Primary data in the form of data about husband's support for antenatal care obtained from the questionnaire, while secondary data in the form of data about the regularity of antenatal care obtained from medical records and MCH books, then the data were analyzed descriptively and by statistical analysis using SPSS 22 correlation test. The results of this study indicate that the majority of husbands' support is lacking as many as 19 respondents (68%), the majority of respondents do not regularly conduct Antenatal Care examinations as many as 17 respondents (61%), the majority of respondents who received husband’s support regularly conducted Antenatal Care, namely 6 respondents (67 %), and respondents who lacked husband's support, the majority of them did not regularly conduct Antenatal Care, namely 14 respondents (74%). From the results of the correlation test, the value of sig = 0,000 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of the correlation test also obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.8 which means that the support of the husband with the ANC regularity is very strong. The conclusions from this study are the relationship between husband's support and the regularity of the ANC with a very strong relationship.

Abstract

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is one of the public health problems with high prevalence both in Indonesia and in the word. According to the World Health Organization (2016),  90% of all DM cases around the world is of type 2 DM. Data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2014 also showed that 90% of all diabetic cases in Indonesia were of type 2 DM. In caring for the family members with type 2 DM, caregivers require self-efficacy and practice of dietary care. This self-efficacy and care practice can be improved through dietary management education. This study aimed to analyze the effects of type 2 DM dietary management education on self-efficacy and dietary care practice of caregivers. This quantitative study used a pre and posttest quasi-experimental design with a control group. The samples were 44 caregivers recruited using purposive sampling technique and were assigned to two groups based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that dietary management education could improve self-efficacy and caregiver practice in the dietary care of family members with type 2 DM (p-value=0.000 and α=0.05). This study concluded that type 2 DM dietary management education program gave effects on self-efficacy and caregiver practice. Dietary management education can be used as an alternative to improve self-efficacy and caregivers’ practice in the dietary care of patients with type 2 DM.

The quantitative sample is taking used consecutive sampling technique, which presented 81 pregnant mothers and intensity sampling for qualitative research presented 13 informants. Based on the result of the analysis, the factors which related to the Compliance of pregnant mother in taking iron tablet were knowledge (p=0,000), husband support (p=0,000) and midwife support (p=0,000). The most significant Exp(B) score was the variable of husband support, which was 15.297. It concluded that pregnant mothers who got support from their husbands would be 15.297 times more significant to obey in taking the iron tablet. Abstract

The utilization of postpartum maternal services in a complete manner in several regions still has not reached the target that has set by the government. Some factors that affect the coverage of comprehensive postpartum service is mother characteristics. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics of mothers who affect the low coverage of comprehensive postpartum service in the working area of Community Health Center of Kayen Kidul in Kediri Regency from January to August year 2019. This research was conducted in September 2019 in the working area of Kayen Kidul Community Health Center of in Kediri Regency. The design of the research used is analytical observational with a case control approach. The sampling techniques used are random sampling clusters. The samples in this study were mothers who had finished their postpartum period (more than 6 weeks to 9 months after giving birth). Independent variables are characteristic of mothers while dependent variables are coverage of the comprehensive postpartum service. Collection of data using data collection sheets with structured interview techniques and medical records in the form of maternal and child health books. Then the data is processed and analyzed univariate, bivariate and multivariate. Statistical results of bivariate statistics showed that the work (P = 0.023), pregnancy complications (P = 0.026), labor complications (P = 0.03) and the type of childbirth (P = 0.01) have an influence on the low coverage of comprehensive postpartum service. Multivariate statistical test results using binomial logistic regression obtained results in the omnibus table having P = 0.006 (P<0.05) which means the model is worth analysed. The significance value in the Hosmer and Lemeshow Test table of 0.074 (p>0.05) has the meaning of acceptable models and hypothesis testing can be performed. The value of Nagelkerke R Square 0.278 means the characteristic mother of age (P = 0.047) and the type of childbirth (P = 0.037) has an effect of 27.8% on the low coverage of the comprehensive postpartum service. The public health policy program should aim to improve the coverage of the comprehensive postpartum service by observing the characteristics of mothers in the region, namely the characteristics of maternal age and type of delivery

Abstract

The 2018 UNAIDS data showed that 36.9 million people live with HIV. Of these, 4,400 cases found among adults (> 15 years old) and nearly 43% were women. In Sub-Saharan Africa, it was estimated that 24% of maternal deaths during prenatal or postnatal care were associated with HIV. Therefore, clinical attention is highly required during pregnancy and after delivery, particularly for those who are infected or at greater risk of HIV. This study aimed to determine pregnancy experience among women with HIV. PubMed and Proquest were used to search relevant articles from 2015-2018 by typing the keywords: "pregnant HIV" OR "pregnancy HIV" OR "HIV pregnancy" OR "HIV pregnancy" AND “experience”. The inclusion and exclusion criteria was determined through: Population, Exposure, Outcome and Study Design (PEOS) framework, PRISMA flow diagram, data extraction and CASP, and mapping the findings. Of 378 selected articles, 7 articles were found to be relevant with the study objective. Using qualitative designs, the articles discussed the disclosure of HIV status that remained hidden. This was due to lack of courage, high level of violence, negative stigma in community and lack of support from health practitioners in providing information about HIV during pregnancy. Support from family and peers can prevent HIV transmission from pregnant women to their fetus. Pregnant women with HIV can still expect that their pregnancy will be healthy and no HIV transmission to their newborn. Disclosure of HIV status remains be fear and concern. However, positive support from family, community and health practitioners can motivate pregnant women with HIV to improve their health.
