Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada bidang perbankan berdampak pada pergeseran pola bisnis konvensional ke arah digital. Pergeseran ini menyebabkan perubahan struktural dan pengurangan jumlah karyawan pada bank- bank di Indonesia. Pada PT Bank Panin KCU Plaza Pasifik terjadi hal sebaliknya yaitu jumlah karyawan bertambah tiap tahunnya namun kinerja karyawan mengalami penurunan padahal sudah ada budaya organisasi yang jelas dan komitmen organisasi dalam peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh perubahan organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening di PT bank Panin KCU Plaza Pasifik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT Bank Panin KCU Plaza Pasifik yang berjumlah 210 orang karyawan. Penelitian tesis ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang telah diisi oleh karyawan PT Bank Panin KCU Plaza Pasifik. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisa structur equestion modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software statistik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perubahan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Panin KCU Plaza Pasifik, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Panin KCU Plaza Pasifik, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Panin KCU Plaza Pasifik, perubahan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, perubahan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa model bisnis dari bisnis pakaian muslim yang telah ada dengan menggunakan BMC dan mengetahui apakah bisnis pakaian muslim ini layak atau tidak untuk dijalankan dan dapat menghasilkan keuntungan. Terdapat beberapa bisnis model yang dapat dipilih, salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas. BMC adalah salah satu bisnis model yang cocok digunakan untuk menganalisa bisnis startup. Salah satu bisnis yang dapat dilirik adalah ekonomi kreatif yaitu dibidang industry fesyen. Dalam penelitian studi kelayakan bisnis ini terdapat empat aspek yang akan diteliti yaitu aspek pasar (industry/target market feasibility), aspek Produk/jasa (Product/service feasibility), aspek manajemen dan kepemilikan (Organizational feasibility), dan yang terakhir adalah aspek keuangan (financial feasibility). Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa model bisnis pakaian muslim batik wanita menggunakan business model canvas ini layak untuk dijalankan dan berpotensi menghasilkan keuntungan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas SDM, akses informasi, akses permodalan, kualitas sumberdaya manusia, terhadap kinerja dari Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di wilayah Jawa Barat. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik Random Sampling. Teknik ini untuk memperoleh anggota sampel (pemilik atau pengelola UMKM) yang terdapat di kabupaten/kota wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terbukti bahwa kualitas SDM berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap akses permodalan; akses informasi UMKM mitra LPDB berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap akses permodalan; akses permodalan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja UMKM; kualitas SDM tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM; akses informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM; dan terakhir akses permodalan memiliki kontribusi yang besar dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas SDM atau akses informasi terhadap kinerja UMKM

Abstract

Training and compensation programs are provided by the company to motivate employees and improve employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of training and compensation on employee performance using motivation as mediation at PT. Servistama Pacific Sedana. This research uses a quantitative approach with the observation unit of all employees of PT. Sedana Pasifik Servistama and total sampling technique with a total of 110 respondents. The method used is a survey using a questionnaire and descriptive research type explanatory research. This research's data analysis method is the validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis test using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that training and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation can mediate the effect of training on employee performance and motivation to mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Servistama Pacific Sedana.

Abstract

The rise of digitalization of financial services has led to the emergence of many fintech (financial techology) start-ups. However, because fintech startups have several risks, the Bank remains the main option in selecting financing / credit service products for bankable people. This research was conducted at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri with a purposive sampling method. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to calculate the effect of each variable. The results of the study reveal that service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to request financing, the perception of the margin of financing has a positive and significant effect on the decision on financing application, the quality of service has no positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, the perception of the size of the financing margin has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Customer, the decision to request financing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, which is mediated by the decision on a financing request, the perception of the size of the financing margin has a positive and significant effect on the variable of customer satisfaction, which is mediated by the variable of financing request decision. Based on the result, banking services can increase financing margins that this is can relate with customer purchasing decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to obtain the results of a survey of the evaluation of marine tourism development in Muna Regency in Southeast Sulawesi. The unit of analysis in this research is the Department of Tourism and Culture as one of the government agencies in Muna Regency, which is required to manage and contribute to the maximum revenue contribution to Regional Original Income (PAD) with selected respondents and critical informants is the Head of the Service, Head of Division and Head of Sub Division of Planning and Finance. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The analytical tool used is the Realistic Evaluation Method with the Context-Mechanism-Outcome configuration approach. The results of the study show that the evaluation of marine tourism development in Muna Regency through an evaluation analysis of the Context and Mechanism can be obtained Outcomes: (a) several development programs that have been carried out by the Tourism and Culture Office, both destination development programs, marketing development, and creative economy development have been successfully implemented ( b) The Department of Tourism and Culture has several gaps that must be corrected to achieve advanced and reliable management and development of marine tourism. Keywords: Evaluation, Development, and Marine Tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and communication on internal audit employees' performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk with the mediating variable of Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were 284 employees of the internal audit of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. Whereas in this study using saturated samples, the entire population of this study became research respondents. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed using the Amoss 26 Structural Equation Models method. This study uses competency and communication independent variables as well as employee performance-dependent variables and job satisfaction mediation variables. The results of the study prove that there is an effect of competence on job satisfaction; there is an effect of communication on job satisfaction; there is an influence of competence on performance; there is an effect of communication on performance; there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance; there is an influence of competence on performance through job satisfaction; there is an effect of communication on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to review and reconfirm research on customer satisfaction and customer trust in online applications. In this study, the object raised is SIPP Online, developed by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan at the branch office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kelapa Gading. This research model includes Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust, Variation of Functions, and Web Design. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to test the path analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by operating the AMOS 22 application for testing research models. The sample in this study amounted to 315 PIC companies participating in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. In this study, there are seven direct hypotheses and three indirect hypotheses (mediation). The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses made in the study are statistically accepted. The limitation in this research is that the study's scope only includes the Kelapa Gading branch of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the company's characteristics, the determining factors for the disclosure of carbon emissions, and the impact of the disclosure of carbon emissions on economic consequences. The financial result in this study is the decision-making behavior of businesses, governments, and creditors as a result of accounting reporting, in this case, environmental disclosures contained in annual reports and sustainable reports. This study's sample amounted to 45 companies registered in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, with an observation period of 2008 to 2017. To measure the disclosure of carbon emissions by creating a checklist based on information from the CDP. Company characteristics are proxied by profitability, leverage, size, and sales growth, while economic consequences are proxied by the bid-ask spread, trading volume, and stock price volatility. The analytical method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using the WARP PLS version 5.0 application. From the test results, it was found that Profitability and Size had a positive effect on disclosure of carbon emissions, growth sales had a negative effect, and leverage had no effect. Meanwhile, the impact of disclosing carbon emissions on the bid-ask spread, trading volume, and stock price volatility has a positive effect.
