Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the soundness of sharia business units (UUS) registered with the Islamic Financial Services Authority for 2019-2021 using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital). This research method used in research is descriptive quantitative method. BMT NU Pragaan has relatively few and fixed products, marketing strategies that are still local, and competition is quite tight causing BMT NU Pragaan to only be known by some people in general. In addition, since the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic until now, BMT NU Pragaan has only thought about how to keep the financial institution from declining. Service quality and brand image are important to be applied by BMT NU Pragaan to increase customer loyalty, because the application of good service quality and brand image will create satisfaction for its members. Then from that sense of satisfaction, customers or members will become loyal. The purpose of this study is to first test and analyze the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at BMT NU Pragaan. Second, to test and analyze the effect of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty at BMT NU Pragaan. This research uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires, with the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a sample of 75 customers. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression methods, classical assumption tests, f-tests and t-tests. The results of research data management show that the results of the -f test obtained the value of the independent variables X1 (Service Quality) and X2 (Brand Image) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Customer Loyality), where fcount> ftabel and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. this shows that the Service Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Loyality (Y). The t-test results obtained by the Service Quality variable value show a significant value of 0.036 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The obtained value of the Brand Image variable shows a significant value of 0.066 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Brand Image has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Brand Image, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract BPRS Bhakti Sumekar, Pragaan branch, one of the shari'ah banks that adopt Murabahah financing with the principle of a sale and purchase contract as one of the products provided to customers. This research was lifted from the problems described in 2 research focuses, namely: 1. What are the factors that cause delays in repayment of Murabahah at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch? 2. How is the implementation of late payment relief for BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch customers?. To find out more deeply what are the factors that cause delays in repayment of Murabahah and how to apply late payment relief for customers at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch, researchers used a field qualitative approach. The method used is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The factors that cause delays in repayment of Murabahah at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch, namely, there are two factors, First, Internal factors, namely from the bank itself, Second, External factors from the customer himself, where, the customer has experienced a decrease in his business, there is a disaster, etc. Meanwhile, the application of late repayment relief for customers of the Pragaan Branch of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar, namely, with 3R, (Restructuring, Rescheduling, Reconditioning) aims to correct and save delays in financing repayment. Abstract

This article analyzes the determinants of MSME financing at Islamic Commercial Banks. This is measured by internal bank factors, namely Third-Party Funds, Return on Assets, and Financing to Deposit Ratio. This paper used time series data sourced from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan for the period January 2021 - December 2023. Through multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method, it can be concluded that: First, partially, TPF and FDR have a significant positive effect on MSME Financing, while the ROA has nonsignificant negative effect on MSME Financing for Islamic Commercial Banks. Second, simultaneously, all variables have a significant positive effect on MSME Financing for Islamic Commercial Banks. With these results, it is hoped that this research can contribute to policy or decision making for Islamic Commercial Banks to improve financing distribution to the MSME sector, both working capital financing and investment financing for the MSME sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat individu sebagai muzakki dalam membayar zakat profesi melalui BAZNAS Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 97 orang muzakki yang sudah pernah ataupun belum pernah membayar zakat melalui BAZNAS Provinsi Banten. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa literasi zakat dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat individu sebagai muzakki untuk membayar zakat profesi kepada BAZNAS Provinsi Banten, sementara religiositas tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat muzakki membayar zakat profesi pada BAZNAS provinsi Banten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi zakat dan kepercayaan terhadap minat masyarakat membayar zakat menggunakan platform digital pada BAZNAS di provinsi Banten secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh adalah data primer dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden, dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan softwer SPSS 26. Hasil uji linier berganda menyatakan bahwa variabel literasi zakat mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 0,232 terhadap minat membayar, dan kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 0,258 terhadap minat membayar. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan kepuasan dalam pengaruh literasi zakat dan kepercayaan sebesar 63,0% dan sisanya sebesar 37,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian iniDari hasil uji t dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial variabel literasi zakat dan kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel minat membayar zakat menggunakan platform digital.Kata kunci: Literasi Zakat, Kepercayaan, Minat Masyarakat Membayar

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of LAZ Harfa's productive zakat utilization in empowering women-based micro bussines groups in Serang City. The object of this research is the members of the Urban KKM assisted by LAZ Harfa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the Miles and Huberman model data analysis method.The results of this study indicate that: 1) the utilization of LAZ Harfa's productive zakat in Serang City is carried out through the Urban Microfinance Group program which is given to housewives or widows who have businesses such as small traders, stalls, and food vendors who sell their merchandise at home and are included in the eight asnaf. In this KKM program, capital assistance is channeled to mustahik in the form of capital loans with several stages of loans using the qardul hasan contract 2) analysis of the effectiveness of the Urban KKM program based on all indicators obtained a percentage value of 90% which is included in the very effective category. The Urban KKM program is able to improve the economy of mustahik, its achievement can be seen from mustahik can develop their business, increase their income and free mustahik from usury debt. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), influencer marketing, and halal awareness partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Mountea products. This type of research uses quantitative research with a correlational approach. The sample in the study amounted to 83 respondents. Data analysis techniques are used for instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis with SPSS version 26.0. The results of the data analysis show that the results of the partial test (t test), Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) and influencer marketing partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, while halal awareness has no significant effect. The simultaneous test results (F test) show that F count (43.474) > F table (2.72) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), influencer marketing, and halal awareness simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) and the Human Development Index (IPM) on the number of poor people in North Sumatra, Indonesia, from 2018 to 2023. Using a panel data model approach and secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), this study employs quantitative methods to identify the relationship between these variables. The analysis results show that IPM has a significant negative impact on the number of poor people, while TPT has a positive but insignificant impact. Together, TPT and IPM contribute 99.77% to the number of poor people in North Sumatra. These findings encourage the government and stakeholders to design policy interventions aimed at increasing labor force participation and the human development index, such as skills training and economic empowerment programs. This study provides an understanding of the dynamics of poverty in North Sumatra and the factors that influence it, and provides policy recommendations to address these issues.

Abstract

This journal article explores the role of accounting information in controlling adverse selection in financial markets. This study emphasizes the important role of accounting information transparency, disclosure, and regulatory frameworks in mitigating the risks associated with adverse selection. By providing reliable and timely accounting information, accounting practices help reduce information asymmetry among market participants, thereby minimizing adverse selection. Investor confidence is increased through access to high-quality accounting information, resulting in more informed decision making and reduced adverse selection. The research method used in writing this article is a qualitative method. This research uses a qualitative research approach using a scoping review approach. This research underscores the important role of accounting information and fair practices facilitated by effective accounting systems in overcoming the challenge of adverse selection. Overall, this research contributes to the understanding of how accounting information plays an important role in managing adverse selection and enhancing integrity in financial markets. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kemajuan teknologi dan pengetahuan investasi terhadap keputusan investasi gen z di pasar modal syariah pada mahasiswa FEBI Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji koefisien determinansi. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 65 sampel mahasiswa FEBI Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi angkatan 2020-2022, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemajuan teknologi (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi (Y). Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai dari Thitung 2,040 > Ttabel 1,999 dan nilai Sig 0,046 < 0,05 yang artinya bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pengetahuan investasi (X2) menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi (Y). Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai Thitung variabel pengetahuan investasi sebesar 2,346 > Ttabel 1,999 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.022 < 0.005. Sehingga kesimpulannya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kemajuan teknologi dan pengetahuan investasi secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Diketahui nilai signifikansi untuk (X1) dan (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap (Y) sebesar 0,005 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (5,837 > 3,145). Maka kesimpulannya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini memiliki arti bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kemajuan teknologi dan pengetahuan investasi maka semakin tinggi keputusan mahasiswa berinvestasi.
