The purpose of the research is to find out the Effect of Company characteristics un the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Company Listed on Indonesian Business Exchange LQ45. The variable of the research is public share ownership, leverage which is represented by debt equity ratio, liquidity which is presented by current ratio, Profitability which is represented by return on equity and company growth which is calculated its effect to CSR disclosure using Disclosure scoring. The method that is used is quantitative type of data, Data collecting method used is Documentation Method. The current Data is analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Descriptive Statistics, Classic Statistic Test, and T Test. Selection of data is used Purposive Sampling and was concluded 15 companies that fulfilled the research criteria and were collected 90 research data for 6 years. The result of the research showed that only debt to equity and return on equity that are affecting the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), while Public Share Ownership, current ratio and company growth were affecting negatively on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the companies listed on Indonesian Business Exchange LQ45 Index. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh etika kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja. Metode yang digunakan purposive sampling dengan teknik non-probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Etika Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dibuktikan dengan output dimana nilai thitung > ttabel. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dibuktikan dengan output dimana nilai thitung> ttabel. Dan Kompensasi Finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dibuktikan dengan output dimana nilai thitung>ttabel.

The financial statements are the financial information presented and delivered by a company to internal and external parties , which includes all business activities of an entity which is one of accountability and communication management tools to the parties that need . The financial statements are the primary means of communicating financial information to parties outside the company . In companies that have gone public they are required to report their financial statements to the public , is governed by Law no.8 of 1995 on capital markets . This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting, namely; Company size (SIZE), ownership structure (OWN), Provitabilitas, Leverage and Liquidity. Samples were selected by using purposive sampling , which means that the sample used in this study are samples that meet certain criteria . Intended use of this method is to obtain a representative sample . Then the samples used in this study are 240 manufacturing companies that report financial statements in 2008, 2009 and 2010. The results of this study found empirical evidence that firm size (SIZE) positive effect with variable probability of 0.008 , a positive leverage effect with a variable probability of 0,003 and a positive effect on liquidity. While the ownership structure (OWN) no positive effect with the probability of 0.936 and profitability varaibel no positive effect with a variable probability of 0.676 . This study aims to analysis the important factor that influence the use of internet banking according to Booklet Perbankan Indonesia 2016 and the implication for the marketing of internet banking services. Security has become a determining factor which affecting the use of internet banking services. It is important for the bank to find out how to maintain the customers who have used the internet banking services in order to encounter competition with a variety of banking services distribution channels innovation. This research used purposive and snow ball sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to individual users of internet banking in Indonesia. The results showed that security as the important determining factors that influence to use internet banking, while auxiliary features do not.Keywords: Internet banking, Consumer behavior, Security, Auxiliary features.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan distribusi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT Duta Kreasi Tehnik Samarinda. This study aimed to describe the conditions of employment in Bulungan area taking into account economic growth, employment, and income per capita as the antecedents and, consequently poverty. Then conducted empirical testing to see moderating effect of per capita income. The method used in this research in the form of quantitative descriptive. The results showed no effect of economic growth on povserty levels. However, the absorption of the workforce factor effect on poverty reduction. Moderating effects of per capita income only affects the variable absorption of the labor force, whereas moderating effects on economic growth have no effect.keywords: Economic Growth, Absorption Labor Force, Poverty Reduction

This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and market orientation (MO) services quality (SQ), and its impact on organizational performance. Design / methodology / approach: The sampling plan is 273 managers of 273 hotels in East Kalimantan, the study is to bridge the gap and show the importance of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and market orientation (MO) on service quality (SQ) and organizational performance (OP) in the service organization also provides theoretical contributions to the development of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and market orientation (MO) in relation to service quality (SQ) and organizational performance (OP). The results showed that 1) EO effect on MO, SQ and PERF, 2) MO not significant effect on PERF and MO significant impact on the SQ, 3) SQ significant effect on PERF. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah budaya organisasi dan lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja sementara variabel terikat adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai Puskesmas Sebulu II yang terdiri dari 52 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine and analyze the Influence of Service Quality And Value Satisfaction Services Academic Administration Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mulawarman. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) which can be used on any kind of scale of data (nominal, ordinal, interval, ratio) and assuming a more flexible terms. PLS is one of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) capable of analyzing latent variables, indicator variables and measurement error directly, the samples are 98 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mulawarman. he results showed the influence of service quality on student satisfaction through value generated path coefficient value of 0.244 and t p value of 2.155 and 0.032. While the influence of the value of service to satisfaction of students through path coefficient value of 0.442 and t p value of 3.726 and 0.000. And impact of service quality and value of service to satisfaction of students simultaneously generated value Fh of 6126 with R square of 0338, so it can be concluded that the quality of service and the value of service has a significant influence on student satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.Keywords: Service Quality, Service Value, Satisfaction

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial dan Pemberdayaan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Samudra Maju Perkasa Kota Samarinda. Pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Jumlah Populasi adalah 38 Orang. Yang mana semuanya menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Samudra Maju Perkasa Kota Samarinda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi finansial terhadap Kinerja Karyawa PT. Samudra Maju Perkasa Kota Samarinda. Dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pemberdayaan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Samudra Maju Perkasa Kota Samarinda.
