Abstract

Sometimes, Islamic dowry is assumed as a form of formalistic and symbolic in fulfilling marriage requirement. As a result, the orientation of dowry is identical to consumptive, economic, or esthetic orientation, by ignoring productive orientation. Therefore, this article attempts to explore how to understand the dowry of marriage as productive dowry. Based on ta’lili method, exploring ‘illat will be the key to verify the essence of dowry. Through this method by considering various probability of ‘illat, in truth the dowry of Islamic marriage is productive oriented, neither consumptive nor economic oriented, even esthetic oriented. In fact, this dowry orientation is actually able to complete realization of marriage direction which is madaniyyah oriented; building human civilization. Keywords : Productive Dowry, Ta’lili.

Abstract

This article discusses the Hermeneutical Study of the Fall of Divorce in the Jurisprudence Perspective and Law No. 1 of 1974. The results of research on the issue of the divorce according to the perspective of Jurisprudence and Law No. 1 of 1974, then concluded as follows; First, the fall of divorce in the view of Jurisprudence and Law No. 1 of 1974 descriptively hermeneutical, is a khilafiyah issue of ijtihadiyah because it is dhanni. Divorce should be before the Religious Courts by Law No.1 of 1974 not containing significant text, because divorce does not have to be done before the court. Secondly, there is a clear fall in the perspective of fiqh and Law no. 1 of 1974, is more influenced by the device that its formation. Keywords; Hermeneutis, Talaq, Fiqh and the 1974 Law

Abstract

Religious liberalism in Indonesia, which until now is still a hot topic, is framed in the (cultural) sciences. This research is just the opposite, looking for the nature of liberalism and certainly contrary to the basic ideology of the state. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The content of the study includes: the nature and characteristics of emerging and developing liberal Islamic ideas in Indonesia. The thinking of liberalism is very different from inclusiveness even though its essence has several similarities. This research outlines the nature of liberalism and the characteristics that lead to its thinking in several views of NU Ulama’ in East Java. Allegations against traditional Ulama' which are considered almost or equal to left-line Islamic thinkers need to be straightened through the results of this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the acculturation of Islamic value in Sedekah Bumi in Karangmojo village Plandaan Jombang. Type of field research with a qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data is by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis includes reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The validity test of the data is done by triangulating techniques and sources. Sedekah Bumi in Karangmojo Village Plandaan Jombang is one of the traditional descending rituals as a symbol of respect for the land that is the source of life and gratitude to the Creator who has provided rizki, prosperity and safety. A variety of foods are available to eat and offered to punden which is enlivened by the appearance of local culture. Keywords: Islamic acculturation, local culture, Sedekah Bumi tradition

Abstract

Every religion teaches good and forbids ugliness. There is no religion that teaches the people to do evil to others until there is hostility or conflict.. Islam as a perfect religion is one of the religions blessed with the book of Samawi, and it not free from the matter of the affairs of difference between religious groups. Through the Word of God written in his book Muslims are given knowledge of attitudes in socializing with other religious people. Islam is known as a mercy for all nature. His teachings bring benefit not only to his followers but also to others. If you find an adherent who does not bring mercy then actually the religion he holds is only a formality without any appreciation. Keyword: Toleration, tafsir al-Sa’di

Abstract

This article discusses the 159th Hadith in the Book of Dhoif al-Adab al-Mufrod Imam al-Bukhari Karya Syeh Nasaruddin Al-Bani. This hadith discusses the law of leaning and lying in the mosque. The results showed that this hadith was issued by eight Mukharri al-Hadith with ten lines of sanad and friends who only told one, namely Abdullah bin Zaid, so that it can be seen that the hadith is ahad hadith. This hadith in Dhoifkan sheh al-Bani with the reason Isnad Maukuf, (sanad does not continue) and amm bakrim majhul (unknown to the hadith scholars). This is true but partial dhoif, because the same hadith finds authentic results. Thus, leaning and sleeping in a mosque is not an activity that is prohibited in Islamic teachings as long as it does not violate the Islamic rules and doctrines. Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji sanad dan matan hadis melalui periwayatan Abu Dawud, ditemukan bahwa kualitas hadis dilihat dari segi sanad dan matannya berkualitas shahih. dan Secara dalil orang iman itu adalah bersaudara, olehnya itu kerukunan dan dan kekompakan harus diwujudkan, karena rukun dan kompak merupakan refleksi dari budi pekerti orang iman, terwujudnya kerukunan dan kekompakan erat kaitannya dengan kondisi keimanan dan ketakwaan seseorang. Pada hakikatnya kerukunan dan kekompakan di antara orang iman merupakan aktualisasi dari akhlak al-Karimah yang dilandasi oleh hati yang takwa, yang di dalam hadis disebut ?????? ? ??????? dan diilustrasikan sebagai hati yang takwa, bersih tiada dosa, tiada durhaka, dan tiada dendam serta iri hati di dalamnya. Dan apabila memahami dalil ini maka akan terhindar dari sifat mencela sesama muslim karena konsekuensinya akan menjadi orang yang fasik. Kata Kunci: Kajian hadis, Ukhuwah Islamiyah

Abstract

In this global era there are many thought that moralities just a norm which consists in the point that given in the society. It means that there is no criterion directed as system's reference for moral that is admissible by society in a general. Thus, morals' societies that will be accepted by another society are less showed. Islam comes as religion that raised a high morality. In all decade its trip, Islam has proven that the rule which is include in the all class is not all different. Islam teaches how the human have to interact by another human, moslem humanity attitude or even non moslem etc. Therefore, Islam can unite people with global morality teaching admissible by all common society. Abstract

Abstract The article describes an interpretation of Al-Qur’an with a thematic approach in understanding mutualistic of college organization and lectures’ productivity. Al-Qur’an frequently states the word ‘amal’ in both singular and plural forms (a’maal). The word is derived from a verb (fi’il) “ ???????? – ?????? ” work or doing something. Words like “jahada”, “kasaba”, and sa’aa” have similar meaning. Operational productivity is eficiency of resource utilization in creating an output. In philosophical term, productivity, meanwhile, is a mental state in viewing point that today’s output is better than yesterday’s and tomorrow’s is better than today’s. Abstract

Prophet Moses is a Prophet whose story is quite often mentioned in the Qur'an with all its advantages, from infancy, adolescence, to adulthood and the period of prophethood. When the Prophet Moses was questioned whether at the time of Prophet Moses at that time there was a servant of Allah SWT who had the knowledge and greatness of Science above the Prophet Moses? On the occasion, Prophet Moses spontaneously gave an answer, "no." This means that no one has the equivalent of the Science above. So in the context above, Prophet Moses received a reprimand from Allah SWT, that actually there was also a servant of Allah, who was mentioned by the name al-Khidir, he who had the Knowledge above the Prophet Moses. For the rebuke of Allah SWT, Prophet Moses learned the Knowledge to the Guru al-Khidir at the behest of Allah SWT. Keywords: Student Attitudes, Sufism Education
