Abstract

Tujuan artikel pemikiran ini adalah menekankan kembali peran widyaiswara dalam menentukan kualitas sebuah kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan. Beberapa hasil penelitian sebelumnya dikaji, dibandingkan dan disimpulkan guna melahirkan sebuah hasil pemikiran yang sekaligus dapat direkomendasikan untuk peningkatan dan perbaikan kegiatan Pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dapat diukur melalui tingkat kepuasan dan tingkat kepentingan peserta diklat terhadap kompetensi widyaiswara yang terdiri dari Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran, Kompetensi Kepribadian, dan Kompetensi Substantif. Kesimpulan pada artikle ini  :1) Widyaiswara harus mencermati ketiga kompetensi widyaiswara yang meliputi Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran, Kompetensi Kepribadian, dan Kompetensi Substantif. 2) Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran, perlu mendapat perhatian utama sesuai hasil penelitian sebelumnya, untuk dicarikan pemecahannya agar pada diklat berikutnya dapat memuaskan peserta diklat. 3) Kurikulum perubahan diklat kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat. Artinya Jika kurikulum perubahan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta dikat maka kepuasan peserta diklat akan semakin tinggi, sebaliknya semakin kurang baik dan kurikulum perubahan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta diklat maka kepuasan peserta diklat akan semakin rendah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the education service system that is applied in SMA Special Jeneponto include: differentiated curriculum, methods, strategies and models the learning, facilities and infrastructure, teacher qualifications as well as guidance and counseling services for gifted children. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies. Purposively selected data sources with data collection through interviews (depth interview), observation and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, data verification and conclusion. The results showed that the system of education of gifted children in SMA Special Jeneponto can be concluded that: (i) using curriculum differentiation, (ii) using the methods of learning centered on the student, (iii) the facilities and infrastructure there are simply not enough, (iv ) qualified teacher is dedicated teachers and instructors, (v) guidance and counseling given to gifted children to help students discover and develop special talents in accordance with the potential and capabilities they have.

Abstract

The research problem is 1. How cognitive abilities of children grouped B2 TK Aisyiyah Middle Maccini of Makassar before and after the treatment methods of the project? Cognitive abilities before being given treatment methods of the project can be seen that the children are not able to connect, assess, and expensive. After the child is given treatment methods of the project children are able to connect, assess, and mempertimbangakan something he was doing. 2. Is there any influence tehadap project method cognitive abilities of children grouped B2 TK Aisyiyah Middle Maccini Makassar City? the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the methods of the project on children's cognitive abilities grouped B2 TK Aisyiyah Middle Maccini Makassar. Activity methods of the projects is Grouping geometric shapes, sorting numbers 1-20, construct beam patterns. The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. This type of research is a simple experiment. There are two variables that will be examined in this study is the independent variable and the dependent variable. One study design with GroupPretest-posttest design. Operational definitions of variables. Population and sample in this study amounted to 16 children. The technique of collecting data through observation and documentation. Data collection procedures done through the planning, provision of pretest, giving treatment, posttest administration and analysis of results. Data analysis technique used is different Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the cognitive abilities of children increased acquisition value than before the treatment. From the research carried out showed that the cognitive abilities of children increased acquisition value than before given treatment to the value T count (136)> T table (30) and Z count (3:51)> Z table (1.645), so that the hypothesis is accepted , It can be concluded that there is influence of the methods of the project on children's cognitive abilities grouped B2 TK Aisyiyah Middle Maccini Makassar

Abstract

This research was held to find out the dynamics of psychological subject in polygamy, the way of handle the family, and the interaction of another family member, the research method is qualitative research by using study case approach through deep  interview and observation during the interview, the subject of the research is the main subject it is husband, for another subjects are first wife, second wife, third wife, and forth wife, and one of the children from the main subject, the research result shows that there is psychological dynamic in her polygamy life and her family, the are, positive impact and negative impact, from the positive impact like protect and help the old women but not yet marriage and the woman who have criminal problem like harassment in their family, stay away from something not good in religion, and can built a good relationship, the wife have a partner in working and care together to the husband, and feel free when they don’t have time, the other ones, there is a negative impact, there are there is a jealousy between the wife and the polygamy, the is negative thinking in social life, the way of subject care the family, by teaching religious point to all the member of family, the interaction of family member held by meet together, built a relationship, care each others, protect, and keep to all the member of family, the subject is blind person but he has a good personality to all people so that’s why many woman love her.

Abstract

This aims to knows : 1) whether the professional competence of lecturers affect on learning quality of islamic lecturers,  2) how much the influenceof pedagogical and professional competence of lecturers on the learning quality of Islamic lecturers.The research method with the quantitative approach through the observation and distribution of a questionnaire as a data collection tool, the total sample of 94 students who had attended the study of Islamic education in teachering and education facultyin Pattimura University. The study are : 1) professional competence possessed by Islamic lecturersgive the influence on learning qualityof Islamic lecturers, 2) the effect of the competence of Islamic lecturers on learning quality ofIslamic lecturers, include a) contributions relative based on a questionnaire that gives response "adequate" amount 68,36% of professional competence, and also effective contribution based on questionnaires responded "good / 49,93% of professional competence.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya belajar manakah diantara  auditori, visual dan kinestetik yang lebih baik terhadap pemahaman konsep yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik pada materi pembelajaran sistem peredaran darah manusia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Teknik pengambilan data dengan pemberian angket untuk mengkelompokkan gaya belajar peserta didik dan tes prestasi belajar digunakan untuk mengetahui pemahaman konsep sistem peredaran darah pada manusia yang dibuat oleh peneliti untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap pemahaman konsep sistem peredaran darah pada manusia. Dari data analisis uji hipotesis penelitian menghasilkan x2Hitung < x2Tabel berarti H0 diterima yakni 1,407 < 5,991 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya belajar siswa secara audiotori, visual dan kinestetik tidak ada perbedaan terhadap pemahaman konsep sistem peredaran darah pada manusia. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa masing-masing gaya belajar sangatlah kuat memberikan pengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep sistem peredaran darah pada manusia, hal ini terlihat bahwa skor rata-rata masing-masing gaya belajar tidak terlampau jauh antar gaya belajar satu dengan yang lainnya.Kata Kunci : Pemahaman Konsep, Gaya Belajar, Sistem Peredaran Darah Manusia

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) identification of the material characteristics of teaching physical education adaptive for mild mettally retarted children base class SLB Somba Opu district  Gowa  (2) completion of teaching materials physical education adaptive for mild mettally retarted children base class IV in SLB Somba Opu district  Gowa. The method used in research and development. Some stages will be done in research and development are: (1) Conduct preliminary research, (2) to collect data as a follow-up of preliminary research. (3) Develop an adaptive physical education teaching materials for mild mettally retarted children base class SLB Somba Opu district  Gowa, (4) Validation of products, (5) product revision post-validation, and (6) Conduct final testing of teaching materials. Product validation is done by subject matter experts and experts retarded. The instrument used in this study include: assessment sheet material experts and experts retarded and field notes. Based on the research and development needs to be concluded that the development of adaptive physical education teaching materials for mild mettally retarted children base class SLB Somba Opu district  Gowa  because it is not available at school from teachers and from the department of education. The results of the experimental study were developed with the characteristics of: (1) according to the scope of adaptive panning material (2) contextual, (3) using simple language, (4) concept visualization. This adaptive learning resource is developed by design: title page, introduction, table of contents, material, notes. Based on the experiment result of adaptive harvesting material obtained by result of improvement of capability of throwing and catching ball which means the instructional material developed is effective to improve the capability of children for light tunagrahita grade IV in SLB Somba Opu Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Mengembangkan metode pembelajaran modern dan komnvensional dibutuhkan adanya metode resistensi yaitu ada kemampuan guru “mendengarkan” siswa mampu berbicara, membaca, mempraktekkan dan melakukan tindakan pembelajaran secara tentatif dan konstruktif, agar mampu menciptakan nuansa pembelajaran yang lebih hidup, mudah dan cermat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan opinion survey yang mengamati 21 SMA Negeri di Kota Makassar. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan metode representatif melalui wawancara kepada Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan stafnya yang menerima laporan tentang perkembangan penerapan metode pembelajaran di SMA. Analisis data yamg digunakan menganalisa grafik perkembangan metode pembelajaran untuk mengetahui efektivitas, efisiensi dan kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa model yang representatif berkembang diterapkan oleh guru adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif (model 2) dibandingkan dengan model pendekatan CTL (model 6) serta model lainnya. Model pembelajaran yang diterima oleh siswa SMA dalam proses belajar mengajar adalah model pembelajaran matematika realistik (model 7) dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran peningkatan kemampuan berpikir (model 4) serta model lainnya. Metode pembelajaran yang representatif berkembang diterapkan oleh guru SMA adalah metode demonstrasi (metode 2) dibandingkan dengan metode simulasi (metode 5) serta metode lainnya. Metode pembelajaran yang representatif diterapkan guru SMA dan diterima oleh siswa adalah metode diskusi panel dan debat (metode 3) dibandingkan dengan metode bermain peran (metode 4) serta metode lainnya. Hasil metode pembelajaran modern dan konvensional yang diterapkan oleh guru SMA dan diterima oleh siswa sudah bisa dikatakan efisien, efektif dan berkualitas dalam penerapannya mulai tahun 2013 – 2017.

Abstract

Language development is a very important stage in the lifespan of early childhood. The problem in this study is the low ability of children in the language which is characterized by several indicators of language development. The aimed of this study was to determine the effectiveness of role-playing both macro and micro to develop the language of early childhood. The research method employed was classroom action research which approach is done through quantitative analysis (percentage analysis) to calculate the number and percentage of children who achieve the development in cycle I and cycle II. Qualitative analysis (assessment analysis) is conducted to determine the progress of children achievement in the form of not yet developed (BB), developing (MB), developing as expected (BSH) and developing very well (BSB). The data collection technique is done through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that role play is very effective for developing early childhood language skills. In language learning activities through role play then the factors that must be considered is the factors of motivation and interest of early childhood.

Abstract

The research aims is to determine learning outcomes using the Discovery Learning methods in Edmodo Learning Management System, analyze the differences in learning outcomes of students using the Discovery Learning using Edmodo Learning Management with Discovery Learning aided by presentation applications, analyze the differences in learning outcomes of male and female students, and analyze the relationship between the Discovery Learning methods using  Edmodo with the learning outcome of male and female students grade X SMAN 1 Jepara. Research conducted in a Quasi Experiment using a factorial design (2x2). Analysis of the data were used: (1) descriptive analysis to determine the average value of spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, projects, products, and response learners, and (2) inferential analysis using analysis Two Way ANOVA to test the hypothesis of treatment differences in learning outcomes of male and female student. The results showed that: (1) Discovery Learning methods using Edmodo contains six steps, (2) There are differences in learning outcomes of students who use the Discovery Learning methods by Edmodo with Discovery Learning aided by presentation applications (3) there are differences in learning outcomes of male and  female students, and (4) there is no relationship between the method of Discovery learning aided application to the learning outcome of male and female students grade X SMAN 1 Jepara.
