Abstract

The issue of security and confidentiality is one important aspect of a message, data or information. In this case it is closely related to how important the message, data, or information is sent and received by parties or people concerned, whether the message, data, or information is still authenticity. At present there are many conveniences in downloading and uploading videos that make videos vulnerable to hijacking, especially if the video is an important and highly confidential video, so an application that is able to encode this important video is needed so that its security can be protected from unauthorized people, except for people who are entitled to. The security technique used by the author in this study uses cryptographic technology. To be able to do well, we need an algorithm for encryption and decryption. The algorithm used here is the Merkle Hellman Algorithm. This Algortman can be used on a video file is something that needs to be considered in maintaining the confidentiality of the data itself, especially if the video file can only be known by certain parties. There are many ways of approach taken to realize the confidentiality of the data starting from security or protection. physical to the form of a mathematical-based algorithm that makes the data illegible. So that the data in it cannot be easily known by unauthorized parties and only the intended video file recipient is able to decipher the video fileĀ

Abstract

Sampar, also known as a pest or black death or plague, is a bacterial infection of Yersinia pestis (Y.pestis), where the disease is actually a zoonotic disease, which is an animal disease transmitted by humans. This disease is caused by the bacterium yersinia pestis which lives on fleas, where these fleas live in rodents (especially mice). Fleas spread disease when sucking rat or human blood. This disease is also called plague due to black patches found in the skin of the patient at the beginning of the outbreak. This pestilence was once an epidemic in 1347-1351 in Europe and other regions and killed approximately 75 million people in the world. This disease in Indonesia is still under monitoring and is one of the infectious diseases in the outbreak law that must be reported to the health office. According to WHO this disease is one of the deadly infectious diseases after infection and patients can die within 24 hours. So that people are more careful with this disease so that they are not exposed to pestilence. Because many people do not recognize the transmission of Yersinia pestis bacterial infections and do not know the symptoms that arise from pestilence. then a system for pestilence is created which aims to better diagnose early onset of this pestilence. The method applied in expert systems and one of them is a case based hybrid. Hybrid case based is one of the mathematical theories for proof based on belief functions and plausible reasoning, which is used to combine separate pieces of information or evidence to calculate a probability of an event (Arthur P.Dempster and Glen Shafer)

Abstract

Current technological developments, in reporting assets in the Faculty of Communication and Information Technology of the National University have not been effective. Because the many assets that exist make it difficult for workers to recapitalize the asset report. Such as incoming and outgoing asset reports and asset status status. Therefore, the Web-based National University Faculty of Communication and Information Technology Asset Report Information System was designed so that workers could report asset data every month. Application trial results for reporting asset data, the system can display the report results based on incoming assets, outgoing assets, and asset status with 100% accuracy. In the search for asset data entered the system can display the results of the report based on the transaction id, date of asset entered, and the name of the asset with 100% accuracy. Then to report asset data out the system can display the results of the report based on the transaction id, exit, and the name of the asset with 100% accuracy

Abstract

Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang does not yet have a system and criteria for assessing the performance of non-P3K employees. Currently the staffing office at the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang does not yet have a way to determine how an employee is entitled to a Performance Allowance. Based on these facts, a website-based employee performance allowance information system will be created with a case study of the staff of the singaperbangsa karawang university. The system to be built includes the definition of criteria, data processing to become the best employee recommendation / promotion and determination of Employee Performance Allowances. The methodology used is software engineering and uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model because it is in accordance with the research that will be carried out with a relatively short stage of system usage. The calculation process is done by using the method of fuzzy multiple attribute decision making with weighted product because this method determines the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. The system created can provide information about the amount of employee performance benefits and recommendations for promotion for employees. After evaluating the user, this system gets a response that is easy to understand and easy to understand on each menu on the system. Looking at the benefits of this system is useful when it will provide performance allowances to employees and at the time will determine the employees who are reconditioned for promotions. The design of employee recommendation decision support systems using fuzzy multiple attribute decision making is done by completing the weighted product to produce alternatives after verification with the existing data getting 60% accuracy.

Abstract

Traffic conditions on the highway at this time has started to be crowded. To find out if there is traffic jam or can not be seen by counting the number of vehicles passing through the area. However, it is impossible for security forces to count the number of vehicles manually. This requires a method that can be used and is calculated from the number of vehicles. In this study, the running average background substraction method and morphological operations were used to detect vehicles and use the center of the object (centroid) to calculate the number of vehicles. The sample used is a traffic video in the Bekasi area. From the research results, there were 37 vehicles detected in real conditions and stated as vehicles in the application and there were 7 vehicles detected in real conditions but not stated in the application. The next stage is an evaluation by calculating the value of precision, recall and accuracy. In this study, the precision value obtained was 84.09%, the recall value was 94.87% and the accuracy rate was 80.43%.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the sale of drugs and vitamins for livestock, each period the number of requests for goods always changes. Problems faced by PT. XYZ, which is expired goods because in a certain period the amount of stock is piling up due to the small amount of demand that causes the company to lose. The purpose of this study is to forecast the inventory process in order to minimize the company's losses against the estimates made so far. In order to minimize these problems, the authors model the forecasting information system for procurement of goods using VB.Net and MYSQL and combine the Moving Average method. The method used is the data collection and processing, and continued with the data analysis process, to model the system requirements of the writer using UML. The final result of this study is that the value of accuracy reaches 88% so that the inventory forecasting system using the moving average method can help managers in making decisions to determine the process of inventory in the future

Abstract

In supporting the operation of PT. Pos Indonesia, one of which is offering retirees such as pension savings and pension credit. Credit is the provision of money or bills based on an agreement or loan agreement between a company and another party. In providing pension credit, it must be accurate and accurate for retirees who are entitled or eligible to get a loan. So the author makes an application to determine the feasibility of lending in order to make it easier to determine which retirees are eligible to be given a credit loan. This study uses the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is one method of decision making. By using the Weighted Product method can help in making lending decisions by doing a ranking process that will determine the best alternative from retirees. The author uses five criteria, namely, the amount of salary, loan amount, age, credit period, and what credit. The application of determining the feasibility of lending to pensions is based on a website using the code igniter framework. For designing or modeling this application uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). This research resulted in an application that helped in determining a proper pension to be given a pension loan using Weighted Product.

Abstract

Current router configuration is still done conventionally, which means that to configure routers in a complex network, a network administrator configures the routers one by one. This is very inefficient, because if the router you want to configure is done in hundreds or thousands of routers, then the time needed by a network administrator is very long. Therefore, automation is needed. This study creates a web-based network automation application with python, the paramiko library which functions as a bridge between the server and network devices using the SSH (Secure Shell) protocol, and the django framework that can configure IP Gateway automatically. Network automation is carried out in a simulation using the GNS3 application on a previously designed network topology. The network automation application testing method used is the black-box testing method. The output of this research is a website consisting of a user page and an admin page that can configure virtual routers automatically.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to combine the classification and classification methods that are part of data mining. The case raised was the number of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia as of July 7, 2020 with 34 records. Data sources were obtained from Ministry of Health Data, sampled and processed from covid19.go.id and bnpb.go.id. The variables used in the study are the number of positive cases (x1), number of cases cured (x2) and number of deaths (x3) by province. The classification and classification methods used are k-medoids and C4.5. The k-medoids method works to map clusters of regions in Indonesia by province. The mapping labels used are 3 clusters: high cluster (C1 = red zone), alert cluster (C2 = yellow zone), low cluster (C3 = green zone). The results of the mapping are continued using the C4.5 method to see the rules in the form of a decision tree. The analysis process is assisted with the RapidMiner software. Determination of the number of clusters (k) is determined by using the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) parameter to optimize the cluster results obtained. For k = 3 has an optimal value of 0.740. The mapping results obtained 9 provinces are in the high cluster (C1 = red zone), 3 provinces are in the alert cluster (C2 = yellow zone) and 22 provinces are in the low cluster (C3 = green zone). The value obtained from the decision tree for cluster height (C1 = red zone) based on C4.5 is if the number of positive cases is smaller than 9524 and greater than 4329 (4329> x1 <9524). The nine provinces included in the high cluster (C1 = red zone) are Aceh, Bali, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, South Kalimantan, South Sumatra and South Sulawesi. The results of the combination of these methods can be applied and provide knowledge in the form of new information about mapping in the form of clusters to the distribution of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia

Abstract

XYZ Motoshop is an individual business engaged in the sale of motorcycle accessories and spare parts, located in Pamulang, South Tangerang. The problems experienced by XYZ Motoshop include: difficulty in knowing product availability information, order process is less effective because customers must come directly to the store, sales data processing requires a long time because it is still handwritten, having difficulty to know about shipping goods because it does not have proof of receipt of goods and the customer does not recognize the product being promoted on social media. To solve the above problems, we need a system that is able to manage product sales transactions effectively and efficiently. Researchers offer alternative solutions to help management to solve problems that occur by designing e-commerce systems. In this study, researchers used the Business Model Canvas approach to analyze the company's business model, problem analysis using the Fishbone Diagram approach, analysis and design of the E-Commerce system using the Unified Modeling Language approach and implementation of the E-Commerce system using the Content Management System, the search method using techniques Search Engine Optimization and marketing methods use the 4P marketing strategy. The final results of this research are an E-Commerce Website that can increase sales of motorcycle accessories products in XYZ Motoshop
