Abstract

In this research, automatic translation of the Lampung dialect into Indonesian was carried out using the statistical machine translation (SMT) approach. Translation of the Lampung language to Indonesian can be done by using a dictionary. Another alternative is to use the Lampung parallel body corpus and its translation in Indonesian with the SMT approach. The SMT approach is carried out in several phases. Starting from the pre-processing phase which is the initial stage to prepare a parallel corpus. Then proceed with the training phase, namely the parallel corpus processing phase to obtain a language model and translation model. Then the testing phase, and ends with the evaluation phase. SMT testing uses 25 single sentences without out-of-vocabulary (OOV), 25 single sentences with OOV, 25 compound sentences without OOV and 25 compound sentences with OOV. The results of testing the translation of Lampung sentences into Indonesian shows the accuracy of the Bilingual Evaluation Undestudy (BLEU) obtained is 77.07% in 25 single sentences without out-of-vocabulary (OOV), 72.29% in 25 single sentences with OOV, 79.84% at 25 compound sentences without OOV and 80.84% at 25 compound sentences with OOV.

Abstract

Health research is research approved in the medical field. Health research in Indonesia is increasingly being approved by researchers in Indonesia, therefore research is stored in repositories. Many health research journal repositories are available, but there is minimal research for analysis and modeling in the health research network in Indonesia. This research proposes a knowledge modeling with Neo4j graphic database to implement it. In this study, data obtained from the SINTA Journal with web scraping techniques. The purpose of this research is to produce network knowledge using CQL (Chyper Query Language) which is useful in the medical field. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the government, academics, researchers, or the public for health research network researchers in Indonesia. Abstract

Sentiment analysis aims to find opinions, identify sentiments expressed, and then classify their polarity values. One method of sentiment analysis is Lexicon-based. This study implements the Lexicon based sentiment analysis to analyze the polarity of public responses to the topic of the development of "the Indonesian economy". The dataset is collected from social media from 2017 to 2019. Preprocessing used is folding cases, deleting newline characters, changing non-standard words, deleting mentions, deleting hashtags, removing URL strings, changing word negation, and translating text into English with TextBlob library. Then extract the sentiment values from adjectives, adverbs, nouns, and verbs found in the text. Based on the results of sentiment analysis, it can be seen that there are 63.6% positive responses from the public to the development of the Indonesian economy, 7.4% negative responses, and 29% neutral.

Abstract

Online travel agent is one of the products of the advancing era that is currently booming. With the advent of online travel agents, the use of online travel in Indonesia is now beginning to be demand. The many conviences and advantages offered bya online travel, then customers are required to be keen to choose an online travel agency. This research was conductes to measure the effectivieness of online travel chosen by customers. By using the criteria in ISO 9001:2008 factors that influence customers satisifaction include Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Situasional Quality and Personal Quality. This research was conducted on online travel customers in the City of  Bekasi area with a population of 3,013,851 inhabitants with calculations using the Slovin formula obtained a sampel size 400 respondents. The metod use is the analytical hierarchy process. The results of this study indicate that the first alternative is Traveloka eit a weight value of 1.916 or 47.6%, then Tiket.com with a weight value of 1.018 or 27.7% and finnaly Pegipegi with a weight value of 1.141 or 24.7% and for criteria the main attraction customers in chossinh online travel is Service Quality 27.7%, Procust Quality 24.1%, Price 22.9%, Personal Factor 15.5% and Situasional Factor 9.8%

Abstract

Everyone needs drinking water which is increasing in line with the increasing population of Indonesia, but while the amount and level of drinking water decreases so people are looking for other options to get healthy drinking water and good levels. major developments in the sale of bottled drinking water, along with the arrival of many bottled drinking water products that are spread throughout the country bring increasingly intense competition among bottled beverage vendors. Various kinds of prices have a good and advanced impact on purchasing decisions. With the simple multy attribute rating technique, the method will find out the best mineral water according to the selected criteria. The purpose of this study is to examine the good levels of products, prices and the introduction of purchasing drinking water into a decision in purchasing bottled water. This research results that various kinds of product quality have a positive and significant influence on people's purchasing decisions in buying bottled water

Abstract

The tomato plant is widely consumed by the community and is widely cultivated by farmers. Tomato plants are susceptible to disease attacks. Plant diseases cause a decrease in the quality and quantity of crops or agricultural produce. The idea of the 4.0 agricultural revolution emerged as a result of the 4.0 industrial revolution. Farmers are not ready to face increasingly rapid technological advances. It is important to identify the disease in tomato leaves correctly in the efficiency of disease management for efforts to control so that disease in tomato leaves does not develop. The main objective of the proposed method is to develop a technique for identifying foliar diseases in tomato plants by increasing the classification accuracy. The novelty of this research is a combination of several feature extractions to improve classification accuracy. The features used are the color feature, the Hu-Moment feature, and the firur haralick. In the classification process, the Random Forest algorithm and other classification algorithms are applied for comparison. In this study, the Random Forest method and the combination of extraction features have shown an increase in accuracy, the accuracy obtained is 96%.

Abstract

With the increase of internet user today, if it only has one router, when the router experiencing a network failure, then the internet cannot be used. To overcome this problem, the HSRP (Hot Standby Router Protocol) method by creating one active link and one backup link has been applied in the previous research. In this research will be applying the HSRP, VTP (Vlan Trunking Protocol), InterVLAN, and VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) as a comparison. The testing parameter in this research will be using packet loss and throughput. From the result of testing that has been done, it shows that by applying the HSRP method, it gives a network availability with the packet loss of only 0,32%, and throughput of 1,159Mb/s (95,58%) from using 100 PC.

Abstract

Forest fires in the Riau province have occurred every year and continue to this day. Many people are reluctant to report to village officials, because of the long distance between community homes and village offices. The condition of the community in Rokan Hulu Regency, most of the community and village officials have used smartphones as a communication medium. To increase the smartphone use of the community and village officials, it is necessary to make an application Sistem Infomasi Kampung (SI Kampung) as a liaison media, so that the positive impact of making the application SI Kampung includes increasing harmonization between village officials and the community, improving service to the community, increasing community participation, improving lives community democracy and encourage community empowerment.

Abstract

Improved image quality (image enhancement) is one of the early processes in image processing (image preprocessing). Improved quality is required because often the image used as the subject of discussion has poor quality, for example, the image is noise at the time of transmission through the transmission line, the image is too bright/dark, the image is less sharp, blurred, and so on. The mean filtering method is a filtering technique that works by replacing the intensity of a pixel with the average pixel value of pixels from neighboring pixels. If an image f (x, y) of size M x N is filtered by filter h (x, y) it will produce the image g (x, y), where filter h (x, y) is a matrix containing 1 / filter size. Mean filter the mean value of the data set. The mean filtering used for this smoothing effect is a type of spatial filtering, which in the process involves surrounding pixels.
