Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence consumer loyalty, with the variables used namely consumer trust, product quality, brand image and customer satisfaction. this study used a purposive sampling technique with 160 samples with the criteria of consumers who use and buy sports shoes from the Adidas, Nike, Ardiles, Diadora and Reebok brands at least once in the last 1 year. The tool used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) by the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of Consumer Trust on Consumer Loyalty, there is a positive influence on Product Quality Consumer Loyalty, there is a positive influence of Brand Image on Consumer Loyalty, and there is a positive influence of Customer Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of behavioral conflict, negative affect state, employee wellbeing on job satisfaction at PT. Iron Bird Logistics. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected from 231 employees working at PT. Iron Bird Logistics, analysis data method in this study is simple linear regression analysis with AMOS software. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that there is no negative effect on behavioral conflict on employee wellbeing and negative affect state on employee wellbeing, but there is a positive effect on employee wellbeing on job atisfaction. From this study it is hoped that companies can pay attention to problems that occur to employees in company in order to meet employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain how leverage and the expansion of a company's asset base affect profitability and value. Food and beverage companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are the research's target audience. The time frame for the research is 2020–2022. Proportional sampling is the method used for sampling. There are forty companies in the sample. Smart PLS is what we utilize to analyze data. Empirical evidence indicates that a company's value is positively impacted by both growth and leverage. Debt and business expansion have little bearing on profitability. According to the study's findings, a company's assets do not always translate into higher profitability

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the impact that cash flow, leverage, and company size have on the company's cash savings. Through the sampling method, using library study data collection techniques with data collection through the necessary reports. The technique used in this research uses panel data regression analysis. Based on the sample selection criteria determined in this research, this study conducted observations on 14 entities in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2021 period. The data analysis approach used in this research is panel data regression analysis to obtain better research estimation results. The research results confirm that cash flow has a positive influence on cash savings, while leverage and company size do not affect cash savings. These findings reveal that the company utilizes positive cash flow to maintain the company's liquidity. Meanwhile, the company does not depend on debt and company size to carry out the company's operational activities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a design for the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model which is implemented in the Digital Economy course. This course is designed to develop students' understanding of the digital economy, covering topics such as disruption, industrial revolution, and various aspects of digital transformation in Indonesia, including E-Commerce, electronic commerce business models, digital infrastructure, the latest technologies such as the Internet, big data, currency digital, and e-Environment implementation. This research is a type of research and development which aims to create certain products and evaluate their effectiveness. This research adopts the development model of ADDIE instructional design which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The research results show that the CORE learning model is successful in improving student learning outcomes. Apart from that, the results of this research also show that the specified learning outcomes have been achieved thanks to increased student learning outcomes. There has been a change in learning outcomes which can be seen from changes in student behavior in following the learning process in accordance with the predetermined design.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence Purchase Decision, with the variables used being Product Quality, Price and Advertisement. In this study, using purposive sampling technique with 32 samples with the criteria that consumers use Samsung and iphone brand smartphones. The tool used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is run by the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of Product Quality on Purchase Decision, there is no positive effect of Price on Purchase Decision, there is no positive effect of Advertisement on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on book purchase decisions at Store Instrans Publishing Malang. The research method used is a quantitative research approach. The sample in this study was 100 consumers. With sampling techniques using purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. Data analysis using multiple regression tests. The results of his research showed that product quality affects book purchase decisions at Instrans Publishing Store Malang. This means that the higher the quality of the product, the higher the purchase decision. Brand image influences book purchase decisions at Instrans Publishing Store Malang. This means that the higher the brand image, the higher the purchase decision.

Abstract

Poverty is a serious problem that needs to be addressed because it can make it difficult for people to meet basic needs and an average standard of living. This research aims to determine the effect of unemployment, PMDN, and UMP on poverty in East Java. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from BPS and NSWi from 2001 to 2022 in the East Java region. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the data processing tool EViews 12. The results of this research show that unemployment has a positive and significant influence on poverty in East Java. Meanwhile, PMDN and UMP have a negative and significant influence on poverty in East Java. Unemployment, PMDN, and UMP together have a significant influence on poverty in East Java. Poverty reduction can be achieved through training and education programs that are in line with job market demands, as well as by determining an adequate UMP in line with Decent Living Needs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze factors that can influence the occurrence of tax avoidance activities (CETR) carried out by non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, such as capital intensity (CAIN) factors, institutional ownership. (INST) and executive character (RISK) either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used in this research is quantitative which is related to numbers or statistics and uses secondary data, namely coming from the annual reports of non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2021. The sampling technique in the research used a purposive sampling method with a total of 36 non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 being the research sample. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis. The results of this research show that the capital intensity factor partially has no effect on tax avoidance, the institutional ownership factor partially has an effect on tax avoidance, and the executive character factor partially has an effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, capital intensity, institutional ownership and executive character together (simultaneously) influence tax avoidance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop learning media using digital flipbooks in economics subjects, especially the material of International Economic Cooperation Class XI SMA Negeri 6 Malang  which is effective and feasible to use. The research method used is R&D (Research and Development) by obtaining research data to produce, develop and validate products with carries the ADDIE model proposed by Dick and Carey. This research uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. The measurement used in this research is a Likert scale. Data from the study were obtained through a questionnaire validated by media experts, material experts, linguists, and student respondents. The results of this study indicate that this digital flipbook learning media is effective and feasible to use. The research data obtained with the feasibility level of media experts by 95%, material experts by 80%, linguists by 93%, and limited trials on students obtained a score of 93% with a total of 33 students.
