Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how influential the profitability ratios and solvency ratios of PT. Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) to the company's interim financial statements. The data collection method used in the research is using quantitative data including literature study, and analysis of company documents. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling as a particular consideration in determining the sample. Purposive sampling uses a quantitative approach so that the use of this technique is in accordance with research that will be carried out in the journal. The calculation of the solvency ratio uses the Debt toEquity Ratio (DER) and the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), while the calculation of the profitability ratio uses the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Return on Assets (ROA). The result from this research show that simultaneous profitability and solvability have no effect on financial performance of PT Waskita Karya Tbk 2017 – 2020 period. Based on parcially test profitability and solvability have no effect on financial performance of PT Waskita Karya Tbk 2017 – 2020 period.

Abstract

Investment is the activity of storing goods and money in order to get a profit in the form of a greater return. In 2019, the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) stated as much as 38.03% as an index of financial literacy and 70.19% as an index of financial inclusion, which means that Indonesian's people still have not understand of products and services provided by financial institutions. Therefore, this study aims to determine the level of literacy and demographic factors on investment decisions, especially students of the Batam International University (UIB). Respondents in this study amounted to 40 students from the Faculty of Business and Management of class 2019. The method used in this study using multiple linear tests with IBM SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on student investment decisions. Meanwhile, demographic factors have no significant effect on investment decisions.

Abstract

Contributions made by non-profit organizations in carrying out social change need to be given special attention. With the role of non-profit organizations in supporting inclusive community programs, the parties involved such as organizational members and fund developers need to unite activities, especially in terms of distributing funds. This study aims to observe the financial statements of the non-profit organization YAKKUM in managing programs for people with disabilities in 2019. The standard used in this study is a financial report based on ISAK 35. The results of this study are that the non-profit organization YAKKUM still has deficiencies in their reports when viewed based on implementing ISAK 35, so there is needed to increase quality and consistency in presenting financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of HDI, APS, and the Minimum Wage on the high level of income inequality in DI Yogyakarta Province. DI Yogyakarta province, which is often dubbed the center of education, is evidenced by the highest HDI and NER on the island of Java, which has the highest inequality in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, namely using multiple regression analysis methods with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) estimator and classical assumption test analysis tool. The data used are secondary data obtained from official sources such as BPS and other official agencies. Data collection techniques using literature study. The results showed that HDI had no effect on Income Inequality. The APS variable has a significant effect on Income Inequality and the Minimum Wage has an effect on Income Inequality in the Province of DI Yogyakarta in 2005-2021.

Abstract

Government subsidy is one of the policy interventions to support economic growth and development. In developing countries, including Indonesia, the subsidy is vital for companies, especially State-Owned Enterprise (SOE), to increase investment efficiency. However, one way for the company to obtain a government subsidy is through the rent-seeking process. Therefore, this study is trying to investigate the significance of government subsidy and the rent-seeking process to investment efficiency. The independent variables in this study are the government subsidy and the rent-seeking process, while the investment efficiency is the dependent variable. This study also uses four control variables, return on asset (ROA), return on equity (ROE), growth, and board size. This research use data from 12 SOEs out of 109 SOEs for eight years (2013-2020) and utilised multivariable regression to analyse that. This study shows that government subsidy, rent-seeking, growth, and board size does not significantly affect investment efficiency.On the other hand, ROA and ROE have a significant negative relationship with investment efficiency. The finding from this study could be used for SOEs to optimise the government subsidy for investment efficiency. This study also uses the natural logarithm of cash given to the government to measure the rent-seeking variable as a novelty which differentiates from other studies.

Abstract

Football as one of the entertainment activities that has a lot of fanaticism fans. This fanaticism has a positive impact, for example, by helping to increase sales from football club activities. Football clubs are also designated as taxpayers and have an obligation to pay taxes if their income is above IDR 4.8 billion a year. The results of this tax revenue can later be used by local governments to carry out development to increase the economic tarag of a region. This study aims to determine whether the League 2 match “Deltras Vs Persela Lamongan” has an effect on the economy in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data used comes from secondary sources with the method used is the study of documentation. Data processing uses qualitative techniques. The results showed that the League 2 match “Deltras Vs Persela Lamongan” had an indirect influence on the economy of Sidoarjo. It is said like that because the role of the football club is to pay taxes to the regions which will later be used for economic development to facilitate community economic activities,

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and patient intention to revisit at the Citra Medika Clinic in Semarang City. This type of research is cross sectional quantitative research. The research population is the average number of patients per month from September 2021 – August 2022 of 1565 patients at the Citra Medika Clinic in Semarang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 50 people. The data analysis technique used was the research instrument test which consisted of validity and reliability tests, the data processing stage which consisted of editing, coding, entry, cleaning, tabulating, data analysis consisting of univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between reliability (reliability), assurance (guarantee), tangible (physical/direct evidence), empathy (empathy), and responsiveness (responsiveness) to the intention of repeat patient visits at the Citra Medika Clinic in Semarang City.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of developing learning media based on Telegram Bot in subjects and to determine the feasibility of the media. This study uses the research and development (RnD) research method. This study adapts the ADDIE model along with the developed by Dick and Carry. The ADDIE research model consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.the meansurement scale used in this study is using a likert scale. The data obtained in this study used a validation assessment questionnaire by validators of media experts, linguists, and material experts. This research was declared feasible with the evidence of linguists expert validation results of 95%, media expert validation results of 85%, and material expert validation results of 79%. Thus, the developed learning media is declared feasible to use.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce electronic student worksheets (E-LKPD) in the economics subject of trading company accounting which is a logical science and requires high reasoning to understand it so that the problem-based learning model is very appropriate by adding real-world problems that students must solve before start learning, so it is necessary to analyze the E-LKPD development process and its feasibility. LKPD has been conventionally inefficient and unable to facilitate online learning. The researcher used research and development (R&D) research, using the modified 4D development modified model of Thiagarajan without performing the disseminate stage. The result of the feasibility validation of the four validators are as follows; (1) Validation of material gained 92.5% with a very decent category with rich advantages in sales and purchase transactions; (2) Validation of learning design experts scored 93.75% with a very decent category with the excellent of case studies; (3) Validation of linguists gained 95% with a very decent dictionary with easy-to-understand linguistic clarity and (4) Validation of learning technologist gained 92.7% with the advantage of very simple and easy-to-use technology. The implications of this study can be an alternative to completing distance learning while preparing the important instruments in the face of a free curriculum.
