Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in motivation and learning outcomes of class VII SMP Zion Makassar.. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were students of class VII SMP Zion Makassar. Data collection uses documentation, observation, questionnaire and test techniques. The validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research conducted are 1). The students' learning motivation in the high category from the first cycle was 60% or 18 students and in the medium category it was 40% or 12 students. 2). Student learning outcomes before the action only reached 30%, namely 9 students who completed. After the action, in the first cycle increased to 55%, namely 17 students who completed. After the second cycle, there was an increase to 90%, namely 27 students who completed. Based on the research results, problem-based learning can increase student motivation and learning outcomes.Keywords: learning motivation, learning outcomes, problem based learning, classroom

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Utilization of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for social studies subjects at SDN No. 110 Inpres Mattopodalle in Takalar Regency; and (2) what are the obstacles that hinder the use of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for social studies subjects at SDN Number 110 Inpres Mattopodalle in Takalar Regency This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were principals and teachers of SDN Number 110 Inpres Mattompodalle in Takalar Regency. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification The results showed that (1) the use of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for social studies subjects at SDN 110 Inpres Mattompodalle, Takalar Regency had never been used by teachers in the implementation of learning. Teachers prefer to teach in the classroom rather than outside the classroom by using a learning resource environment. (2) The constraints on the use of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for students at SDN 110 Inpres Mattopodalle, Takalar Regency were not implemented due to the teacher's preference for teaching in the classroom rather than outside the classroom. Keywords: Environmental Utilization, Learning Resources, Social Studies

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) whether there is a significant relationship between the implementation of online learning and the psychology of UPT SDN 59 Selayar Islands students 2) how big the relationship between online learning implementation and the UPT SDN 59 Selayar Islands students'psychology.This type of research is quantitative-correlational, which is one type of research designed to determine the degree of relationship between different variables. This research was conducted at UPT SDN 59 Selayar Islands. The population in this study were all students with the number of samples for class VI A, namely 20 people and class VIB, namely 22 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and person correlation analysis. The resume showed that I) there was a significant relationship between the implementation of online learning and the psychology of students for both class VI A and class VI B with a moderate category 2) For class VI there was a relationship between the implementation of online learning w'Eh a contribution of 23.6% to student psychology, while for class VI B has a relationship with the implementation of online learning with a contribution of 20. 6% to the psychology of students. Keywords : Online Learning, Student Psychology, Pearson Correlation.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: 1. To find out the effect of school supervision on the professional competence of teachers at SMPN 4 Satap Minasatene. 2. To find out the influence of teacher work motivation on teacher professional competence at SMPN 4 Satap Minasatene. 3. To determine the effect of self-concept on the professional competence of teachers at SMPN 4 Satap Minasatene. 4. To determine the effect of school supervision, work motivation, and self-concept on teacher professional competence at SMPN 4 Satap Minasatene. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, observation and interviews. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of the research that have been carried out indicate that the results of this study are concluded that: 1. There is an effect of School Supervision on the Professional Competence of Educators at SMPN 4 Satap Minasatene Pangkep Regency. 2. There is an influence of teacher work motivation on the Professional Competence of Educators at SMPN 4 Satap Minasatene Pangkep Regency. 3. There is an effect of self-concept on the Professional Competence of Educators at SMPN 4 Satap Minasatene Pangkep Regency. 4. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) find out the use of the PBI learning model in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of class XII MIPA MAN Luwu students. 2) To find out the increase in mathematics learning outcomes of class XII MIPA MAN Luwu after applying learning with the PBI learning model. The research method used was classroom action research on class XII MIPA MAN Luwu students, with a total of 30 students. The instruments used are student worksheets for each cycle, formative tests for each cycle, final tests, and observation sheets for student learning activities.Based on the results of the analysis of this research data, it shows that the results of students “mathematics learning with the PBI learning model have increased in each cycle. In the first cycle, the completeness of student learning outcomes reached 22 students or 73,33 %. This increased in cycle II, reaching 30 students or 100% classically fulfilling complete learning. Meanwhile student activities also experienced an increase from cycle I: 68,75 to cycle II: 89,16%. Based on the results of the research, learning mathematich with the PBI learning model is able to improve students learning outcomes in mathematics. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Problem-Based Instruction (PBI) Learning Model.

Abstract

The research is motivaled by the hope that the implementation of the teaching and learning process for Indonesian subjects, especially in increasing interest in reading skills through Interactive Power Point media can be carried out completely in accordance with the specified Minimum Comleteness Criteria (KKM). The purpose of this study is to obtain an objective picture of improving Indonesian language learning outcomes. Reading skills throughInteractive Power Point media in class II  second semester students of MIN 3 Luwu Suli District, Luwu Regency. The purpose og this Classroom Action research is to increace interest in reading skills through Interactive Power Point media in class II semester I students at MIN 3 Luwu Suli District, Luwu Regency. From the data analysis, it was found that students’learning motivation increased  from the pre-cycle. Student achievement also increased  from pre –cycle, cycle I to cycle II gradually. The conslution of this study reveals that the use of interactive power point media can improve the process of learning to read. This is indicated by an increase in student activity in responding to the teacher when asking qestions about the content of the story, which 50 % and an increase in concluding the content of the story he reads, which is 41,67%. Furthermore, this causes the studets’ reading aloud ability to increase. The increase in the ability to read aloud through interative PPT media in first cycle was 5,06, the initial condition of 63 increased to 68,06. In the second cycle it increased by 12,59, the initial condition of 63 increased to 75,59. Keywords: Learning Outcomes,reading skills, interactive power point media.

Abstract

Utilization of the laboratory through practical activities is important to carry out in the learning process because it can support students' understanding of the subject matter so that it is hoped that learning outcomes in the form of Science Process Skills will increase. This study was conducted to collect sufficient information on the analysis of the relationship between the use of laboratories and the Science Process Skills of students. The method used in this study is through a literature study that collects several previous studies to answer the relationship between the use of laboratories and the Science Process Skills of students. The results of the study mostly stated that the use of laboratories had a considerable influence on the Science Process Skills of students. Based on the results of this literature study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of laboratories and the science process skills of students.Keywords: Laboratory, Science Process Skills, Literature Study

Abstract

This study aims 1) to determine the application of quality management in terms of eight educational standards in elementary schools, 2) to determine the supporting factors for the implementation of quality management in elementary schools, 3) to determine the inhibiting factors of quality management in elementary schools. This research is a qualitative research conducted in public elementary schools in Makassar district with the research subjects being the principals and teachers at public elementary schools in Makassar district who are the team for formulating eight National Education Standards in their respective schools. Data was collected by using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques through data reduction, data display and data verification, while the validity of the data uses credibility, time triangulation, transperability, dependability, confirmability. The research results obtained are 1) The implementation of quality management is carried out with four activities, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of quality management in schools, namely the leadership of the principal, facilities and infrastructure that are fulfilled and good relations with residents in the school. around school. 3) The inhibiting factors for implementing quality management in schools are teachers who have not mastered 4 skills, namely pedagogic, personality, professional and social. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sekolah yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 03 Pana, kab. Mamasa dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepalah sekolah dan staf tata usaha SMP Negeri 03 Pana, dan sumber-sumber data yang didapatkan peneliti dari dokumen-dokumen yang ada di SMP Negeri 03 Pana.Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen sekolah yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 03 pana, kab. Mamasa sudah cukup baik dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari program-program sekolah, proses pengambilan keputusan, pengelolaan lembaga dan proses belajar mengajar serta manajemen tenaga kependididikan dan manajemen sarana prasarana. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sekolah, kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program on the reading interest and writing skills of elementary school students in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the influence of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program on the reading interest of elementary school students, (2) to determine the influence of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program on the writing skills of elementary school students. The method used in preparing this article is a literature study using reference materials in journal articles. The data collection techniques are documentation and data analysis processes using content analysis methods. The results showed a significant influence of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program on elementary school students reading interests and writing skills. Keywords: school literacy movement, interest in reading, writing skills
