Abstract

Mass running event has gained popularity ever since recreational running becomes more common as they often held annually by various organizers. As image documentation took a huge part to showcase the event, many thousands of images were generated during the event. Along with thousands of images that were generated, the participant is unlikely to found an image of themselves. To solve this problem, image annotation could be performed to address image with specific tags such as participant attribute like racing bib number (RBN). Manually annotate thousands of images would result in inefficiency of time and hard-labor. As a work to tackle this problem, this paper proposed an automatic image annotation system using the YOLOv3 algorithm based RBN recognition method. The experiment result shows 83.0% precision, 81.5% recall, and 82.2% F1 score as a result of our proposed method on running event dataset. Therefore, this implemented method will promote efficiency to solve the image annotation problem because it doesn't require manual annotation over thousand of running event images

Abstract

Bidikmisi scholarship is a government program to help prospective new students who are academically capable and economically incapable. The Bidikmisi scholarship is a form of tuition assistance and living expenses. Starting in 2018 Budi Darma University began accepting new students through the bidikmisi scholarship path, admission of new students through the bidikmisi path must meet the requirements set by the government. Determination of whether or not a prospective new student is a recipient of bidikmisi based on report cards, school performance, results of selection tests and interviews. During this time the organizers and managers of bidikmisi at Budi Darma University have had difficulty determining prospective students who are truly eligible to receive bidikmisi scholarships in addition to the very limited quota and the large number of prospective students receiving bidikmisi scholarships as well as the value of each criteria for prospective students receiving bidikmisi which is almost the same or similar to one another. To make it easier to determine prospective students receiving the Bidikmisi scholarship, the K-Medoids algorithm is used. K-Medoids algorithm is one of the algorithms in data mining to group data based on the closest criteria value

Abstract

Maximum profit gained from maximum sales. Maximum sales means that they can meet the demands. If the products produced by the company is less than requests then the company will lose the opportunity to get maximum profit. Therefore, planning the Amount products in a company is very important in order to meet the market demand precisely and with the appropriate amount. Factors that need to be considered in determining the amount products, such as the demand and supply of old periods. The availability of production goods is still difficult to monitor by the company, because the system is still relying on manual calculations of the company employees, to assist the company in predicting the availability of production goods Effective then used the fuzzy logic calculations. During this time the availability of production goods in Salman Collection is seen from customer request. This makes the company not get the maximum profit because there is no planning the amount of production of goods. This study uses methods with a descriptive approach using the fuzzy logic Mamdani technique. The results of this research is an application of calculation of goods production based on the fuzzy manual calculations of the "logic Mamdani," Built applications can help the company determine the amount of production in accordance with consumer demand so that The demand at Salman Collection is fulfilled and the more optimal the amount that the company will produce.

Abstract

There is a term citizens of citizens and citizens. People are more a political concept. The people show to those who are under one government and the government. The terms of the last citizen or people is opposed by the ruler. So the residents of the Family Hope Program (PKH) are those surveyed based on BPS and PKC or PKH quotas also determined by the Government. One of the most important citizens in PKH recipients. Abstract

Some cases that are often experienced at a particular institution such as Micro Enterprise are often a staff / employee in providing information services and transactions that are carried out manually to customers related to these business activities. This cycle always repeats from one customer to another. The impact if there are conditions where the queue of customer that is quite crowded than the workload of staff/employees will be higher and the risk of error in transactions will be high too. The development of information technology in artificial intelligence on 4.0 industry era is moving forward. One of them is Machine Learning - Natural Language Processing (NLP) which is one of the sciences that focuses on how computers can understand the human language and response to it. Therefor in this research a chatbot system will be builtin providing information and conducting transaction with the customers. This chatbot will be develop using the Dialogflow tools provided by Google. This Chatbot that was build expected to be an alternative that can be implemented in various bussines to provide better service for customers

Abstract

Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (OMSK) is an infection of middle ear mucosal inflammation with perforated tympanic membrane and secret from the ear continuously, formerly called otitis media perforate (OMP) in everyday congek. Chronic suppurative otitis media (OMSK) is commonly found in lower middle-class people, and leads to increased costs for treatment. Therefore required a tool or system that has the ability of a doctor in diagnosing the disease. The expert system is used not to replace the physician's function but will be used only as a complement to a system and aids. An expert system is a system capable of mimicking the reasoning of a computer expert to solve problems as is usually done by experts. The method used in this expert system uses case-based reasoning (CBR) method, since this method yields the value of kmiripan a case with the former by recalling similar events that have occurred in the past then use the knowledge or information to solve a new problem, or in other words solve the problem by adopting solutions that have been used in the past.

Abstract

The rapid development of the internet gives a significant influence in various aspects of life, data mining is the search for value-added processes one of a series of knowledge discovery in databases (KDD). Utilization of data mining can be seen from two aspects, namely commercial and scientific. The collection of test datasets is done by observing the research object on the analysis site that provides vital information and forecast data for the local e-commerce web. The study was conducted by exploration and experimentation, the standard research method used in testing is the cross industry standard process for data mining (CRISP-DM) which consists of 6 phases with the Weka framework 3-8-3. Logistic regression algorithm is a method of data analysis that formulates the response variable with one or more predictor variables. The results of testing the value of e-commerce attractiveness in the confusion matrix, 5 are categorized as having high probability of investment objectives and profiles, 1 are categorized as having good investment probability prospects, 2 are categorized as having good investment probabilities with promising profiles and 1 with promising investment probabilities and profiles not good and 31 in terms of probability and profile is not good. While the results for the Origin class confusion matrix are 31 identified from local Indonesia with confusion 5, 4 from Global with uncertainty 0

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country that has two seasons, rainy and summer. when the rainy season arrives, the majority of people feel anxious when drying their clothes. The anxiety will increase when drying clothes but is outside the house, and at home, there are no people. From this incident, people were reluctant to hang clothes in the open, because they were afraid that their clothes would get wet when they were left by their owners while doing activities outside the house. FLC (Fuzzy Logic Controller) method is a method that only knows 0 and 1 in operation. The vague operation, there is no gray only black or white. And this is something logical. From the description of the problems that occur, the authors find the idea to make clothesline pullers that can work automatically, even though there are already some people who have made the same mechanism using Arduino Mega 2560, with just a dark and bright condition, here the author wants to try to renew the way the mechanism of the device works by using Arduino Uno, and look for conditions when the heat is hot but rain, then this method answers what must be done by applying the logic of Fuzzy Logic Controller inside the Arduino Uno microcontroller.

Abstract

Media storage based on cloud computing is now widely used as a solution for exchanging data and information in an institution to support work. At STMIK PPKIA Tarakanita Rahmawati, cloud-based storage is very necessary because many data and information exchange activities are carried out digitally, both data exchange between lecturers, academic community, education staff and students. Utilization of ownCloud as an open source software to solve the problem of cloud computing-based data exchange is very appropriate because the website-based, desktop and mobile-based applications make it easier for users to access data.  Owncloud is similar to applications like Google Drive, Dropbox, it's just that all settings and data processing and user can be done independently so that it can adjust to the needs. The results of this research, Owncloud can be used well by lecturers to store data related to lectures and research, students to store lecture data centrally, the academic community in storing data related to academic activities. The design of owncloud is also still done intranet, so to access it must be connected to the network around the campus of STMIK PPKIA Tarakanita Rahmawati

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technology management has touched every part of human life. The combination of these two factors will become a new innovation in the management of education. At Raharja College, the entire academic community has a facility in the form of an official e-mail, Rinfo, which functions as a communication medium. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the use of RinfoApps which is used as a discussion medium for online learning. Mailing Groups is one of the Google System features that can be used as a formal media for the online learning discussion management process. By creating a forum called the class mailing list on Mailing Groups, students and lecturers can discuss anytime, students can share about learning material, and lecturers can also monitor the activeness of student discussions, this certainly has an important influence on learning motivation college student. Supported by 2 (two) research methods, namely library research and observation methods. The final results of the research that has been achieved are the formation of a discussion media that is easily accessible anywhere and anytime so that the discussion process between students and lecturers becomes more effective and efficient.
