Abstract

Indonesia is currently experiencing a demographic bonus. Based on population census data in 2020, 70.72% of Indonesia's population is of productive age, this shows that the current level of consumption and transactions is increasing. Indonesian people tend to make transactions to meet their daily needs in traditional markets or modern markets. However, currently there are not many traditional market facilities and they are not feasible. Based on data from Perumda Pasar Jaya to date, 40% of traditional markets in the Jakarta area are unfit for habitation and must be totally revitalized. One of them is the thorn hill market. PT TDPM successfully won the project tender to support the Bukit Thorn market facility organized by the market manager. However, at this stage of the work process, some more or less work occurs. In this study, researchers examined whether there was a lack of work that occurred in the Bukit Durian market facility supporting project after it was in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2010? And what is the fact that there is less and less work being carried out in PT TDPM's Bukit Duri market project?. This study uses data collection techniques of observation, documentation and interviews. Based on the research that has been done by researchers, in fact the additional work carried out by PT TDPM is not in accordance with presidential regulation number 54 of 2010 where the weight is almost 16% of the project value. To address this, there is less work to be done and some work items are provided voluntarily by TDPM in the hope of maintaining a relationship with the project manager. Based on this, the researcher provides a recommendation to review the provisions regarding the addition of working weights of less than a maximum of only 10% based on Presidential Decree No. 54 of 2010. If it is not reviewed, it can lead to the potential for corruption, collusion, and nepotism.

Abstract

In Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics (Narcotics Law), drug users can be divided into Abusers, Addicts and Victims of Narcotics Abuse. Drug abusers are people who use drugs without rights or against the law. But if the person is a drug addict, he is a person who uses and abuses drugs dependently both physically and psychologically. Where drug abusers and addicts have an element of intentionality in their actions. This is of course different from the qualifications of people who are victims of drug abuse. The Supreme Court based on the provisions of Article 103 of the Narcotics Law took steps to build a paradigm to stop criminalization for drug addicts by issuing a Supreme Court Decree (SEMA) Number 4 of 2010 concerning the Determination of Abusers, and Drug Addicts into Medical Rehabilitation and Social Rehabilitation Institutions. The author provides an example of a case of a victim of drug abuse whose case has been decided by PN Klaten with its decision Number 8 / Pid.Sus / 2019 / PN.Kln. The research method used is the normative juridical method, which is research that prioritizes literature data, namely research on secondary data. The secondary data can be primary, secondary or tertiary legal material. This research includes research on positive legal provisions in force in Indonesia relating to the application of rehabilitation to victims of drug abuse. Based on the results of the study, the author concluded that the application of rehabilitation for victims of drug abuse was carried out by an integrated assessment team with the aim of saving victims of drug abuse, if someone is an addict. Or the victim caught can determine whether to be put in prison or rehabilitated. Addicts and victims of drug abuse are "sick people" who are obliged to undergo treatment by placing them in social rehabilitation institutions. This is based on the consideration that most drug offenders are victims of drug abuse. Understanding the reorientation of handling addicts and victims of drug abuse, which formulates that drug users who are in the legal process and proven to be pure users are no longer led to bars, but rehabilitated, so that both the Police and the Prosecutor's Office still apply legal processes and naan ids for every abuser caught consuming narcotics

Abstract

The Industrial Relations Court (PHI) is a sub-system of special courts placed within the general judicial sphere. PHI with absolute competence to adjudicate labor cases or disputes that occur at the pre-judicial level enters PHI, namely at the level of the tripartite process it turns out that it can also come into contact with the authority of the state administrative court, related to aspects of actions that must be taken by the state administrative agency in this case in the form of recommendations issued by mediators from the Manpower Office, Is the State Administrative Court authorized to Order the Manpower Office as a mediator? To issue a recommendation in a termination dispute? This research is a normative juridical research, with a historical approach, comparison and emphasis of research on secondary data which includes primary legal material, secondary legal material and tertiary legal material, with documentation methods and qualitative data analysis. The results of the study that the two-party negotiation process between employers and workers is a condition taken so that it can be forwarded to tripartite mediation. If the Manpower Office is not willing to mediate due to the non-fulfillment of the requirements in the form of bipartite evidence, in the event that one of the parties sues the PTUN based on the positive fictitious referred to in Article 53 of the Government Administration Law, the PTUN still cannot grant the request to order the Manpower Office to issue a Recommendation

Abstract

This research is Design Research with the type of Development studies and uses Tessmer's formative evaluation model which consists of Premilinary, Self Evaluation, Expert Review, One to One, and Field Test stages. This study aims to produce algebraic minimum competency assessment questions based iSpring Suite 10 for grade VIII junior high school students that are valid, practical and have a potential effect on students' numeracy skills. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. The results of the analysis of the research data show that: (1) the questions on the minimum competence assessment of the algebraic content numeration that have been developed are declared valid. Validity is based on the expert review stage and based on comments and suggestions from the results of one to one trials. From the results of the expert review validation sheet, an average percentage of 89% is obtained which is a very valid criterion. (2) the algebraic content numeration minimum competency assessment questions that have been developed are stated to be practical. Practicality is based on the results of the student response questionnaire at the small group stage which obtained a percentage of 93% which includes very practical criteria. (3) the algebraic content numeration minimum competency assessment questions have a potential effect on students' numeracy abilities. It can be seen that the indicators used mathematical symbols were 87.50%, the indicators analyzing information from the questions were 80% and the indicators making decisions were 71.25%.

Abstract

Scorecard akan membantu perusahaan untuk melakukan pengukuran kinerja secara akurat yaitu dengan memperhitungkan aspek keuangan maupun aspek non keuangan agar mampu mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan dan peningkatan kinerja usahanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard sebagai alat pengukuran kinerja dan dasar pengembangan strategi pada PT.RFIVE Medika di Jakarta pada periode Tahun 2019. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui FGD dan observasi, sedangkan data kuantitatif berupa laporan laba rugi dan laporan neraca. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif berdasarkan 4 perspekitf, dimana persepktif keuangan dianalisis dari laporan keuangan, sedangkan perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses internal bisnis serta perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dianalisis dari hasil kuesioner. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan disusun strategy map dan key performance indocator dari masing-masing perspektif Balanced Scorecard, menetapkan bobot pencapaian serta program aksi untuk mencapai bobot KPI. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard menunjukkan bahwa perspektif keuangan yang diukur berdasarkan GPM dan TATO sudah berada diatas rata- rata kecuali NPM, ROI, ROE dan ITOR. Hasil perspektif pelanggan berada pada ketegori tidak puas 54,45%, ragu-ragu 22,22% dan puas 23,33%. Hasil perspektif internal bisnis berada pada ketegori tidak puas 73,17%, ragu-ragu 21,95% dan puas 4,88%. Hasil perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berada pada ketegori tidak puas 43,90%, ragu-ragu 26,83% dan puas 29,27%.

Abstract

Scheduling is an important activity to allocate existing resources so that a company can be more optimal. With good scheduling a company can do work effectively and can even make efficiency. Contact center is the central point or center of interaction between the company and customers managed by a company. The contact center plays a role in recognizing opportunities by collecting as much customer information as possible, making sales, and retaining customers. However, the contact center can only play an active role if it is complemented by the role of IT support which functions to choose the right technology, implement it correctly, and then maximize it from day to day. The success of the IT support division determines the success of the contact center as a whole. In this research, a procedure algorithm was developed to model staffing policies, cross-training, tour scheduling, and assignment of IT support contact centers by considering skill sets. This procedure algorithm starts by identifying demand needs for each skill, existing personnel capabilities, and preparing work schedules according to the efficiency of each personnel. The planning horizon used in this research is 1 week. Based on the PT XYZ case study, this algorithm provides benefits in terms of cost and fairness of schedule distribution for employees.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of affective commitment as a moderating factor in the influence of burnout and workplace incivility on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among fresh graduate nurses at Hospital X in Jakarta. This quantitative study involved the participation of 87 nurses from Hospital X who met the inclusion criteria and completed a questionnaire through Google Form. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS SEM software, resulting in several significant conclusions. Firstly, incivility from superiors does not affect burnout, while incivility from doctors also has no influence on burnout. However, incivility from fellow nurses positively affects the level of burnout. Furthermore, affective commitment plays a crucial role in connecting burnout with OCB, with a negative direction of the relationship. The higher the level of affective commitment, the weaker the relationship between burnout and OCB. This research model can explain approximately 59.8% of the variability in the influence of incivility from various sources on OCB with a moderate level of prediction. Additionally, the variables of burnout and affective commitment can explain about 61.1% of the variability in OCB, also with a moderate level of prediction. These results indicate that this model has a moderate ability to predict the accuracy of the relationships under study.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals desa memiliki tujuan sebagai upaya untuk mewujudkan desa ekonomi tumbuh merata. Tujuan SDGs Desa selaras dengan tujuan dibentuknya BUMdes yaitu untuk pertumbuhan dan memperkuat ekonomi desa. Percepatan pencapaian SDGs Desa melalui BUMdes dapat diwujudkan dalam berbagai upaya yang merujuk pada pencapaian kinerja keuangan dan keberlanjutan usaha BUMdes. Tercapainya tujuan BUMdes tidak hanya berasal dari internal BUMDes sendiri akan tetapi dipengaruhi juga oleh berbagai dukungan, peranan dan kolaborasi dari Perguruan Tinggi, Unit Bisnis, Pemerintah, Komunitas, serta Media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Forum BUMDes Kabupaten Purworejo yang berjumlah 469 Badan Usaha. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 107 badan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa uji korelasi berganda, regresi berganda, uji determinasi, uji hipotesis (Uji T), dan uji ketepatan model (Uji F). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tata kelola BUMDes berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap SDGS desa. Peran Kolaborasi Pentahelix berpangaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap SDGs desa.

Abstract

Children who grow up in an environment that contains educated, polite, friendly people tend to follow people around them because what is seen is the manners carried out by adults. If the child grows up in an environment that contains uneducated people or even surrounded by perpetrators of crime, then the child will be more likely to behave violently and not hesitate to commit crimes or violence. The research method that the author uses is the normative juridical method, which is research that prioritizes literature data, namely research on secondary data. The secondary data can be primary, secondary or tertiary legal material. This research includes research on positive legal provisions in force in Indonesia relating to legal protection of children who are undergoing the formation process at the Special Child Development Institute (LPKA). Based on the results of the study, the author concludes that the form of legal protection for children who undergo the formation process at the Special Child Development Institute is the right to worship in accordance with their respective religions and beliefs, the right to get care both physical and spiritual care, the right to education and teaching, the right to get proper health and food services, the right to complain, the right to get reading materials and to follow broadcasts Other mass media that are not prohibited, entitled to visits by family, legal counsel, or certain other persons, are entitled to reduced criminal terms (remission), parole (assimilation), leave (leave to visit family and leave before release.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode multi studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuisioner kepada 78 oran peserta bimbingan teknis (bimtek) Inovasi ayam KUB. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif berupa pemberian skor dengan skala likert dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bimtek ayam KUB baru bisa merubah pengetahuan dan sikap peserta yaitu sampai pada tahapan sadar, minat, evaluasi dan mencoba, namun belum menerapkan dengan baik sehingga pelaksanaan bimtek perlu ditingkatkan agar bisa sampai ke tahap menerapkan inovasi ayam KUB Tahapan Proses Adopsi Inovasi Ayam KUB dipengaruhi oleh Umur, Pendidikan, Jumlah Ternak, Pendapatan, Pengalaman, Keunggulan Relatif, Kesesuaian, Kerumitan, Kemampuan diamati, Kemampuan diujicobakan, dukungan BPTP, Dukungan Balitvet Baso, Dukungan Dinas Peternakan Provinsi, Dukungan Dinas Peternakan Kab/Kota dan Dukungan Penyuluh Karakteristik Inovasi Ayam KUB berpengaruh terhadap Pemerintah harus melakukan peningkatan kapasitas sumberdaya manusia pada penyuluh ASN, penyuluh swadaya, pelaku utama dan pelaku usaha terhadap pengembangan inovasi ayam KUB dalam bentuk Training of Trainers (TOT). Pelaksanaan bimtek selanjutnya oleh BPTP Sumbar sebaiknya dengan menambah jadwal, materi dan memperbanyak praktek sehingga mampu meningkatkan keterampilan peserta bimtek dalam menerapkan inovasi ayam KUB.
