Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management control system on employee performance. Employee performance is an important aspect in achieving organizational goals. The method chosen uses quantitative, quantitative is a process for obtaining knowledge using numerical data as an analytical tool, data analysis techniques through the IBM SPSS statistical 23 program. t test research results, Management Control System (X) of 3.396, which is greater than the t table value of 1.98397, with a Significance value (Sig.) of 0.001 which is less than 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that the Management Control System has a significant effect on Employee Performance. In this study, it was found that the calculated F value of 11.535> the F table value of 2.70 and the sig. value is 0.001 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the Management Control System has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The management control system has a significant effect on employee performance. By providing structure, feedback, and motivation, this system can help employees reach their potential and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi cepat dalam pemulihan sektor UMKM setelah terjadinya gelombang pandemi Covid-19. Pasca pandemi Covid-19, perubahan cara konsumsi menuntut pelaku UMKM lebih inovatif. Data dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hampir 70% dari 571 UMKM terpaksa berhenti produksi akibat penurunan permintaan pasar (Survey oleh Organisasi Perburuhan Internasional). Kementerian Koperasi dan UMKM menyatakan bahwa hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh tiga hal yaitu arus kas akibat PHK secara besar-besaran, supply barang terhambat, dan minat beli konsumen yang semakin menurun. Penelitian yang dipakai yakni Kualitatif memalui Pendekatan Studi Pustaka mendalam, untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan yang utuh dan komprehensif dengan melakukan analisis dokumen dan literatur sebagai data utama. Hasilnya, perdagangan internasional dapat dimanfaatkan oleh setiap UMKM untuk mencari peluang mereka di pasar luar negeri agar pemulihan pada sektor UMKM cepat teratasi. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction in employees of the Civil Service Police Unit. This study uses an explanatory research approach of quantitative methods. The research sample uses nonprobability sampling with a saturation sampling technique (census) through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to all employees of the civil police unit in Samarinda City as many as 69 employees. Hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 4. The results of the study showed that the variable of work stress had no effect on the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect on the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit.The variable of job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The workload variable has no effect on the performance variable of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The variable of work stress has no effect on the performance variable of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. There was no effect on the workload variable on the employee performance variable through the employee satisfaction variable of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. There is an influence on the variable of work stress on the variable of employee performance through the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the Application of Endorsement Cost Efficiency Strategy with Rate Card and Engagement Rate in CV Avero Indonesia Influencer Campaign, In the growing digital era, marketing through influencers is one of the most effective strategies to reach a wider audience. With quantitative and qualitative research approaches. This implementation method is focused on implementing cost-efficiency strategies in endorsement campaigns by linking rate cards and influencer engagement rates to select the right influencers. On implementation, the use of multiplatforms such as Instagram and TikTok was proven to increase audience reach and engagement. F2 influencers, who utilize both platforms, have a greater impact in expanding audiences and driving engagement. Through influencer data analysis, Cost per views (CPV) calculation, and cost-efficiency based selection, campaigns were conducted on both TikTok and Instagram platforms. This strategy successfully improved marketing effectiveness, expanded audience reach, and maximized budget with measurable results. This data-driven approach demonstrates the importance of cost management in maximizing promotional impact, while strengthening product competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Empowerment of PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) mothers plays an important role in increasing family economic independence, especially in today's digital era. This study aims to analyze the role and empowerment strategies of PKK mothers in utilizing digital technology to increase family income. With access to technology and digital entrepreneurship training, PKK mothers can develop home businesses, improve digital marketing skills, and expand market reach. The research method used is a qualitative method, with data collection through interviews and observations of PKK mothers' groups in various regions. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology, such as social media and e-commerce platforms, significantly contributes to increasing family income and economic independence. Obstacles faced in this empowerment include limited access to technology, digital literacy, and capital support. This study concludes that a structured and sustainable digital-based empowerment program can be an effective solution in increasing family welfare and economic independence through the active role of PKK mothers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role and duties of the food & beverage service administrator at oakwood hotel & residence. Food and Beverage Service is the second largest source of revenue for hotel operations after room sales. The purpose of this study is to determine the duties and responsibilities of the food and beverage service administrator at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya, establish standard operating procedures for food and beverage service at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya, and find ways to improve service quality. There are several obstacles in food and beverage service, such as detailed information obtained from businesses that are still difficult to implement due to incomplete information and lack of good communication between the sales department and the food service department. The research method used in this report is qualitative method by conducting observation through direct observation at Oakwood Hotel & Residence and library method. The implications of this research include: Oakwood Hotel & Residence must prepare a food and beverage service administrator and the food and beverage department must have good relationships and cooperation with other departments, such as the accounting department and purchasing department. This can be achieved by holding staff meetings to foster a sense of connectedness and encourage communication.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi fondasi filosofis dalam pemikiran ekonomi syariah dengan menitikberatkan pada prinsip maslahah sebagai elemen kunci dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah, maslahah tidak hanya merujuk pada manfaat materi, tetapi juga mencakup aspek moral dan spiritual untuk mencapai kesejahteraan holistik (falah). Prinsip ini berlandaskan pada Maqashid al-Syariah, yang menekankan perlindungan terhadap lima aspek penting: agama (din), jiwa (nafs), akal (aql), keturunan (nasl), dan harta (maal). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka untuk memahami filosofi maslahah dan aplikasinya dalam kebijakan ekonomi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip maslahah berperan penting dalam membentuk ekonomi yang adil, berkelanjutan, dan inklusif, serta efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan ekonomi modern seperti kesenjangan ekonomi dan kemiskinan. Oleh karena itu, prinsip maslahah perlu terus diintegrasikan dalam kebijakan ekonomi syariah di masa mendatang.

Abstract

In every credit provision, credit risk is inseparable. Credit risk is the risk of loss that can be associated with the possibility of the debtor's failure to pay his obligations. This risk arises due to poor performance from the debtor's inability to fulfill all or part of the agreements that have been agreed upon with the bank. The risk in providing credit can be called non-performing loans (Non-Performing Loans). In this regard, the author intends to analyze the bad debts that have occurred in banking in East Java. Currently, East Java banking also continues to play an active role in providing credit by targeting a reduction in the number of bad loans (Non-Performing Loans) of 5%. The Corporate Secretary of Bank Jatim targets a reduction in the risk of bad loans (NPL) for 2024 to below 3%. This strategy was taken to improve credit quality and maintain the health of the bank's loan portfolio in line with the growth in credit distribution which is also targeted to increase by 22.04% to Rp. 66.83 trillion. The data collection technique used is Library Research, which is research by reading books, literature, written reports and scientific papers that are related to the problems discussed. And Field Research, which is data collection by direct observation of the objects studied by means of observation and interviews. The results of this study can be concluded that Risk Management at PT. Bank JATIM Head Office has been implemented well. However, in its implementation there are still shortcomings, namely Credit analysis is not careful enough so that it provides credit to debtors who currently have consumer loan facilities from other banks, monitoring of debtors and reporting of visit results in call reports has not been carried out in accordance with applicable provisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Good Governance in supporting the quality of government financial reports through the results of several previous studies. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach by analyzing and reviewing literature studies from several previous studies, this study uses secondary data by collecting data and results of previous studies related to the implementation of Good Governance on the quality of government financial reports through the Google Scholar website. In the discussion of this study, there are eleven results from eleven previous research journals that were analyzed with the results that there are eight studies that state that the implementation of Good Governance has a positive effect on the quality of government financial reports, two studies that state that the implementation of Good Governance does not have a positive effect on the quality of government financial reports, and one study states that the implementation of Good Governance has a positive but not significant effect on the quality of government financial reports. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of Good Governance has a positive effect in supporting the quality of government financial reports.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital di Indonesia telah menjadi pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Dengan populasi yang besar dan penetrasi internet yang terus meningkat, Indonesia memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi kekuatan ekonomi digital di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Ekonomi digital mencakup berbagai sektor, seperti e-commerce, layanan keuangan digital, teknologi pendidikan, transportasi berbasis aplikasi, hingga teknologi finansial (fintech). Digitalisasi telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan perluasan inklusi keuangan, terutama bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital, rendahnya literasi digital, serta infrastruktur yang belum merata di berbagai daerah masih menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi literatur untuk menganalisis perkembangan ekonomi digital di Indonesia dan dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi digital tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi ekonomi tetapi juga mendorong munculnya model bisnis baru yang lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan teknologi. Dukungan pemerintah melalui kebijakan pro-digitalisasi, peningkatan literasi digital, dan pembangunan infrastruktur menjadi faktor kunci dalam menciptakan ekosistem ekonomi digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, ekonomi digital berperan penting dalam transformasi ekonomi Indonesia menuju era industri 4.0. Dengan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat, ekonomi digital diharapkan dapat terus menjadi pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, dan memperkuat daya saing Indonesia di tingkat global.
