Abstract

Election of the best employees is an important aspect of employee performance management in a company because it produces useful information for employee administrative decisions such as promotions, awards, and other decisions. Making the best employee selection not only selects and determines the right employees, but it is also important for managers to plan mature policies in motivating and developing potential employees. The problem with choosing the best employees in company agencies is the difficult decision making by managers in determining who the best employees are really worthy because of limited time and the number of employees and work that must be done by managers so that the best employee implementation is only chosen by the manager and assessment. The criteria are ignored which causes the assessment results to be subjective. One of the methods built to solve problems in the best employee decision making is done by using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which is then ranked for the best alternative in the form of employee assessment scores. In this study, the implementation of SAW used 5 criteria to determine the best employees, namely skills, personality, initiative, attendance and loyalty. The calculation results from the implementation of the SAW method are used as a reference for designing the best employee determination application. The system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and builds applications with PHP programming and MySQL databases.

Abstract

The online mass media is the source of the fastest and up-to-date information. A model that can provide mapping will help in sorting out information more precisely. In this study, the authors applied topic modeling to the results of sentiment analysis on online news headlines in Indonesian. Sources of data in this study were obtained from online mass media in Indonesian. The data collected were analyzed for sentiment using the Long Short-term Memory (LSTM) method, in order to obtain news headlines with positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. The classification obtained from the results of the sentiment analysis process is continued with the topic modeling process using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method and visualized in the form of wordcloud and intertopic distance map (pyLDAVis) to determine the relationship between one topic and another. The result of sentiment analysis is a model with 71.13% of accuracy level and the results of topic modeling are in the form of some topics that are easy to interpret.

Abstract

Mount Kelud is one of the volcanoes that erupted in 2014. To observe the activity, CCTV has been installed in the crater peak of Mount Kelud. The crater of Mount Kelud emits gases coming from the bottom of the crater. The gas makes CCTV surveillance undisturbed so that the resulting image will have noise. By using dehazing, visibility can be improved so that the resulting image can be seen clearly. The method used for this operation is Color Attenuation Prior. In the early stages, there is a dark channel process that works to turn low-intensity pixels dark. The second step is to estimate the atmospheric light from the dark channel image. This process is almost in parallel with the estimation of the depth map. The fourth step is estimating the transmission map, which functions to transmit low-intensity pixels to high-intensity pixels. The last one is the radiance recovery scene. The results show that the foggy image is successful, and it eliminates the fog effect, thus enhancing the visibility of the image. And from questionnaire results, we got 80 % positive results from all respondents. Further research so that it can be applied directly or in real-time.

Abstract

Increasing development of information technology and competition among tertiary institutions, analysis quality of academic services in the competitive era such as now is an important thing for university to do. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based computer system for analyzing alumni satisfaction with the quality of academic services at CIC University, the sample data used were 31 Alumni CIC University who graduates in 2019. The analytical method used was Importance Performance Analysis method, this method is an analysis technique which is used to find out which attributes have a big influence on satisfaction, where the measured attributes will be grouped in 4 quadrants. The results of this research is alumni satisfaction analysis systems for academic services at CIC University with Importance Performance Analysis method. The results of the system test of 31 alumni sample data assessing 9 attributes of academic services at CIC University, obtained 33.33% or 3 attributes included in Quadrant I which means that attributes are recommended to be improved. 11.11% or 1 attribute included in the Quadrant II, it mean that attribute has succeeded in satisfying the Alumni and its performance must be maintained. 22.22% or 2 attributes are in the Quadrant III category, it mean that atrributes have a low priority to be improved. While in Quadrant IV there are 33.33% or 3 attributes, it mean that these attributes have good performance, but are not considered important by Alumni

Abstract

Health is very valuable for all humans, anyone can experience health problems, especially for the elderly. Posyandu elderly RW 07 Pulogebang sub-district is one of the health services available for elderly residents. One of the government's efforts to deal with health problems is by establishing posyandu for elderly residents, considering how elderly people are vulnerable to health problems. At this time, health problems have the potential to attack people who are elderly, and have a history of chronic disease and a weak immune system, more likely to develop disease. In order to provide proper treatment, the elderly posyandu officers classify elderly people who have a history of chronic disease so that they can provide appropriate education and treatment. The data collection and counseling methods carried out by the elderly posyandu are still random and take turns with elderly residents in RW 07, Pulogebang sub-district. However, this method has the risk of being less accurate with the resulting data, because each resident has a different history of disease. Therefore we need an analysis of the health data of the elderly, so that it can be seen the distribution of people who have a history of chronic disease. One solution is to use data mining. So that in this study the clustering technique was used using the K-Means algorithm to classify patients with chronic disease in the elderly residents of RW 07, Pulogebang Village.

Abstract

The existence of credit activities in a bank or company, certainly is one of the advantages for the bank or company, including the customer. In crediting the need for an assessment as a consideration for a prospective customer before the bank decides whether to accept or reject the request of a prospective customer. This is done, considering the risk of uncollectible on the customer is quite large. In order to assist in determining whether a person is eligible to receive a loan, a decision support system is required. One method that can be used for decision support systems is to use TOPSIS. Abstract

In this study, the authors applied a method in the computer information base system (CBIS), the Preference Selection Index, or known as the PSI method. It aims to produce a preference index of each employee, which later the index value is used as a measure of employee performance so it is known as the Employee Performance Index. Alternative data from the study the author uses 30 data as samples to be calculated Employee Performance Index. In addition to employee data, the author also uses several criteria in measuring the Employee Performance Index, such as discipline, loyalty, years of service, sanctions and reprimands, education. These criteria greatly affect the assessment of employee performance index. It is expected that the results of the measurement provide the right decision for employees in calculating the Employee Performance Index.

Abstract

PT. Pamindo Tiga T saat ini dalam proses persediaan barang masih dilakukan secara manual karena masih menggunakan pencatatan di buku dan microsoft excel, seperti input barang masuk dan input barang keluar. Sehingga informasi yang diterima oleh pihak yang terkait sangat susah didapatkan secara cepat. PT. Pamindo Tiga T yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang memproduksi komponen kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat sangat membutuhkan sistem informasi yang lebih mudah dan cepat agar dapat menunjang kebutuhan operasional perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Metode SDLC dengan model waterfall sedangkan tool yang digunakan berupa ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan UML (United Modelling languange) dan dengan adanya sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web ini dapat lebih mudah dalam mendapatkan informasi terbaru, serta mempermudah dalam pengolahan data barang masuk dan barang keluar. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Persediaan, Waterfall, ERD, UML, Web.

Abstract

The high level of motorcycle sales makes the showroom have difficulty in procuring variants of motorcycles to be sold. The many variants of motorcycles in one manufacturer, make different sales of each motorcycle variant, there are variants with high sales and some with low sales. So it is necessary to predict the level of motorcycle sales. This study uses data from one of the Honda motorcycle showrooms, namely the Hayati showroom, Pasaman branch. The data used is a recapitulation of motorcycle sales data in the second quarter of 2020. This study uses 24 data samples as a decision system. From the test results obtained 13 equivalence classes, then a reduction process is carried out to obtain 7 reducts and a rules generation process is carried out, then 41 rules are obtained with Motorcycle Prices as the dominant attribute in influencing the Sales Level attribute decisions with an incidence of 42% and min. support = 5.
