Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine and analyze the Influence of Service Quality And Value Satisfaction Services Academic Administration Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mulawarman. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) which can be used on any kind of scale of data (nominal, ordinal, interval, ratio) and assuming a more flexible terms. PLS is one of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) capable of analyzing latent variables, indicator variables and measurement error directly, the samples are 98 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mulawarman. he results showed the influence of service quality on student satisfaction through value generated path coefficient value of 0.244 and t p value of 2.155 and 0.032. While the influence of the value of service to satisfaction of students through path coefficient value of 0.442 and t p value of 3.726 and 0.000. And impact of service quality and value of service to satisfaction of students simultaneously generated value Fh of 6126 with R square of 0338, so it can be concluded that the quality of service and the value of service has a significant influence on student satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.Keywords: Service Quality, Service Value, Satisfaction

Abstract

The development of industrial estates can encourage the growth of the industrial sector to be more targeted, integrated and provide outcomes that can stimulate economic growth and increase regional income. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyse the development of the Buluminung Industrial Area by the Planning, Research and Development Agency of Penajam Paser Utara Regency and to identify the inhibiting factors. The development of the Buluminung Industrial Area in this study is seen from the preparation stage which includes location selection, analysis of multiple effects and preparation of documents, as well as inhibiting factors. The result of this study indicate that the development of the Buluminung Industrial Area by the Planning, Research and Development Agency of Penajam Paser Utara Regency is appropriate because its strategic position and has the potential for local raw materials supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. However, to become an industrial area, there are still many things that need to be prepared by the local government. The appointment of part of the administrative area of Penajam Paser Utara Regency to become the capital of the country is a factor inhibiting efforts to develop the Buluminung Industrial Area because it affects spatial plan, beside making the government less focused.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the impact of waste water management  installation at Batu Cermin RT 06 Sempaja, Samarinda Utara Sub-District as well as analyzing hindering factors of the program. As for the result, it can be said that the waste water management installation program in Batu Cermin in overall summary has been deployed quite well even though there are some things that could be upgraded to increase the optimalization of the program

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence between the quality of health services and hospital facilities on community satisfaction in hospitals. Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor, Bulungan Regency. This research is quantitative research with an associative approach that aims to decide the relationship between two or more variables. The number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents, namely the people of Bulungan Regency who had finished treatment at the hospital. Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor, Bulungan Regency. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed with IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for the windows program. The results of this study show that based on the results of data processing or the results of partial hypothesis tests (t-tests) in this study, it was found that partially the quality of health services had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05 and t values calculated 4.095 more than 1.985, and also found that partially hospital facilities had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction with significance 0.000 less than 0.05 and the calculated t value is 8.458 more than 1.985. Based on the results of data processing or the results of simultaneous hypothesis tests (f tests) in this study, it was found that simultaneously the quality of health services and hospital facilities had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05 and a calculated F value of 125.198 more than 3.09.  From this explanation, it can be concluded that the quality of health services and hospital facilities has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the hospital. Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor Kabupaten Bulungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yaitu masyarakat kabupaten bulungan yang telah selesai berobat di RSUD. Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor Kabupaten Bulungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan program IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil pegolahan data atau hasil uji hipotesis parsial (uji t) pada penelitian ini, didapatkan hasil bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan Masyarakat dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 4,095 lebih dari 1,985, dan juga didapatkan hasil bahwa secara parsial fasilitas rumah sakit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 8,458 lebih dari 1,985. Berdasarkan hasil pegolahan data atau hasil uji hipotesis simultan (uji f) pada penelitian ini, didapatkan hasil bahwa secara simultan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan fasilitas rumah sakit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 dan dan nilai F hitung sebesar 125,198 lebih dari 3,09.  Dari penjelasan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Kesehatan dan fasilitas rumah sakit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di RSUD. Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor Kabupaten Bulungan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi PPDB SMA Negeri di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer dan skunder kemudian analisis dengan model analisis model interaktif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi PPDB SMA Negeri di Kota Samarinda telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik hal ini tergambar dari aspek komunikasi telah dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi secara luring maupun daring serta menggunakan media publikasi berupa baleho, media digital seperti website dan media sosial Instagram. Pada aspek sumberdaya manusia telah didukung oleh staf, sumberdaya peralatan didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Pada aspek disposisi unsur panitia pelaksana, penanggung jawab pelaksana, serta peran dari pengawas dari Dinas Pendidikan, LSM, dan masyarakat berjalan dengan baik.  Kemudian pada aspek struktur organisasi juga terdapat struktur organisasi panitia pelaksana serta memiliki Juknis yang dikeluarkan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.

Abstract

This article wants to describe the quality of public services in the Karang Asam Ilir Village Office, Sungai Kunjang District. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research model as a research method. Interviews, observations, and field studies were used to obtain research data which were then analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. Testing the validity of the data is done by testing the reliability and validity of the data. In general, the quality of public services in Karang Asam Ilir Village is good. Three of the five dimensions of service quality have fulfilled the requirements of good public service. The dimensions that have been achieved include the dimensions of assurance, responsiveness, and empathy. The other two dimensions have not been achieved, namely the dimension of reliability and the dimension of physical or tangible evidence. Supporting factors consist of SOP, Collaboration with Related Services, Budget Availability, and Employee Rolling System. Inhibiting factors aspects of human resources, facilities and infrastructure.Keyword : service quality, physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of stunting management policies in East Kalimantan (Study at the East Kalimantan Provincial Health Service). According to the 2021 and 2022 Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI), the prevalence of stunting in East Kalimantan is still high with an increase of 1.1 percent from the initial figure of 22.8 percent to 23.9%. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Stunting Management Policy in East Kalimantan carried out by the East Kalimantan Provincial Health Service has overall been implemented well, although it has not yet run optimally. There are several related indicators as follows: communication in the implementation of stunting management policies in East Kalimantan as a whole at the East Kalimantan Provincial Health Service has not been implemented optimally. Resources are still inadequate. The overall disposition in implementing this policy, the implementation of commitment and integrity, can be said to be good because it was implemented according to what was expected. The bureaucratic structure as a whole is running well, with the implementation of stunting management policies already in place Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Kenyah Language Revitalization Program by the East Kalimantan Provincial Language Office in Pampang Village, Samarinda City, and its inhibiting factors. This research uses a descriptive type with qualitative methods, with primary data sources through interviews with key informants of the Kenyah Language Revitalization Coordinator of the East Kalimantan Provincial Language Office. Secondary data sources include press release information, documents, and archives related to the revitalization program. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used was an interactive model analysis developed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The implementation of the Kenyah Language revitalization program in Pampang Village was successfully carried out by the East Kalimantan Provincial Language Office as the implementor. This is evident from the six stages of the regional language revitalization program from the 17th episode of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum that have achieved their goals. Starting from the coordination meeting stage, group discussions, teacher training, transmission to the Provincial Mother Language Bud Festival were successfully realized in the revitalization of Kenyah language in Pampang Village. However, during the process it turned out that there were obstacles that caused each stage not to be maximized perfectly, namely: 1) not maximizing the implementation of Samarinda Mayor Regulation Number 15 of 2022 which does not have specific policy derivatives related to local content-based revitalization and 2) community-based revitalization modules that cannot be applied in Pampang Village schools due to the absence of local content of Kenyah Language in the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the evaluation of the farmer institutional development program from organizational, managerial and entrepreneurial abilities and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the evaluation of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu Regency. This research uses a mixed method, namely a series of qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research is focused on evaluating the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu Regency in farmers' managerial, organizational and entrepreneurial development. This study shows that the results of the evaluation of the farmer institutional development program are feasible to continue. This is measured by the efficiency aspect of the farmer institutional development program, which is measured by the optimal use of resources, which is considered good overall on the efficiency of the farmer institutional development program. The effectiveness of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu is still categorized as effective (sound). The responsiveness of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu Regency is still categorized as good. The adequacy of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu is still categorized as good. The distribution of farmer institutional development programs is also quite good. The accuracy of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu is still categorized as good.
