Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of waqf land from the perspective of Islamic law. From the standpoint of Islamic law, it was concluded that Nazhir was obliged to manage and develop waqf property according to its purpose, function and designation. Nazir needs to be invited to understand procedures and better management patterns, oriented to the interests of the implementation of Islamic law broadly and in the long term. Techniques that can be applied in total quality management include:: local problem-solving techniques, process measurement techniques, outcome measurement techniques dan consumer-oriented technique. Abstract

This article discusses the verses of the Qur'an about Zakat as a media for the activities of the Al-Maraghi Tafsir Islam. The results of the analysis concluded that the function of zakat as a medium of worship for the servants of God who becomes muzakki (paying zakat) to provide benefit for themselves or individuals (nafs) and serves to be an economic driver for the servants of God who are in the environment running the zakat system, then delivering zakat as an instrument that provides a collective benefit (jama'i). Abstract

This study aims to reveal the consistency of the application of sharia principles to Griya iB Hasanah products. In this study, two findings were obtained. First, the mechanism includes several stages, namely: applicant analysis, deposit, disbursement of funds and realization (housing construction) are following the murabahah contract and do not deviate from the sharia principles adopted in the BNI Syariah bank. Second, the sharia principles carried out by BNI Syariah Jember Branch on Griya iB Hasanah products are consistent with the explanation of article 2 of Law Number 21 the Year 2008. Abstract

This article discusses the study of the interpretation of al-Quran 'surah al-laAlaq (96): 1-5. The results of the study concluded that the need to learn and develop science towards self-approach to God in order to achieve happiness both in the world and the hereafter later. So, if examined deeply, it will produce principles to build the concept of learning that is qualified with religious and humanistic contents. So that, the results of learning are oriented to get human happiness both in the world and in the hereafter without disregarding their nature and potential, to arouse the awareness of students cognitivly, affectivly, and psychomotoricly. Abstract

This article discusses the quality standard of madrasah management perspective of Islamic education philosophy. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the criteria for measuring success in prioritizing madrasah management on quality, namely: the number of students receiving services is increasing; the level of classroom living is declining, and school productivity is getting better; the relevance of better education; increased stakeholder involvement; teacher and school staff welfare improved, and democratization in the administration of education. The basis for managing quality-based management in the study of Islamic Education philosophy is: doing work with itqan (precise, clear, and directed); reach the goal earnestly; management concept. Abstract

The article discusses Diniyah Education from the perspective of Islamic Education Philosophy (ontology, epistemology, and axiology). From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded from tafaqquh fiddiin working to elevate Islam's religion and enforce its shari'ah through the mastery of war strategies and the deepening of religion. Moreover, for the future is the mastery of technology and other propaganda strategies supported by the spread of Islam. Fiddiin is part of jihad in the field of Islamic education which must be carried out by Muslims and very relevant to educate Muslims and uphold religious dialogue. Abstract

This study aims to process the formation of organizational culture. The analysis results concluded, generally through four stages; (1) adaptation, which is the process of adjustment between leaders, members of the organization, the organization's external environment; (2) reconstruction, which is an effort to make significant changes by members of the organization. (3) implementation namely attempts to realize changes by previous planning without being separated from the organization's vision, mission, and strategy; and (4) the formation of organizational culture, namely the emergence of culture as a result of the idea, mission and strategy as well as the experience possessed by members of the organization in implementing change efforts in the organization. Abstract

Abstract This article describes a linguistic approach in interpreting the holy book of the Al-Qur'an. In this case, attempting of systematizing theories are used in the interpretation of the linguistic to the position in the place that is found the exact meaning. From the result of the study is found that the linguistic position is in the realm of Qur'an interpretation can be seen from two aspects, as the theological argument and language is as the language of the methodological. language is manifest a code of values that is fought by al- Qur’an. The language of the Qur'an is sacred code system God, holy and sublime, human or system code of profane, historical, and cultural. Abstract

Abstract This article discusses the management of Arabic language skills development in Islamic educational institutions. Self-development management can be carried out with two models. The first is the counselling model. Counselling is an assistance service for students, both individually and in groups, in order to be able to independently and develop optimally, in the field of developing learning abilities, interest talents and language skills through various types of services and support activities. The second is a model of extra-curricular activities, namely educational activities outside the subject matter and counselling services to help develop students according to their needs and potentials through activities organised explicitly by educators and Islamic educational institutions. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to examine of writing, morphology, syntax and also sociolinguistics, especially to the micro and macro linguistics competences to their writing. This method used the combination method of design based research. It is used the theory of Hodley and Reeves The finding result is that 75 % until 85 % students needed material design. More than 60 % students still get mistakes to their writing included inflection and most of them are still less of their knowledge and experience related to the sociolinguistics aspects. The conclusion is that material design is a good solution to assist and overcome students’ writing ability. Keywords : Morphosyntactic, sociolinguistics, inflection, Writing, Material Design
