Abstract

Artikel ini, merupakan hasil penelitian lapangan terkait dengan peran kepala sekolah dalam memberdayakan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini dilatari oleh kegelisahan, adanya pemikiran bahwa, peran kepala sekolah tereduksi menjadi peran administrator, manajer, dan supervisor terhadap program-program yang dicanangkan pada lembaga pendidikan. Padahal, semestinya, peran kepala sekolah lebih luas dari terminologi yang dibingkai secara teoritik. Hal yang terpenting ialah, seorang kepala sekolah harus bisa menumbuhkan efektifitas program yang direncanakan, inovatif dalam mengambil keputusan, serta efesien dari sisi pengelolaan waktu. Semuanya ini harus terinternalisasi di dalam diri kepala sekolah. Agar, apapun program-program yang sudah dicanangkan bisa dilaksanakan secara seksama. Penelitian ini, berbentuk penelitian kualitatif dengan model analisa isi. Pada kesimpulannya, hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa, kedisiplinan, komunikasi, partisipasi, serta membangun budaya kerja yang professional, menjadi kata kunci keberhasilan kepemimpinan di SMAN 16 dan SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya. Tanpa harus memisahkan kapan kepala sekolah berperan sebagai administrator, leader, manajer, dan supervisor. Holisme peran dan internalisasi tanggung jawab yang kuat, akan menghasilkan modal kepemimpinan yang dapat memberdayakan tenaga pendidik, secara efektif dan terukur.

Abstract

One of the largest religious organization in Indonesia is Muhammadiyah. Movement of religious organizations has attracted many people from various dsiplin science related to the characteristics and the vision of the progress of (modern) in the stretcher, various breakthroughs made by the Islamic organization Muhammadiyah in order to find an alternative solution to the problem of Muslims in Indonesia, especially in relation to Islamic ideology religious and social praxis.This research is the study of literature / literary using the method of philosophical analysis, because of the issues examined are related to epistemological aspects ijtihad and tajdid present in Muhammadiyah religious organizations in Indenesia, the approach taken is patterned historical-thematic.Ijtihad and tajdid that characterizes Muhammadiyah Muhammadiyah is as elan vital, especially at the beginning of its emergence in the nineteenth century AD, where Islam in Indonesia, especially Java suffused with various mythological takhayyul, khurofat and heresy, so that Islam should be a driving force of progress mankind (dynamic and liberating) instead became stagnant religion. Early emergence of Muhammadiyah regarded as a battering ram "theological rigidity" for Indonesian Muslims, who not only clarify theological issues alone but also raises awareness and motorcycle Indonesian independence movement of imprialisme and colonialism.However, in its development, tajdid as elan vital Muhammadiyah, the beginning of the century twenty-one accused by sabagian circles have undergone a process of stagnation and just dwell on the issue of routine administrative organization and institution that has been so great that the function of liberating as the motor of Islamic civilization berkemajuan in Indonesia considered as in its early era of Muhammadiyah. It then pushes the internal Muhammadiyah to critical reflection on the organizations existence. Various critical reflection undertaken by activists and sympathizers Muhammadiyah bring a wide variety of interpretations of tajdid Muhammadiyah so bring diversity in shape, attitude and action.It is undeniable that diversity is influenced by the views of life (world view) respectively in view of the problems (the reality) that exist. World view of each variant that can be tracked in episteme each class. Thus, there are at least two major groups in the body of Muhammadiyah, a group of conservative and progressive groups (contextual), besides that it appeared also a third group, namely, integrative group.The three groups derived from ideology religious same ideals of purification of Islam, but the first two groups are considered to remain and fight the great ideals of Muhammadiyah in social praxis religious (Charity Effort Muhammadiyah or called by AUM), while the latter shifted in integrative group ideology (especially in the Islamic discourse in practical politics).Epistemologically konservatife and progressive groups have a major role in shaping epistemology Islamic movement Muhammadiyah in Indonesia, though often tinged tension between them. In conjunction with the development of Islamic Science, then both together in reconstructing epistemology of science Islam (Islamic Studies), a group of conservative through the process of purification ideology or deconstruction radical and partial (Islamization of Science) like the idea of Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas, and groups of progressive use integration M. Amin Abdullah -interkoneksi models, thus the dialectic epistemelogis both groups into a solution for the construction of Islamic scholarship 21st century.

Abstract

In view of Toshihiko Izutsu, the Arabs do not like the Greeks who likes to philosophize and think global. Pre-Islamic Arab nation is a nation of pragmatists, fatalist, and particularist, who prefer to reveal the details rather than global. Izutsu give a neat illustration, if an Arab find a tree, then he is happy to tell as much detail as possible branches, leaves much detail as possible, or the beauty of the flowers with a variety of expressions. Perhaps this is the reason why the Arabic language is rich with the term for an object that looked the same. However, on the other hand, they tend to not see the tree as a system.The arrival of the Koran in the middle of the Arabs led to words and specific terminology previously unconnected become closely intertwined and form a system and a new world view, which departed from the concept of God. As the word "taqwa", which originally means human or animal attitudes that try to defend themselves from enemy attacks, then converted by Islam to "fear God to obey". The word "taqwa" is now connected to the word "Allah". The word "taqwa" which was originally not an important word in Arabic, a keyword in the Quranic worldview. Likewise with other key words.Thus, Islam has changed the paradigm of the Arab nation which was originally a man-centered (anthropocentric) into views that are expressly stated to be the centrality of God (theocentric) in life, though without denying the human role. Both are linked by certain relationships. The Arabs of ignorance, although recognizing God as the creator, but never acknowledge Gods role in human life.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah pioneering in the field of education has been widely recognized and some even say that Islamic organization Muhammadiyah is most concerned with taking care of education. Muhammadiyah is also known to have the most educational institutions, not only at national level, Indonesia, but also throughout the world.Since its inception the organization has concentrated on Islamic movements substantially proselytizing commanding the good and forbidding the evil that contain a broad sense that invites people to Muslim, Islamic straighten Muslims, as well as improving their quality of life intellectually, socially, economically and politically. Organizational management is done in a modern way. Said to be modern for the regeneration of leadership apply on an ongoing basis. In addition, the process does not occur cult, which sees the leadership of the organization as individuals most perfect.Pioneering Muhammadiyah in native education modernization noteworthy with gold ink. While most people are still allergic to the public schools, as synonymous with the Dutch secular, secular groups allergic opposite attitude toward religion. Muhammadiyah succeeded so brilliantly by mating and to combine them in the development of education.

Abstract

In Islam, the discussion on gender relations have undergone significant developments. This development is not only related to the wealth of experience that has been passed over the last few years, but also the serious attention of Muslim scholars in a re-interpretation of the classic literature that provides a high spirit into the foundations of gender relations. One timeless classic literature of the times is the Qur’an. In the distribution of its verses, the Quran provide clues to understanding the pattern of gender relations. One such clue is the verses of the Qur’an to review explicitly about gender identity. Tracking and documenting the identity of the Qur’an diction is then narrowed to the Surat al-Hujurat verse 13. Interpretation of that paragraph provides a new paradigm that looked at gender relations is not only related to gender identity and their alignment patterns in beberaba field. However, the construction of the Qur’an regarding gender relations requires a construction formula with crochet toward informed consent Allah through the Qur’an. Construction of gender relations in the form of al-taarof. Interpretation of al-taaruf provides a narrative of the Qur’an that to link between gender identity, formula construction, as well as the direction of the goal.

Abstract

Islam views the economic problem is not from the standpoint of the capitalist who gives freedom and ownership rights to individuals and promote business in pereseorangan. Nor does it from the standpoint of a socialist, who wants to eliminate all the rights of individuals and make them like a slave economy controlled by the state. But Islam justifies ready selfish without letting it destroy society.Under the Islamic economic system, accumulation of wealth by a group of people avoided and steps performed automatically to move the flow of wealth to the community members who have not fared well. Steeped in the system we will get weakness capitalist economic system that developed according to the concept of free competition and ownership rights is growing as a result of overly tight supervision and dictatorial attitude of the workers class and the lack of recognition of property rights to the property. Islamic economic system is a system that is fair and thorough as well as efforts to ensure the wealth accumulated not only to one group alone, but spread throughout the community.The values of Islamic Economics (ethical values), the distribution concept in Islamic economics deserves to be a practical solution in the container community economy Indonesia. Through the instrument Zakai, inheritance, endowments, donation and Alms, as well as contract-contract muamalah laden with fairness to all parties and upholds the cooperation into capital in the development of the informal sector or commonly known as the peoples economy is independent so mempu prop up the economy Nation to be free of debt and the intervention of foreign investment. Abstract

Outdoor life and human life and human is willing to accept the influence of the outside world, ready to communicate with the possibility of exchange of alternatives patterns of thought and behavior deeds. Criteria level of openness of human and moral life of society is determined by the level by level or speed tempo changes and problems faced. Patterns of thought and behavior that is based on the open view of cultural relativity and pluralism or diversity of truth and reality. Instead of society and human beings against which to be covered is marked by a denial of justice could have taken third and only one true law used as guidelines in determining the truth about reality, either about to culture-an, patterns of thought and behavior deeds. In many ways and basically the truth and reality possessed rated dignified absolute, applies whenever and wherever. Resulting symptoms conservative attitudes which do not want changes that may be as a result of the influence that comes from the outside world and different.There are three educational social problems that lead to educational berkemajuan namely: (1) Problems of social progress of students, (2) Problems teacher social progress, and (3) Problems of social advancement of educational institutions (schools). Of these problems can be overcome by implementing three patterns: (1) Pattern nomothetic, (2) Patterns idiographic, and (3) Transactional Pattern.Their harmonious and balanced cooperation, give and receive mutual control and control between teacher education institutions and schools in order devotion to children, students and the development of education in general, will determine much of the future development of the communities.

Abstract

Concentration fully reform the institutional aspects and teaching, still remaining implicates fundamental problem that has not gotten way out until today. The fundamental problem in question is still ongoing inconsistencies between the various national education policy. The disharmony generate serious impacts in the process of education reform in the country after the collapse of the New Order. Especially for education stakeholders, this disharmony makes their confusion, how should education reform agenda is executed. They are confronted with education policies that substantially contradict or at least overlap with one another. Worse yet, stakeholders of education in educational institutions is not only confused, but also become a victim of unwanted effects (unintended impact) or wild effect (spillover impact) on the implementation of the policy. So is the Islamic education institutions and academic staff who manage these institutions, "forced" to accept other forms of discriminatory treatment as a result of the policy of disharmony.

Abstract

Harta waris merupakan salah satu instrument distribusi dalam Islam yang mampu menjadi solusi atas ketimpangan ekonomi yang menjadi pemicu multidimensional permasalahan dalam kehidupan barbangsa dan bernegara. Konsep distribusi harta waris bagi orang Islam terangkum dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) dan Undang-undang Perkawinan No. 1 Tahun 1997. Bagi masyarakat yang non Islam berdasarkan konsep Kitab Undang-Undang Perdata dan aturan adat. keberagaman konsep distribusi harta waris di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari sifat kekeluargaan serta pengaruhnya terhadap harta kekayaan yang diyakini oleh kelompok masyarakat. Sehingga selama ini, pelaksanaan maupun penyelesaian sengketa distribusi harta waris dalam rangka mengaplikasikan konstitusi-konstitusi yang berlaku di atas adalah Peradilan Agama, serta Organisasi keIslaman diantaranya Muhammadiyah dan Nahdhatul Ulama (NU). Varian lembaga-lembaga tersebut menjadi fenomena yang menarik di Indonesia dalam distribusi harta waris. Sehingga supaya potensi harta waris terlokasir secara tepat, baik untuk mencegah konflik individu dalam keluarga, penimbunan harta (idle wealth), meminimalisisr kesenjangan ekonomi di dalam masyarakat. Maka melalui metode PAR (participation action research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini bermaksud memotret maupun menganalisa serta menawarkan solusi role model strategis bagi Pemerintah dalam menyelesaikan dan mengefektifkan distribusi harta waris di Indonesia, dengan berdasar persoalan yang dihadapi oleh Peradilan Agama, dan Ormas (Muhammadiyah dan NU) dalam melakukan pendistribusian harta waris. Serta mendayagunakanpenghimpunan dana umat yang berasal dari pewaris kalalah (tidak ada ahli waris) di samping dana zakat, infaq, shodaqoh dan wakaf.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah is "text" religious social realities vibrant and dynamic, so it continues to experience the dialectic movement and change in society. That is, the Muhammadiyah will continue in the construction by its members to be adjusted with the contemporary social reality, though not considered stagnant, old-fashioned "traditional". Moreover, by carrying the Islamic reform movement (Tajdid), it is increasingly affecting the natural thinking Muhammadiyah members to think and behave in the modern demand, and this requires continuous re-reading of the MuhammadiyahVarian Moderate religious ideology. This variant understand Muhammadiyah ideology openly (inclusive). That is, keberdaan Muhammadiyah in the community are not alone, but coincide with other religious social movements (NU, PERSIS, Al-Irsyad, Shia, FPI, HTI, etc.), so it must be mutual respect and tolerance. The group is open to new changes, but still consider the puritan tradition Muhammadiyah. The group is basing his understanding on the rules of Usul al-Fiqh "al-Mukhafadhatu ala al-ashlah qadhimi wal akhdzu jadidi ala al-ashlah" (Maintain a good long and mmengambil new good). This variant can accept the discourse of liberalism, secularism, pluralism, tolerance, but not to be followed by all, if there is good then it can be adopted with the tradition of Muhammadiyah.
