Abstract

This trafficking crime is usually not only committed by individuals but also carried out by a group of people (corporations). This form of trafficking is related to commercial sex work and the purpose of exploitation. Exploitation includes, exploitation of prostitution by others, or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labor or service, slavery, or slavery-like practices, servitude or organ harvesting. The issue raised in this case is how the imposition of criminal sanctions in the Criminal Code and outside the Criminal Code and how these sanctions are related in the Human Rights Law in Law No. 39 of 1999. Based on Article 1 paragraph 1 of Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning Trafficking in Persons, the definition is the act of recruiting, transporting, sheltering, sending, transferring, or receiving a person by threat of violence, use of force, kidnapping, captivity, forgery, fraud, abuse of power or vulnerable position, debt bondage or giving payment or benefits, so as to obtain the consent of the person in control of the other person, whether carried out within countries or between countries, for the purpose of exploitation or resulting in exploitation of people. Trafficking operations were often conducted behind closed doors and operated outside the law. Traffickers quickly developed an undetectable way of working. This crime continues to grow at a rapid pace.

Abstract

South Kalimantan has the potential to develop tourism, one of the place is ex mined diamond in Banjarbaru. The aspects that need to consider in the management and development of tourism are the aspect of cleanliness and safety in freshwater. One of microorganism can determine life in water is plankton. The study determined the community structure of plankton found at ceramin lake ex mined diamond lake Banjarbaru. Sampling was taken from Ceramin lake with different depths of 0 meters, 3 meters, and 6 meters. Sample of each depth was taken 4 times. Result showed in Ceramin lake consist of 4 phyla for Fitoplankton, Euglenophyta (1 spesies), Chlorophyta (2 spesies), Cyanobacteria (1 spesies), Bacilarophyta (3 spesies), dan Zooplankton yang ditemukan terdiri 1 filum yaitu Rotifera (2 spesies).

Abstract

Violence against women is a crime that has received much attention from social scientists in recent years. From the data collected, it is not known exactly how many women, in this case, wives are victims of violence, ranging from reluctance to provide for their wives to sexual violence. Therefore, to overcome the problem of violence against women in the household, there needs to be joint action between all parties, both from the community to the apparatus and legislation that functions properly so that the problem of violence in Indonesia such as the problem of violence can be overcome properly. In its current development, victims of domestic violence find it difficult to submit their suffering to law enforcement, because of the strong view that the harsh treatment of husbands to wives is part of private events (domestic affairs) so that it cannot be reported to the police. So that the suffering of victims of domestic violence (wives) is prolonged without protection. The condition of victims of such domestic violence is still dilemmatic after the promulgation of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Because if a wife who experiences domestic violence reports her husband to the police, it is feared that the husband will be more violent towards him after the wife returns home because there is no legal protection from the police and / or court. There are even some wives who are victims of domestic violence who prefer to endure the suffering of violence because they feel worried about their future if their husbands deal with law enforcement.

Abstract

The low level of education of migrant workers working abroad often makes the fate of migrant workers less favorable. Although this is not entirely true, those affected by the calamity of injustice treatment that are detrimental to most of those with less education. The level of education will also greatly affect language acquisition, access to technological information and the culture in which they work, especially for migrant workers who work in institutions or institutions, such as hospitals, restaurants, shops, and other institutions that make language as a means of communication is a very crucial issue. This means the quality of education is an important factor in consideration in sending workers abroad. The meaning and significance of work for everyone is reflected in the 1945 Constitution Article 27 paragraph (2) states that every Indonesian citizen has the right to work and a decent living for humanity. The migrant worker placement program abroad is one of the efforts to overcome the unemployment problem. The role of the government in this program focuses on aspects of development, protection and providing various facilities to related parties, especially migrant workers and Private Indonesian Labor Placement Implementers (PPTKIS). If you have obtained permission from the government to carry out migrant worker placement services abroad in accordance with Law No. 39 of 2004 concerning the Placement and Protection of Indonesian Workers Abroad. In terms of protection for migrant workers, the right to protection starts from pre-placement, placement period, until post-placement.

Abstract

Current technological developments are driving digitalization in organization, which is the transformation of business operations using digital tools to provide added value for the organization. It can be challenging for organizations, thus leadership style is important in the transformation process, while routine tasks are expected to be carried out more effectively. In addition to effectiveness, the transformation’s outcome is anticipated to enhance overall service quality, with employee job satisfaction playing a role. This research was conducted to measure the relationship between digitalization and transformational leadership on job satisfaction mediated by job autonomy through online survey in which 400 government employees participated, and the results were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that there was no direct effect of digitalization on job satisfaction but there is a significant indirect effect through job autonomy. Whereas transformative leadership had both direct and indirect effects on job satisfaction through job autonomy. This research is expected to contribute to organizational change-related research.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and analyze the law regarding the criminal sanctions for adultery due to complaints from the injured party according to Article 284 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. One of the regulated behaviors related to adultery in marriage is adultery in the context of Islamic law and overspel in criminal law literature. The rampant adultery in public life has tarnished the existence of a sacred bond in marriage. "With the existence of a marriage, it is hoped that it can create a tera family, therefore a law on marriage was formed. A husband and wife who are convicted of adultery, one of the aggrieved can report the spouse through the police. Regarding the sanctions that can be received by adulterers, referring to the provisions of Article 284 of the Criminal Code, the perpetrators are threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of nine months. This applies to both husband and wife who are having an affair. If adultery has led to adultery, then the spouse of the spouse who committed adultery can report his wife/husband and infidelity to the police on the basis of adultery as stipulated in Article 284 of the Criminal Code (KUHP). Article 284 of the Criminal Code is an absolute complaint offense, meaning that it cannot be prosecuted if there is no complaint from the aggrieved and/or humiliated husband or wife. In addition, overspel criminal reports cannot be processed further by the Police if the reporting person is not the official spouse of the injured party.

Abstract

Permasalahan pelaksanaan kebijakan pembangunan sanitasi pedesaaan di Kecamatan Serasan Timur, belum optimalnya alokasi pendanaan dari pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah. Selain itu rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terkait pembangunan sanitasi yang tercermin dari kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang layak serta tingginya jumlah masyarakat yang masih melakukan Buang Air Besar Sembarangan (BABS), mencapai 5472 keluarga. Serta jumlah jamban keluarga di Kabupaten Natuna masih terbatas, dengan hanya 15.618 unit yang tersedia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap dan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pembangunan sanitasi dari aspek isi kebijakan dan aspek lingkungan kebijakan dan untuk mengetahui upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh Kecamatan Serasan Timur Kabupaten Natuna dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang mungkin muncul selama implementasi kebijakan pembangunan sanitasi berlangsung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Kemudian prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumen dan materi audio dan visual. Informan pada penelitian ini yaitu tokoh tasyarakat dan perwakilan masyarakat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan pembangunan sanitasi ditinjau dari aspek isi kebijakan di Kecamatan Serasan Timur Kabupaten Natuna adalah terlihat dari sasaran kebijakan dimana sudah terdapat MCK atau jamban umum yang dapat dipergunakan untuk masyarakat dengan keperluan MCK.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and analyze the law regarding Criminal Law Enforcement in Illegal Logging Cases based on Law Number 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry. Using the approach method in this study is a normative juridical approach. As natural wealth belonging to the nation and state, the rights of the nation and state to the forest and its results need to be maintained and maintained so that the forest can fulfill its function for the benefit of the nation and state itself. Forests as a source of natural wealth belonging to the Indonesian nation are one of the 2 basic capitals (duua) of national development used to increase the prosperity of the people as explained in Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution that the earth, water, and natural resources contained therein are used for the greatest prosperity of the people. According to the version of WALHI (Forum for the Environment) once reached 3.4 million hectares every year, losses due to illegal logging ranged from 40-65 trillion every year. In 2003 the rate of destruction decreased to 3.2 million hectares and in 2005 around 2.4 million hectares, the decrease in the rate of destruction was not due to the effectiveness of law enforcement, but rather the increasing scarcity of timber that could be looted by forest criminals. Illegal logging is not the only crime in the forestry sector that causes critical forest conditions. The importance of the role of forests in people's lives and to create public order and security, the government should not stand idly by but act to overcome the long-standing practice of illegal logging. Abstract

Laporan keuangan memainkan peran penting dalam kegiatan bisnis yang berbeda dari pertemuan atau materi dan asosiasi individu. Empat konsentrasi ekspres dalam laporan keuangan melalui penilaian keuntungan dan bagian-bagiannya, ini menjadi tolok ukur dalam mengajarkan pencapaian suatu asosiasi. Inspirasi yang mendorong audit ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat likuiditas, dissolvabilitas, efisiensi, dan tingkat aktivitas terhadap perubahan manfaat di asosiasi bantuan yang tercatat di BEI periode 2019-2021. Populasi investigasi meliputi 46 yayasan partai yang tercatat di BEI periode 2019 - 2021. Strategi review yang digunakan adalah purposive assessment dengan data yang didapat dari 24 organisasi partner. Strategi pemeriksaan data yang digunakan adalah penilaian backslide alternatif langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CR, TAT, dan ROA secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi perubahan pendapatan. Terlepas dari itu, DER berdampak buruk pada kemajuan keuntungan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada pegawai non ASN Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran (Damkar) dan Badan Penangulanggan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Jumlah responden sebanyak 136 orang pegawai non ASN Damkar dan BPBD. Model penelitian ini diuji kesesuaiannya melalui software Smart-PLS 3. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Komitmen Organisasi tidak memediasi persespsi dukungan organisasi dengan Turnover Intention, Komitmen Organisasi memediasi kepuasan kerja dengan turnover intention pada pegawai non ASN Dinas Damkar dan BPBD Kabupaten Pasaman Barat.
