Abstract

Television subscription is a product of one of the today's technological developments. Television subscription is a television broadcasting service that is made specifically for viewers who are willing to pay (subscribe) on a regular basis. The number of subscription television products add to the vibrant entertainment business through the glass screen media, before the public only recognize free to air television that can be enjoyed for free. Currently, in some major cities, a number of pay-TV operators compete for customers by offering a variety of exciting television entertainment programs such as news, education, music, movies and so on. This makes it difficult for customers to choose the best television subscription option in providing their services. Implementation of decision support system in the selection of television subscription and using Analytical Hierarchy Process method known as AHP is expected to give the best decision result. Analytical Hierarchy Process is a process of developing a numerical score to streamline alternative decisions based on how each alternative fits the criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to design a learning media based on the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research is included in R&D (Research and Development) research, which is research that produces products that can be used to support the learning process of basic physics courses at Potensi Utama University. Making learning media using flash multimedia. The design of instructional media is made by IT practitioners, namely lecturers in the field of computers. Furthermore, to assess the suitability of the material of this study using a team of experts from several basic physics lecturers and physics teachers. The results of this study are the design of PBL-based learning media is quite feasible and in accordance with the physics material, especially HK. Newton. The assessment of the material suitability by the expert team is the feasibility of the content / depth of university level material with a percentage value of 82.85%. Contextual percentage of 81.20%. Presentation Feasibility 80.15%. Conformity to the model. PBL 86.25%. Suitability of evaluation with learning objectives 87.10%.

Abstract

E-learning is an educational media that use ICT in the learning process. Nowadays, most of the higher education (universities) in Indonesia have integrated the learning process with e-learning systems. By using this system, learning can be done outside the classroom, anytime and anywhere. Based on the literature reviews, e-learning has many positive impacts on higher education components and its ecosystems, i.e., students, lecturers, higher education staff, and campus officials. Although it offers many advantages, similar to the information technology in general, e-learning systems are also vulnerable to security issues. Because, several security holes in the system can be penetrated easily by hackers, where the essential data contained in e-learning has high potential to be spoofed even modified by irresponsible parties. The security aspect of the e-learning system must be considered to minimize risks. Thus, the higher education can run their business as well. This paper aims to elaborate on the e-Learning system, opportunities, challenges, and several offered solutions on it. Abstract

The making of this android based ID card application aims to: 1) Provide convenience for the community in filling in the form of ID card without having to come to the office requesting form because it can be filled wherever they are using a smartphone; 2) Accelerate the process of service and making ID cards. The method used waterfall and programming used in the writing of this Final Project is based on android programming using mysql database for php script creation. In this application required internet or wifi facility of a mobile phone, which where the application can run if the application has been installed connected on the mobile phone in a network. From the discussion on the form of ID based on android can be concluded that: 1) With the application of this android ID based form, the process of inputting population data can be done quickly and efficiency without having to go to the office to fill out the ID; 2) With the application of this android ID based form, the service and making ID card (identity card) can be easier and faster; 3) Processing of population data on the application of this android ID based ID will facilitate the work process so as to improve the performance of the institution later; 4) Have built an Android based ID application form designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented using Eclipse for Android Application using PHP and MySQL programming language and for its database online in one network

Abstract

Software effort estimation is to estimate the amount of resources needed in developing the software. For that software effort estimation is important so need to see the effect of software measurement to software effort estimation which is done by machine learning technique. Based on this the researcher tries to build a system capable of measuring software. In this study experiments on software measurement techniques (FPA, FPA with Sugeno fuzzy and FPA with mamdani fuzzy). The three types of techniques are compared with the three project data for further software effort estimation. For evaluation, this study evaluates using the assessment of the Developeras Analyst of the Project. The results of the study that the LOC and effort values on a similar system can be different if calculated by the use of FPA, Fam Mamdany fuzzy and FPA Sugeno Fuzzy. The highest LOC and Effort values are generated by FPA Mamdany Fuzzy on Project DUMAS POLDA SUMSEL. While the lowest effort value and lowest LOC produced by FPA Sugeno Fuzzy. This can be traced from the calculation mechanisms performed by FPA Sugeno Fuzzy where this method does not count the input, output, file, query and interface values at all. The calculation of FPA Sugeno fuzzy is done by roughly judging only from the difficulty of making the system. To raise the price of a project in order to be rewarded higher FAT methods Mamdani Fuzzy is recommended

Abstract

The employee is a person who works at the company with a predetermined time and also with a fixed salary as well. Honorary employees have fewer facilities than employees but. A company is not responsible for providing various traditional employer benefits, including taxes, social security and workers' compensation. Like a wise in the village office of Babura, each village office has a number of temporary employees to help work from the village office, including in Babura village office. This village also has several people as honorarium employees. In a certain period, employee salaries will change and will be replaced by new people. But to choose employee salaries cannot also be done easily. There are several requirements that must be met so that the prospective employee is well received. Several criteria will be taken into account in the selection process for prospective employee employees. Decision support systems are a good method of determining which employees are appropriate or not. The Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method can assist the Babura village office in determining who will be selected to be an honorarium employee at the office. By applying this method, the Babura village office will be greatly helped in assessing prospective employee salaries to be employed in the village office

Abstract

In helping the role of a lecturer in carrying out learning as well as an effort in improving the quality of learning it is necessary to appoint a Lecturer Assistant who is also in charge of replacing the role of the lecturer who is unable to attend. In the acceptance process of the Lecturer Assistant, it is necessary to use objective and accurate criteria and assessment using the calculation method to have a universal concept in the science of Decision Support Systems. For this reason, it is necessary to build a scoring system that can later produce decisions in selecting prospective Lecturer Assistants. Based on these views, the acceptance of the Lecturer Assistant will use one method in the Decision Support System that can produce a decision based on the ranking or ranking of each alternative, namely the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process method. With the application of this method that will be applied in an application, the system can help the institution in determining the feasibility of the acceptance process of the Lecturer Assistant so that later the Lecturer Assistant will be chosen based on the ranking of values that have been generated through the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process.

Abstract

The diagnosis of impetigo by using an expert system that uses the source of expertise aims to obtain accurate information in accordance with the symptoms suffered by the patient, this expert system analysis uses the dempster shafer method with mathematical theory for proof based on belief function and plausible reasoning it makes sense to combine separate pieces of information (evidence) to calculate the likelihood of an event that can produce information from experts about the symptoms and solutions of impetigo symptoms accurately and build an expert application system program that is able to diagnose early impetigo in infants and provide solutions and information quickly

Abstract

Sales is one of the activities undertaken by many people as a promising business field. Prediction of the number of items to be sold must be in accordance with stock at the store so that demand and sales can be fulfilled. Therefore, we need a system to find out the amount of stock of herbal products so they do not experience problems in determining stock in each month. By using the Fuzzy Mamdani method as an algorithm for solving the problem, and the criteria are changed in the form of weighting so that the system can do calculations that provide the speed of information in the form of a computerized system. The results of this study aim to apply the Mamdani fuzzy logic method in predicting the amount of herbal product stock based on sales data and the number of requests. Provides results in the form of information printed in a report containing order data for the number of subsequent stock orders
