of the factors that influence the decision of consumers shopping at Mega Mall Ayani Pontianak included either. This is due to the availability of a wide range of consumer needs while providing a variety of entertainment options. Social factors include the reference group, the family and the role and status affect consumer decisions Ayani Mega Mall shopping in Pontianak, where the family plays a major role against the decision of consumers shopping at the mall followed by the reference group and the role and social status.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiPengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pelaksana Di Kantor Direksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) Pontianak.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif,penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan yang sebenarnya atau persoalan-persoalan dari suatu fenomena. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pelaksana di Kantor Direksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) Pontianak yaitu sebanyak 174 orang, dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan metode pengumpulan sampel secara sengaja (purposive sampling).Hasil Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana menunjukkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: persamaan atau estimasi regresi menerangkan bahwa apabila motivasi tidak ada atau sebesar 0 (nol) maka kinerja karyawan pelaksana di Kantor Direksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) Pontianak sebesar 60,888. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan  bahwa sebanyak 92% kinerja karyawan pelaksana di Kantor Direksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) Pontianak dipengaruhi oleh variabel motivasi dan sisanya sebanyak 8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain di luar penelitian ini dan hasil uji secara uji hipotesis (uji kelayakan regresi sederhana) menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pelaksana di Kantor Direksi PT. Abstract

Performance measurement is used an institution or organization generally traditional, just measure the performance of the workers to produce something that was expected to achieve a goal. Workers are not required to innovate as a measure of performance is only intended to control the actions of any individual. The concept of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), (financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective) is a method used by organizations that focus on strategies that fully understands the importance of embracing and uniting employees for an organization with. The advantages of this management system is able to show the outcome indicators and outputs, internal and external indicators, indicators of financial and non-financial, and indicators of cause and effect. Engineering analysis is univariate and bivariate analysis, using the secondary, using documentation and observation studies. The results of this study stated that the analysis of the performance with the use of the Balanced Scorecard method that has a significant value is the customer's perspective alone, the level of significance value of 0,004. Internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective is not able to be applied in this study, but is expected to be applied to subsequent research in order to create a better performance with the use of the Balanced Scorecard method.
