Abstract

Pertumbuhan inovasi dan kreativitas di era ini memiliki dampak besar di setiap sektor, seperti origami. Origami menjadi salah satu hiburan yang telah ditinggalkan dan dilupakan oleh sebagian besar orang saat ini. Kurangnya pengakuan oleh masyarakat terhadap origami menciptakan minat dalam meneliti bagaimana meningkatkan kesadaran merek melalui cara-cara kreatif dan inovatif di Maya Hirai School of Origami Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana cara-cara inovatif dan kreatif yang telah dilakukan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek Maya Hirai School of Origami dan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh Maya Hirai School of Origami untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan triangulasi sumber sebagai metode analisis. Temuan yang dihasilkan dari makalah ini adalah sumber daya manusia yang terbatas dan kurangnya minat masyarakat pada Origami, sehingga upaya kreatif dan inovatif perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan merek Maya Hirai School of Origami.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh opportunity, rationalization dan capability terhadap financial statement fraud. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2016. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya nature of industry yang berpengaruh terhadap financial statement fraud. Penelitian ini tidak membuktikan bahwa financial target, financial stability, external pressure,change in auditor dan change of director memiliki pengaruh terhadap financial statement fraud

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengemukakan pengaruh profitabilitas, hutang, likuiditas, kesempatan berinvestasi, ukuran perusahaan, dan tata kelola perusahaan terahdap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 106 perusahaan pada periode 2012-2016, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode panel data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hutang, kesempatan berinvestasi, pemilik saham terbesar, pemilik saham terbesar kedua memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap rasio pembayaran dividen. Sedangkan profitabilitas, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, dan ukuran dewan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap rasio pembayaran dividen.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the problem in this study is that there are non-bank foreign exchange (KUPVA) or money changer business people who are not licensed or illegal which are feared to be misused for terrorism, drug transactions and money laundering. Therefore, money changer business people are obliged to make permits to the government for business continuity that is licensed and can be trusted by the public. The purpose of this research is to find out how the provisions of sharf for non-bank foreign exchange business activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explained that running a business as a non-bank foreign exchange business activity is permitted as long as it must be comply with the provisions set by the government and the conditions stipulated by the MUI fatwa council, including taking care of permits, not for speculation (chancy), there transaction needs or just in case (deposits), if the transaction is carried out on a similar currency then the value must be the same and in cash (at-taqabudh) if different types must be made with the exchange rate that applies when the transaction is carried out and cash.

Abstract

Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Statistik Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Bappeda Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dan Biro Keuangan Setda Provinsi Kalimantan Timur pada tahun 2005 sampai dengan 2014. Dimana penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda) yang dibantu dengan program SPSS17. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan dana alokasi umum, dana bagi hasil pajak/bagi hasil bukan pajak, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap belanja pembangunan. Kemudian variabel independen yang memiliki pengaruh dominan secara signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu variabel pendapatan asli daerah.

Abstract

The rapid increase of technology development opens the opportunity to compete freely especially for product smartphone that grows rapidly according to their excellence, uniqueness and characteristic or distinctive features. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of brand image and price to customer satisfaction through brand loyalty on smartphone Samsung study toward the users of smartphone Samsung in Malang city. The sample used is 60 respondents. The analysis used the inner and outer model test from SEM-PLS, to test the hypothesis was used result analysis from the bootstrapping test. The results show that brand image, price, and brand loyalty have positive significant effects on customer satisfaction and the Brand image has a positive significant effect on Brand loyalty while price does not have a significant effect to brand loyalty. Management Samsung smartphone should pay more attention to the price to improve brand loyalty from the customer.

Abstract

This study purposed to analyze yhe economic sector in Malinau District, which is analyzing basic sectors and non-basic, analyzing the rate of growth and competitiveness of the economic sectors in the Malinau District. Data were obtained from Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PRDB) based on Constant Price in year of 2000 in the Malinau District and Province of East Borneo-North Borneo the year of 2009-2013. Data were analysed using the analisis method Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share. The results showed that during the analysis period in year of 2009-2013 concluded each sector have their respective advantages both basic and non-basic, rate of fast growth and slow, and has strong competitiveness and weak. It is known that the basic sectors (superior) in Malinau District are the sector of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the sector of Mining and Quarrying and the Sector of Building. The sectors which have fast growth rate are the Sector of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Sector of Electricity, the Sector of Gas and Water, Building, the Sector of Trade, Hotels and Restaurants, the Sector of Transportation and Communications, the Sectors of Services. Almost all sectors have the strong competitiveness, except the sector of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries that has weak competitiveness.Keyword: Location Qoutient, Shift Share, Sektor Ekonomi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto

Abstract

This paper studies the influence entrepreneurial leadership, organizational culture and information systems on the implementation of risk management. This research used quantitative methods by conducting a survey to distribute questionnaires to research objects and processing data using Partial Least Square (PLS). Results from the test using Partial Least Square (PLS) confirm that a company always need a leader who creates opportunities and develops human resources. Organizational culture tends to make progress for the implementation of risk management is supported by a good information system. The results of this study suggest that facing an external environment that can increase the risk of companies required entrepreneurial leaders who provide direction and motivation to employees. In addition, organizational culture that focuses on the external environment, dare to innovate and do the differentiation. There are two culture in professional organizational culture, adhrocracy culture and market culture. Therefore, information systems that owned by company must follow the current technology developments.This study wants to see how the implementation of risk management in a company by assessing the characteristics of organization and knowing the development of the company in innovation with the challenges in the existing environment.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and determine the effect of government spending for education and health sectors to gross domestic regional product and human development index in East Kalimantan province ranked. The data used in this research is secondary data in the years 2004-2013. The analytical tool used is path analysis (path analysis). The software used to perform the analysis is IBM SPSS Version 17:00. The analysis showed that the path coefficient between the Education Sector Expenditure (X1) 0.167, the line was not significant because t count at 0.790. Greater than Probability Value (sig) 0,455 > 0,050. The analysis showed that the path coefficient between Budget allocation for Health (X2) 0.815, the line was a significant effect for t count amounted to 3.861 (t count 3.861> t table 2,364), thus the pattern of these direct relationships, budget allocations for the health sector significantly influence gross domestic regional product, which is supported by Probability Value (sig) 0.006 < 0.050. The analysis showed that the path coefficient between (X1) 0,105, the line was not significant because t count at 0.675. Greater than Probability Value (sig) 0.525 > 0.050. Thus the pattern of this direct connection, the Education Sector Budget allocation not significant effect on the HDI. The analysis showed that the path coefficient between (X2) -0.272, the line was not significant because the value t count -1.028. Greater than Probability Value (sig) 0.334 > 0.050. Thus the pattern of this direct relationship, Health Sector Budget Allocation significant negative effect on the HDI. The analysis showed that the path coefficient between (Y) 1,150, the line was a significant effect for t count amounted to 4.291 while ttable 2.446 (t = 4.291> table = 2.446), thus the pattern of these direct relationships, gross domestic regional product significant positive effect on the HDI, which is supported by Probability Value (sig) 0,004 > 0,050. Results Test Analysis indirect influence, obtained Effect of Budget Allocation field of education (X1) to HDI (Y2) through gross domestic regional product (Y1) of 0.19205 (positive). Results Test Analysis indirect influence, obtained Effect of Budget Allocation for Health (X2) to HDI (Y2) through gross domestic regional product (Y1) of 0.93725.Keyword: Budget Allocation for Education and Health, GDRP, HDI.

Abstract

Financial literacy is a combination of financial knowledge, financial attitude and financial behavior that every individual needs in order to avoid financial issues. By performing personal financial management appropriately, a person can improve the quality of his life. This research aims at examining the effects of financial knowledge, financial attitude and financial behavior on the personal financial management of government employees in Kalibawang Community Health Center. The population of this research is every active government employee in Kalibawang Community Health Center and the sample is 50 of them. This research uses a questionnaire and sampling method by means of a saturated sampling technique and applies Multiple Linear Regression analysis. In the results of this research, it is found that the financial attitude and financial behavior had a positive and significant effect on the personal financial management of government employees in Kalibawang Community Health Center. Otherwise, financial knowledge has a negative and insignificant effect on personal financial management. These results are expected to provide insight on the government employees in Kalibawang Community Health Center that better financial attitude and financial behavior of the government employees do influence to better their personal financial management.
