Abstract

Breast milk is the best nutritional intake for infants in infants 0-24 months. Quantity of ASI (Breast Milk) is needed to meet the needs of the baby which is increasing along with the growth and development of the baby. So from this adequate nutritional needs are needed by pregnant women and prepare to give milk to babies. In the second trimester pregnant women the production of breast milk has begun to be prepared in the mother's body. Lactogagum contained in papaya is very useful and increases milk production. Papaya fruit (carica papaya) is an agricultural commodity that is relatively cheap in price so that it can be reached by people in all walks of life. While the processed products produced from papaya fruit (carica papaya) have a very high economic. Papaya fruit (carica papaya) is included in the category of foods that increase breast milk, because it contains 33% vitamins and 50% more potassium than oranges. Papaya fruit (carica papaya) is good for meeting the needs of potassium during lactation. If the lack of potassium is potentially affected by depression. While the mother's condition must be stable when breastfeeding. This raises the idea of researchers whether local papaya (carica papaya) that grows in Muna Regency can increase the quantity of breast milk. This research was conducted in the kontunaga sub-district divided into two groups namely the intervention group and the control group with a total sample of 50 samples. The research method used is quasi experiment with Independent sample t-test analysis test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of giving local papaya to second trimester pregnant women on the quantity of breast milk, this is indicated by the value of P <0.05, which is a very significant effect.

Pre-Experimental research design with one group pre-post test design approach. The number of samples is 70 students consisting of grades 4, 5 and 6. Sampling using probability sampling with stratified random sampling technique and using a questionnaire as a measuring instrument. Data were analyzed using Paired T-Test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the study using Paired T-Test obtained a value of ρ = 0,000 with a significance level of α = 0.05 means ρ <α, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of health education on snack foods on snack food preferences elementary school students at SDN Jagir 1/393 Surabaya. The conclusion of this study is that health education has an effect on elementary students on the preference of snack foods. Suggestions, for the school to be taken into consideration in increasing students' knowledge in choosing healthy, safe and nutritious snacks.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a measure of the quality of care. One important problem that continues to be faced is the lack of good quality service and getting client satisfaction. The aim is to explore the satisfaction of maternity patients using BPJS guarantees for the services provided by midwives in the Midwife's Independent Practice. This research method uses qualitative short narrative or force. PubMed and Proquest searches were carried out systematically from 2008 to 2018. Quality articles were selected based on inclusion and Critical Assessment criteria. Based on the review found k Mothers' satisfaction with prenatal care can be said to be the experience that results from subjective judgments about what the mother expects and what actually happens related to labor. Factors that influence patient satisfaction in labor are environmental factors, technical and professional aspects of nursing, and aspects of care and communication. Quality of service is the dominant concept in quality assurance and quality improvement programs in the health sector. One method for determining quality is evaluating customer satisfaction. One tool for evaluating and analyzing service quality gaps is SERVQUAL to study the difference between customer expectations and perceptions in different dimensions including in five dimensions of service quality namely physical evidence, service reliability, responding, assurance and empathy. To get health services, you can use health insurance (BPJS). The benefits of health insurance are freeing participants from the difficulty of providing cash, health costs can be monitored, quality of service can be overcome and the availability of health data.

Abstract

Dsypnea is a clinical manifestation of CHF due to pulmonary function failure. The accumulation of fluid in the alveoli makes the heart unable to pump with the maximum. The changes that occur in the respiratory muscles make an increase from the sensation of dyspnea. This results in increased respiratory rate, blood pressure and pulse and decreased oxygen saturation, This is an important factor affecting the quality of life of patients. Pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic management is performed to maintain physical stability, avoid behaviors that can aggravate the condition and detect early symptoms of worsening heart failure. Deep breathing exercise and active range of motion is one of the non-pharmacological interventions to reduce breathing and increase respiratory muscle. The purpose of this study was to identification oxygen saturation after deep breathing exercise and active range of motion. The type of research used is quasi experimental research involving 16 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Deep breathing exercise and active range of motion performed 3 times a day for 3 days. The measuring instrument used is pulse oximetry. Data analysis using paired ttest test. The results showed an increase in oxygen saturation of 1.69%. This shows the effect of deep breathing exercise intervention and active range of motion on oxygen saturation (p=0,000, α <0.05). The exercise will increase oxygenation requirements due to increased movement of the respiratory and diaphragm muscles resulting in an increase in tidal volume, decreased functional residual capacity and an optimal increase in oxygen intake. This research suggests that deep breathing exercise and active range of motion interventions can be used as self-care nursing interventions. Further research can add measured variables and use random samples.
