Birth weight is an indicator of fetal growth whether healthy or experiencing problems during the womb. Low birth weight (LBW) has an effect on high infant morbidity and mortality rates. Data obtained from the delivery room of the Otanaha Hospital showed the prevalence of LBW births in 2018 was 1.83% and had increased in 2019 to 3.25%. The factors that influence birth weight included the age of the mother, parity and weight of the placenta. The research objective was to determine the effect of maternal age, parity and placental weight on birth weight at the Otanaha Hospital, Gorontalo City. This research type was analytic observation with cross sectional study approach. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis used was the Chi-Square statistical test. The results of the univariate analysis of 60 respondents showed that the age group without risk was 42 (70.0%), parity without risk was 41 (68.3%), normal placental weight was 31 (51.7%) and normal birth weight was 46 (76.7%). Bivariate analysis showed the variable maternal age and parity with p-value 0.065 and 0.526 (p> 0.05) and placental weight variable with p-value 0.000 (p <0.05). The conclusion of the study showed that maternal age and parity had no effect on birth weight, while placental weight had an effect on birth weight of infants at Otanaha Hospital, Gorontalo City.

Maternal mortality rates in 2016 rose compared to 2015. The causes of maternal death in 2016 were Severe Preeclampsia (PEB) as much as 33% (4 cases), Bleeding by 17% (2 cases), Heart Failure 17% (2 cases), Sepsis 17% (2 cases) and Other 16% (2 cases). Some studies state that preeclampsia occurs due to the influence of anxiety during pregnancy. Pregnancy is a period of crisis that involves also psychological factors, hormonal changes causing the mother's emotions to become lame. In addition to physical factors, psycho social factors can add anxiety in pregnant women. High stress in pregnancy can increase stress hormones, it can also lead to increased blood pressure and birth weight loss. Prevention can be done by pregnant women to have a healthy condition both the mother and her fetus, as well as through the normal labor process that is by exercising, gymnastics, dancing, and yoga. At this time yoga becomes one of the self help that can support the process of pregnancy, birth. Physiological of yoga performed during pregnancy is reversing the effects of stress involving the parasympathetic part of the central nervous system. The effects of such stress will be inhibited by relaxation, so that the hormones that cause body dysregulation (cortisol) will be reduced in number. The hormone cortisol is an increased hormone in anxiety so by masterminding this hormone can lower the anxiety levels of pregnant women which has an impact on the decreased risk of PEB. Look at the effect of Yoga exercise on cortisol hormone levels in pregnant women. This type of quantitative research is True Experimental research method, with Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Respondents who used pregnant women who participated in prenatal yoga, samples taken with the Formula Freeder obtained 16 pregnant women with control as many as 16. Data analysis was performed using the Pearson Chi-Square test with a result of p <0.00 which indicates a correlation. There is an effect of yoga on cortisol levels in pregnant women.

The childbirth coverage in health facilities (PF) at UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center in 2017 has reached 72.6%, and increased in 2018 by 76.18%. At district level, the PF indicator at UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center has exceeded the target in Konawe District by 59,37%, however but the 80% target achievement of PF at the UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center has not been achieved6. Seeing this, the coverage of PF at the UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center , there are still labors that are not performed in health facilities, so that it can affect the achievement of PF at the UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center , Konawe District. The aim of the study was to analyze factors that influence utilization of health care facilities at the UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center. This research is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach. The research instrument used was a structured questionnaire on the factors that affect the utilization of labor service in health care facilities. The number of samples was 51 women who had labor at the Anggaberi Health Center. Bivariate analysis was done with chi square test and multivariate analysis with logistic regression test. The results showed the six factors (education (p = 0.041) and work (p = 0.019) family income (p = 0.041) and accessibility (p = 0.021) husband support (p = 0.011) and health personnel support (p = 0.011) ) on the use of childbirth services in health care facilities at the UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center , Konawe District. The multivariate results show that all independent variables in this study have a significance limit of p-value ≤ 0.25, so it can be concluded that there is an influence among each independent variable (education, occupation, income, accessibility, husband's support and support of health workers) with the dependent variable. (utilization of childbirth services in health service facilities). Health care centers are expected to improve the partnership with traditional midwife (dukun beranak) within their work area so that the dukun can become well trained and they can collaborate in every childbirth

Postpartum mothers with an indication of episiotomy will experience a higher level of pain. This birth canal trauma is acute and is expected to recover in a short period of time, can be measured, and without serious complications. The aim of this study was to identify the healing process of postpartum maternal perineal wounds. The intervention was carried out on 31 postpartum mothers with the selection using purposive sampling technique. Maternity cool gel pad (MCGP) which was applied to the perineal wound care intervention on the 2nd and 3rd day after delivery showed the wound healing process was observed using the REEDA measuring instrument and analyzed using the T one sample test. The repair of the wound repair scale from the mean REEDA score (10.81 ± 2.98) occurred in all wounds of the study respondents at post intervention (5.32 ± 1.73). Maternity cool gel pad intervention assisted the wound healing process in post intervention data (P <0.005). The results of this study can be indicative of an inflammatory response locally in perineal wounds, but further research is needed to observe the impact of perineal wound healing with a combination of methods that can help evaluate the perineal wound repair process that can be done by mothers independently at home.

Mothers that give birth with section caesaria (SC) often experience difficulty to get a adequate breast milk production. Various kinds of effort have been conducted to overcome this problem, including pharmacological intervention. One of the medicines that could be possibly used is domperidon. Domperidon is an antagonist receptor of peripheral dopamine that works by choking inhibition effect of prolactin secretion facilitated by dopamine to improve breast milk production. The research aimed to unveil the effect of domperidon toward breast milk production on mother that give birth with SC in Indonesia. This is a quasi-experiment research with two groups post-test only design. The sample of this research 30 were post sectio caesarea patients consisting of 15 patients in intervention group and 15 patients in control group. Purposive sampling was used in the research to get the samples. The instrument used was observation sheets. Result analysis was conducted by calculating the frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with Mann Whitney test. The average score of breast milk production among post-SC mother in the intervention group was 22,60, while the average score of breast milk production among post-SC mother in control group was 15,47, Asymp. value Sig (2 tailed) 0,020 (0,020 < 0,05). Domperidone has been approved to have a significant effect to improve breast milk production on post-SC mothers. Improving breast milk production could be conducted non-pharmacologically, but pharmacological therapy could also be considered if the non-pharmacological therapy doesn’t work well in improving breast milk production.

Parenting style is an important component in children's emotional social development. Children who have parents with the neglectful parenting type tend to be either very aggressive or very passive and aloof so they are at highest risk of getting into various difficulties. The appropriate stimulation needs to be given to children in this condition to improve emotional and social engagement. Second step learning (SSL) is a method of stimulating social emotional development that is used to train empathy skills, emotional management, case solving and socializing. The purpose of this study was to apply the SSL method as psychosocial stimulation for children aged 7-12 years with neglectful parents at SDN Bendosari 2 Pujon, Kabupaten Malang. The research method used is a quasy experiment with data analysis of the dependent T test to see changes in children's psycho-social development before and after the implementation of SSL. Implementation was carried out on 50 children with parents who have a neglectful type of parenting style. The SSL method is carried out in 4 steps, namely material presentation, case discussions, activities with groups and activities with parents. The results of this study indicate a significant change in the mean social emotional values of children before the stimulation of SSL (80.5 ± 11.7) and after stimulation of SSL (90.1 ± 11) with a P value of 0.000. From the results of this study it can be concluded that second step learning (SSL) stimulation is effective in improving the social emotionality of children aged 7-12 years with neglectful parents at SDN Bendosari 2 Pujon, Kabupaten Malang.
