Abstract

Studi yang berkaitan dengan perempuan dalam kajian poskolonial menjadi topik yang menarik diperbincangkan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah membahas mengenaiperempuan yang berusaha untuk mendapatkan hak berbicara dan bersuara di dalam lingkup masyarakat di era dunia ketiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan; (1) penindasan, (2) dampak, dan (3) upaya pemberontakan yang dilakukan melalui tokoh Isah pada novel Lebih Putih Dariku karya Dido Michielsen. Tiga muatan aspek ini dideskripsikan untuk menganalisis novel Lebih Putih Dariku karya Dido Michielsen menggunakan teori subaltern Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan pragmatik dalam menganalisis novel Lebih Putih Dariku karya Dido Michielsen. Temuan penelitian ini yakni: pertama, bentuk penindasan yang merupakan bagian dari praktik subaltern yang terjadi pada tokoh Isah. Kedua, dampak yang terjadi akibat penindasan yang dilakukan oleh bangsa Eropa terhadap kaum pribumi terutama pada tokoh Isah yang menjadi objek penindasan. Ketiga, upaya pemberontakan yang dilakukan tokoh Isah terhadap bangsa Eropa atas penindasan yang mereka lakukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, disimpulkan praktik subaltern yang dilakukan oleh bangsa penjajah dilatarbelakangi upaya pembungkaman terhadap kaum-kaum pribumi untuk menyuarakan hak berbicara dan bersuara mereka untuk mendapatkan hak dan tempat yang setara. Hal ini terjadi pada tokoh Isah yang dikisahkan dalam novel Lebih Putih Dariku karya Dido Michielsen.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the creative thinking skills of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya students in learning mathematics using an open-ended approach. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with research subjects of class VII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. The instrument used in this study was a description of questions consisting of 4 questions. The research results obtained from the students' answers in solving the questions showed that as many as 20 out of 30 students had quite high creative thinking skills. The percentage of creative thinking skills is 67%.Keyword: Mathematics Learning, Creative Thinking Ability, Open-Ended Approach

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop mathematics learning media in the form of games to meet the needs of mathematics learning and can increase the interest and motivation of learning students. The subjects of this study were 33 grade VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Tajurhalang. This research uses a research and development approach by adapting the ADDIE model which includes 5 stages, namely, 1) Analyze, 2) Design, 3) Develop, 4) Implement, and 5) Evaluate. In this study, the product was validated to three material experts and three media experts and carried out individual trials for students. Based on the validation results from experts. The average assessment results from material experts received a score of 4.57 with the criteria of "Very Worthy", and the average assessment results from media experts received a score of 4.13 with the criteria of " Worthy". The results of individual trials get a score of 3.54 with the criteria " Worthy". After validation and revision from experts, a small class trial was carried out for students at SMP Negeri 1 Tajurhalang. The average assessment results from the small class trial scored 3.89 with the criteria " Worthy". The overall results stated that ethnomathematics-based Tic Tac Toe Math learning media were qualified as valid with the criteria " Worthy".

Abstract

This study aims to examine mathematics lesson plans in terms of cross-learning by using design research. This research refers to the systematic literature review (SLR) which consists of three stages, namely planning, conducting, and reporting. The planning stage is identifying the need for the review, focusing on the research question, and organizing the procedures in SLR. The conducting stage includes searching for articles, selecting articles, and synthesizing data. The reporting stage is the stage that includes writing the SLR results in accordance with a predetermined format. The search for international articles with the help of the Publish or Perish application using the keywords Learning Trajectory, design research, and mathematics in the time span between 2018 - 2023 is 210 articles and after being reviewed based on research questions, 15 articles were obtained to be reviewed. Based on the review of 15 international articles, mathematics lesson plans based on learning trajectories can provide student experiences for students to be skilled, active, creative, and provide opportunities to call for ideas or ideas to solve a problem in everyday life. Mathematics lesson plans based on learning trajectories can use the Plomp and Gravemeijer and Cobb models. The 15 international articles are grouped based on Plomp and Gravemeijer & Cobb development models. Abstract

Friendship relations are one of the efforts to fulfill social-emotional needs for individuals, especially for adolescents. Simultaneously with the entry of adolescence, according to the theory of psychosocial stages. An individual is faced with the task of developing identity versus role confusion. Dumas: 2012 states that during adolescence, adolescents spend a lot of time interacting in peer groups. Superman Is Dead (abbreviated as SID) is a punk rock band from Bali, Indonesia, based at Poppies Lane II, Kuta. This music group consists of three youths from Bali, namely: vocalist Bobby Kool, bassist Eka Rock and drummer Jerinx. In the lyrics above Superman is dead conveys a message to listeners that "a handful of hope" every friend has hopes and hopes can be interpreted as ideals that must be pursued. “Takkan pernah menyerah, terus kubertahan” It can be concluded that the lyrics of the Superman Is Dead song are closely related to friendship relations, namely the existence of motivation between friends, the existence of solidarity between friends, solidarity, disappointment and conflict between friends. Abstract

Teachers have a very vital role in the world of education so teacher professionalism is needed to achieve educational goals. The problem that often occurs now is that many teachers are not updated with the latest developments in education. This indicates that teacher professionalism has begun to decline. One of the objectives of supervision is to improve the professional abilities of teachers so that the quality of teaching and learning situations can be improved. This research aims to understand the urgency of academic supervision, to determine the form of teacher professionalism and to determine the urgency of academic supervision as a foundation of teacher professionalism. The method used in this research is literature study. This research was conducted in September-December 2023. Based on the results of the analysis, there are several principles that supervisors must pay attention to and realize in carrying out academic supervision. There are four competencies that teachers must have, and there are several teacher development techniques that can be carried out by a supervisor. in increasing the professionalism of teachers in schools. Abstract

The focus of this research is the utilization of technological developments combined with local Madurese literature. From this comes the research objective to optimize the features on the noice platform to develop the Audiobook of Madurese Folklore. The results of this research are expected to be an alternative in enjoying books or reading materials in a different way, namely by listening. The research method used in this research is development with the 4D model (Thiagarajan, Dorothy, and Melvyn) which consists of four development stages, namely determination, design, development, and dissemination. The results of this study include: 1) The product is produced in the form of Audiobook of Madurese Folklore which is effective to be utilized in understanding reading sources by listening, 2) The Noice platform is effectively used as a means of developing Audiobooks with reading material for Madura Folklore. 3) Audiobooks of Madurese folklore produced through the Noice platform can be operated on computers (laptops) and android/mobile phones easily and practically as long as they are connected to the internet network.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the use of mini book media to improve the reading and writing skills of students at the elementary school Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative approach, where data is collected using structured interview techniques and documentation. The informant in this research was a class IV teacher. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data triangulation model. The results of the research show that mini book media is the media used by fourth grade teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya in the teaching and learning process in class. This is due to the flexibility of the media in each lesson, as well as the ease of creating and using it in learning and being liked by students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the content of progressivism in character education and social virtue embedded in the biography novel of Buya Hamka, utilizing a sociopragmatic study approach. The prophetic sociopragmatic study approach is employed to investigate the social and pragmatic context of Buya Hamka's perspective on character education and social virtue in the novel. The study also identifies how these values can be implemented in the context of character education in Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. The research methodology adopts a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques to explore various aspects of progressivism in character education and social virtue within the novel. Data are analyzed by considering the historical, social, and religious contexts that shape Buya Hamka's views on character education and social virtue, using a socioprakmatic perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of school-based management (MBS) of public high schools in Buleleng Regency in the aspects of independence, partnership, community participation, transparency, and accountability. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were 17 public high schools in Buleleng Regency. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with 5 aspects of MBS implementation. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 128 statements and a Likert scale rating. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative analysis techniques with Glickman's quadrant criteria. The results showed that the implementation of school-based management in public high schools in Buleleng Regency was very effective in 5 aspects of SBM in terms of independence, partnership, community participation, transparency and accountability with the T-score of each aspect being positive (+). Thus, the implementation of MBS at public high schools in Buleleng Regency in 2023 obtained a quality T-score value (+ + + + +) with a very effective category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of school-based management at public high schools in Buleleng Regency in 2023 is very effective.
