Abstract

This research is motivated by the findings of researchers regarding the phenomenon where MSME actors in the city of Padangsidimpuan in general have not maximized access to financial inclusion, low self-efficacy, low motivation and do not yet have an entrepreneurial spirit and character. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research sample was 177 MSME actors in Padangsidimpuan City. The data collection instrument was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Then data analysis uses the outer model test, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show (a) there is a significant effect of financial inclusion on entrepreneurship b) there is no effect of efficacy on entrepreneurship (c) there is a motivational effect on entrepreneurship (d) there is no effect of religiosity on entrepreneurship (e) there is no effect of entrepreneurship on MSME income in the city of Padangsidimpuan (f) there is a significant effect of financial inclusion on MSME income in the city of Padangsidimpuan (g) there is no efficacy effect on MSE income in the city of Padangsidimpuan (h) there is no motivational effect on MSME income in the city of Padangsidimpuan (i) there is no effect of religiosity on MSME income in the city of Padangsidimpuan (j) there is no effect of financial inclusion on the income of MSMEs in the city of Padang Sidimpuan through entrepreneurship (k) there is no efficacy effect on MSME income in the city of Padangsidimpuan through entrepreneurship (l) there is no motivational effect on MSME income in the city of Padangsidimpuan through entrepreneurship (m) there is no effect of religiosity on MSME income in Padangsidimpuan City through entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon where in several previous studies that the religiosity of interest and awareness of civil servants in paying zakat is still quite low where when there is an appeal from the Padang Sidimpuan Ministry of Religion to distribute zakat to the profession, the acquisition of zakat can reach Rp. 4,600,000 s.d. Rp. 4,800,000. But at this time, in the absence of direct deductions, the zakat received is only around Rp. 1,000,000 to Rp. 2,000,000. So the purpose of this research is to find out how religiosity, income and education actually influence the intention to pay zakat through awareness. This research is a quantitative study with a total sample of 45 samples. The data collection instrument was carried out by conducting structured interviews with each respondent by providing a questionnaire to fill out. Data analysis used the outer model test, the inner model and tested the hypothesis on each of the variables studied. Based on the research results, it is known that there is an influence between religiosity on awareness (3.122 > 1.96) and p-value < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05). There is no effect between income on awareness (0.747 < 1.96) and p-value > 0.05 (0.459 > 0.05). There is an influence between education on awareness (2.192 > 1.96) and p-value < 0.05 (0.034 > 0.05). There is an influence between religiosity on intention to pay zakat (6.167 > 1.96) and p-value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). There is no effect between education on intention to pay zakat (1.922 < 1.96) and p-value > 0.05 (0.214 > 0.05). There is an influence between awareness of interest in paying zakat (2.685 > 1.96) and p-value < 0.05 (0.010 < 0.05). There is no influence between religiosity on intention to pay zakat through awareness (1.732 < 1.96) and p-value > 0.05 (0.090 > 0.05). There is no influence between income on intention to pay zakat through awareness (0.651 < 1.96) and p-value > 0.05 (0.519 > 0.05). There is no influence between education on intention to pay zakat through awareness (1.922 > 1.96) and p-value > 0.05 (0.214 > 0.05) at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach in data collection, where participant observation and in-depth interview techniques are used to gather information. The determination of informants was based on the Purposive Technique Sampling method, taking into account that the informants understood the situation and activities of PT Pegadaian Kanwil 1 Medan. The research results show that the image of PT Pegadaian Kanwil 1 Medan in society is formed through mass communication, group communication and interpersonal communication. Corporate Social Responsibility programs such as the Pegadaian Peduli Program and the Pegadaian Sharing Program are effective tools in fostering harmonious communication between companies and the community. This success in creating harmonious communication helps shape a positive image of the company in the community, which in turn can increase public trust in PT. Pegadaian Regional Office 1 Medan.

Abstract

The palm oil and rubber industry plays a central role in the Indonesian economy, with large companies such as the PTPN III Persero Sarang Giting Plantation Office acting as leaders in this sector. However, technical obstacles such as slow networks have hampered employee productivity. This research investigates the impact of slow networks on employee productivity in this plantation office. Through survey, interview and data analysis methods, this research identifies the negative impact of limited fast internet access on data input, internal communication, team collaboration and employee motivation. These findings provide deep insight into how these technical obstacles affect operational efficiency and employee psychological well-being. This research also proposes remedial measures including improving network infrastructure, employee training, and psychological support to overcome employee performance dissatisfaction. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that this garden office can increase employee productivity and ensure smooth operations in the future.

Abstract

Financial management is carried out to manage financial management activities based on the situation of data collection carried out at Tadika Tinta Khalifah Penang Malaysia, The aim of this research is to find out the management at Tadika Tinta Khalifah, namely budget planning, accounting and auditing. The research method uses qualitative research. The respondents in this research are the owner of Tadika Tinta Khalifah Penang Malaysia and the finance staff. Data collection methods include interviews. Financial management will be implemented based on needs and other costs, this requires cooperation so that financial management can run smoothly, the financial management of the ssilamic caliphate which is engaged in non profit activities is carried out through management where the previous intitution carries out initial planning, directng,implementation, financial managemen and news at any time. Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the influence of Halal Knowledge and Brand Awareness on the Purchasing Decision of Mixue Products in GoFood Application on students of Faculty of Agriculture, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. This type of research is quantitative research with the type of data used being primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study was all students and students of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra starting from 2019 to 2021 who are still actively studying at the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra who have shopped at least twice on the GoFood application. The sample in the study was 98 people. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling methods with purposive sampling techniques and the data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that Halal Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the calculated t value of 2,799 &gt; t table of 1,985, Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the t value of 2,916 &gt; t table of 1,985, and there is a positive and significant bearing between the influence of Halal Knowledge and Brand Awareness on Purchasing Decisions. This is evidenced through the calculating F value of 8.628 &gt; F table of 2.36.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the LAZ Harapan Umat Boyolali institution. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of productive zakat and business motivation on mustahiq business development. As well as knowing the role of business experience in moderating the effect of productive zakat and motivation on mustahiq business development. The method used in this research is quantitative research with primary data sources obtained through distributing questionnaires. The sample technique used is purposive sampling, which is a non-random sampling method and the sample is selected in accordance with predetermined standardization. The sample taken was 45 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variables of productive zakat and business motivation have a positive and significant influence on mustahiq business development. Then business experience is not able to moderate the influence of productive zakat and business motivation on mustahiq business development.

Abstract

This research is to explain the relationship between waqf fundraising strategies, waqf literacy and institutional image. Apart from that, this research also explains the role of religiosity as a moderating variable which is expected to provide a detailed picture of the relationship between waqf fundraising strategies, waqf literacy and institutional image on interest in waqf. This research uses quantitative methods. Where the data source used is primary data obtained from questionnaires. In this research, the sampling technique used was convenience sampling. This sampling technique is based on chance alone, members of the population that the researcher meets and are willing to become respondents are used as samples. The sample in this research was 100 respondents. The results of this research show that: (1) The fundraising variable has a positive and significant influence on people's interest in giving waqf. (2) The literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on people's interest in giving waqf. (3) The institutional image variable does not have a positive and significant effect on people's interest in giving waqf. (4) The moderating variable, namely religiosity, cannot moderate fundraising on people's interest in waqf. (5) The moderating variable, namely religiosity, cannot moderate literacy on people's interest in giving waqf. (6) The moderating variable religiosity can moderate the image of the institution on people's interest in waqf.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Importance Perfomance Analysis (IPA) untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan dan kepuasan nasabah BSI KCP Sutoyo. Data peneitian berasal dari kusioner yang diisi oleh 150 responden dengan teknik sampling Rascoe. Kemudian data yang terkumpul dihitung gap jawabanyan dan dianalisis diagram kartesius. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan harus meningkatkan pelayanan yang berada di kuadran 1. karena memberikan pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan bagi nasabah dan dianggap penting oleh nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSI KCP Sutoyo Kota tegal perlu memperbaiki dan mempertimbangkan semua fitur yang dianggap kurang dan perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

Finding and analyzing the effects of the Zakat Performance Ratio, Disclosure of Islamic Corporate Governance (Shariah Governance, General Governance), Firms Size, and Islamic Securities on Islamic Social Reporting was the goal of the study. The study employed a casual comparative methodology. Between 2017 and 2021, the population has Sharia banks registered with the Financial Service Authority. 13 samples were collected using the census (saturated) sampling method. Multiple linear regression variables were used to evaluate the data at a significance level of 5%. The study's findings demonstrated that the Zakat Performance Ratio had a favorable, considerable impact on Islamic Social Reporting. Islamic Social Reporting was negatively impacted by Islamic Corporate Governance with the indication of Sharia Governance. Islamic Corporate Governance with the indicator of General Governance had positive and significant influence on Islamic Social Reporting. Firm Size had negative and insignificant influence on Islamic Social Reporting. Islamic Securities had positive and insignificant influence on Islamic Social Reporting.
