Abstract

Voice authentication can be done because there are physical differences in the voice production organs of each person. The user's spoken sound pattern can be used as a voice command as desired. Some features such as accents, intonation, and the way pronunciation produce different patterns. For identification verification, voice data is divided into two groups: voice with defined text and voice with free text. Sounds resulting from the pronunciation of a particular word can be changed from analog to digital form. This change process will result in representation in vector form. One technique in voice recognition classification is the Support Vector Machine (SVM). The study aims to develop SVM algorithms to create free text-based speech patterns, recognition models. The sound pattern classification process uses three kernels for the data set so that the comparison results will be more accurate. The highest accuracy in the linear kernel is found in the 4th loop in the third fold with an accuracy rate of 94.40%. While in the polynomial kernel the highest accuracy at the 6th iteration of the second fold with an accuracy of 96.80%. The highest accuracy rate is found in the RBF kernel on the 8th loop of the third fold with 98.20% accuracy. These test results prove the RBF kernel has the best level of accuracy in free text-based speech recognition.

Abstract

Abstract−Data Mining is a process of extracting data or filtering data that utilizes large data sets through a series of processes to obtain information that stands out from the data. PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Cibitung-Plant has one of the largest warehouse in Indonesia exactly warehouse mega distribution center (DC). With ±32000 m2 warehouse area or equivalent to ±30000 Pallets. To maintain the accuracy of the stock in the warehouse of course required a good system in order to support the operational activities in the warehouse, one way to maintain the accuracy of stock in the warehouse is to do the overall product calculation in the warehouse (Stock Opname), in order to know the accuracy data in the system with the physical stock in the warehouse. With the data transactions stored in the database, sometimes the transaction data is only on leave to accumulate without any further action, then make the information system that manages the data to dig information by data mining techniques.

Abstract

Improved quality is required because often the image tested has poor quality, one of which is image enhancement using Retinex method where Retinex is a technique used to get a new image with better contrast than contrast from its original image.There are four main stages to be done To obtain a new image up to the process of displaying image statistics, ie the process of displaying the initial image in the window, improving the image contrast, displaying the image histogram and display the image statistics. Quality improvement is required because the image on the screenshot has poor quality, By improving image quality using Retinex method. This Retinex method is a method used to get a new image with better contrast than the contrast of its original image.

Abstract

Polyclinic Information System is a file containing notes and documents about the patient's and doctor's identity, examinations, medication, actions, and other services that have been provided to outpatients. The information system for recording transactions and medical records at the Dwi Ananda Clinic is still carried out conventionally, namely by recording in a medical record book, so mistakes often occur and the process of searching for patient data takes a long time. This study aims to create a computerized medical record information system to facilitate the search for patient medical records. The method used in conducting this research is descriptive method, by combining data collection methods and systems development methods. The development of this information system uses the application of User Center Design, where researchers carry out a series of procedures such as surveys and interviews to complete the data needed in program development to suit the needs of the Dwi Ananda Clinic. As a result, a web-based polyclinic information system that can make it easier for officers and doctors to view patient forms that have been carried out, can save the scanned medical record forms before they are destroyed, and can display the scanned forms that have been uploaded to the information system. This information system requires patient data to see the list of visits for the last 2 years used to determine the medical record files to be entered into the application. The polyclinic Information System application can make it easier to make medical transactions and outpatient medical records quickly and relevantly. After the implementation of the program, the Polyclinic Information System at the Dwi Ananda Clinic can provide a more complete and faster transaction service without reducing the accuracy of the information generated.

Abstract

Lake Toba Tourism Area, has the potential for natural tourism which is formed from super volcanic activities so that it makes it one of the favorite tourist attractions in Indonesia. The crossing ship is the main transportation in the Lake Toba tourism area and is a favorite choice for people around Lake Toba and tourists who want to visit Samosir Island. Passenger Manifest Data is a very important document in the process of transportation, especially airplanes and ships, including crossing ships on Lake Toba. The manifest contains data on passengers, crew members and various items transported by the mode of transportation. Manifest documents are also useful for the process of disbursing insurance for transportation accidents. Passenger Manifest data using crossing ships on Lake Toba currently only records the number of passengers and the number of vehicles riding the ship, but does not record the name of the passenger. Passenger manifest data application is needed to manage the manifest data of crossing ship passengers on Lake Toba, with the aim of facilitating monitoring of crossing activities and the process of identifying passenger crossing vessels. This research will produce an application to recording Passenger Manifest of crossing ship in Lake Toba. The application is based on web, so it will be easily accessed anywhere, and can only be accessed by the North Sumatra Transportation Office. This application can be used to make it easier for the parties involved in supervising and controlling the list of ship passengers who travel on Lake Toba, so that it can reduce the risk of accidents and misuse of the number of boat loads from the permit.

Abstract

Quality control in the wind tunnel test service in the Indonesian Low Speed Tunnel plays an important role to produce good test results, but it is still being done in a manual and traditional way. As a result, there are still problems in the implementasion and evaluation of quality control of a wind tunnel test. The quality control which is managed by utilizing information technology can not only solve such problems, but also encourage productivity and performance of quality control unit personnel in carrying out their duties. The development of quality control applications as a form of utilizing information technology through software engineering stages, starting from requirements analysis, design, construction and software testing, is expected to be able to realize contemporary quality control mechanisms and integrated with other information management activities which in turn support the management in executive decision making

Abstract

Technological developments increased the more days as the development of modernization. Development of technology brought both positive and negative effects for some people. If we can learn the technological progress with both the technological advances that will have a positive impact, for example on education, not only the delivery of content using oral or written way but has been able to use audio-visual media. Technology can provide new lessons in the world of education by explaining how learning the national anthem of the primary level, not least those who are less eager to learn about the national anthem, so many children now do not know about the national anthem and the struggle of the heroes. The design was created using waterfall method is the method by analyzing, design, implementation, testing and operation of the hope of obtaining new knowledge as well as the information using Adobe Flash Professional CS6. One example application in this animation is learning the national anthem for a primary education is packed with interactive animations and audio visual so hopefully learning with interactive animations optimizing students' understanding of the national anthem, the animation is accompanied by an attractive image makes learning national songs more interesting and interactive.

Abstract

Personal data is often the target of people who are not responsible for being misused. Theft is done is to benefit from people who have the data. In addition to theft of work files, theft is also carried out on video files. Theft of this file aims to find out what the contents of the video. Someone has a private recorded video that cannot be known by others. Misuse of video files will be fatal for the owner of the video. Cryptographic techniques are needed in video security. Caesar Cipher's algorithm can help users secure the video file. The Base64 algorithm can be used to change the ASCII 256 format to Base64 so that it is easy to send or store in a storage medium. This algorithm will make the file structure simpler so that it can be displayed and saved. By applying the Base64 and Caesar Cipher algorithms to video files, the security and confidentiality of these files will be guaranteed

Abstract

Databases are the main need for every computer application to store, process and modify data. One important problem faced in databases is the availability of adequate information technology infrastructure in managing and securing data contained in the database. Data stored on the database must have protection against threats and disturbances. Threats and disruptions can result from a variety of things, such as maintenance, data damage, and natural disasters. To anticipate data loss and damage, replication of the database system needs to be done. The replication mechanism used by researchers is multi-master replication. The replication technique is able to form a database cluster with replication time of fewer than 0.2 seconds.

Abstract

Container-based virtualization is very popular among programming development in a lightweight virtualization because where the Linux kernel can divide resource-using containers to prevent uninterrupted performance between And as a burden divider in tackling the many incoming bandwidth. One of the most commonly used container-based virtualization is Docker. Docker itself is an open source software that can be changed to your liking. Docker containers can be used for clustering Web servers. It aims to reduce "a single point of failure" (SPOF) in a Web server. However, arranging a lot of containers is very complicated, but Docker has an engine to set it up called Docker Swarm.  With it in the NGINX management help so that it can cause the resource between hosts is not divided on average. Therefore the research aims to distribute Web server traffic across the host with loadbalancing based on time-based monitoring and failover resources. By winning the low resources or resources used by Docker in the operation of an application that can be virtualized only what is needed
