Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of learning implementation on student social studies learning achievement at UPT SDI 117 Selayar Islands. 1) the influence of the availability of learning facilities on students' social studies learning achievement at UPT SDI 117 Selayar Islands. 2) the influence of student learning motivation on student social studies learning achievement at UPT SDI 117 Selayar Islands. 3) the influence of the quality of learning implementation, availability of learning facilities, and learning motivation simultaneously on student social studies learning achievement at UPT SDI 117 Selayar Islands. The type of research used is quantitative research. Quantitative research is a method used to answer research problems related to data in the form of numbers and statistical programs. The population in this study were all students of UPT SDI 117 Selayar Islands with a total sample of 17 people for class VI. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) there was an influence between the quality of learning implementation on students' social studies learning achievement at UPT SDI 117. 2) there was an influence between the availability of learning facilities on students' social studies learning achievement at UPT SDI 117 Selayar islands according to the partial test which showed that 3) there is an influence of learning motivation on students' social studies learning achievement at UPT SDI 117 Selayar Islands. 4) there is an influence between the quality of learning implementation, availability of learning facilities, and learning motivation on students' social studies learning achievement at UPT SDI 117 Selayar Islands.Keywords: Learning, Learning Tools, Motivation, Achievement, Linear Regression

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To explain how school planning at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros for improving the quality of schools at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros , (2) To explain how the implementation of the school program at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros for improving the quality of schools at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros , (3) To explain how the leadership of the principal at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros for improving the quality of schools at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros and (4) To explain how the implementation of school supervision at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros for improving the quality of schools at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros . This research is a qualitative research with a narrative approach and takes place at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros. The subjects in this study were residents of SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros (Principal, Deputy Head, Head of Administration and Administrative Officer). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation as well as techniques to check the validity of the data, researchers use triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of education management standards in improving school quality at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo, Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros is by (1) Planning the education program at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros has been carried out by referring to education management standards in an effort to improve quality. Program planning at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros stands out more than the other standard points. (2) Implementation of work programs at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Maros has referred to the RKS and quality improvement. However, there are still many work programs that have not been realized, such as extracurricular activities, improvement of school facilities and infrastructure, due to very few school funding constraints. Therefore, priority work programs are more important. (3) The principal has carried out supervisory activities in improving the quality of the school. This activity is carried out every day. However, it is not in accordance with education management standards. (4) Principal leadership at SDN 80 Kuri Lompo Kec. Marusu Kab. Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) teachers' efforts in increasing the learning motivation of students at UPT SPF SDN Kumaladan (2) obstacles faced by teachers in increasing the learning motivation of students at UPT SPF SDN Kumala?This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal and teacher of UPT SPF SDN Kumaladan. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification.The results showed that; 1) the teacher's efforts to increase the learning motivation of students by giving praise, arousing curiosity, giving gifts, using simulation methods and games in learning activities and giving tasks as a form of reinforcement;2) there are obstacles for teachers in increasing the learning motivation of students, namely, obstacles from students who lack interest in learning, obstacles from the family environment in this case the lack of attention of parents of students and obstacles from the school environment which is still inadequate in supporting learning implementation activities. Keywords : Teacher Efforts, Learning Motivation, Learners

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the relationship between attitudes towards social studies student achievement UPT SDI Benteng Timur No. 122 Selayar Islands 2) the relationship between motivation and achievement of social studies students at UPT SDI Benteng Timur No. 112. Selayar Islands 3) the relationship between the use of learning media on the achievement of social studies students at UPT.SDI.Benteng.Timur.No. 112. Selayar Islands 4) The Relationship of Attitude, Motivation and Utilization of Learning Media with Social Studies Student Achievement at UPT SDI Benteng Timur No. 112. Selayar Islands. The type of research used is quantitative because it can give number symbols in stages or by calculating the frequency/amount separately from one another. This research was conducted at UPT SDI Benteng Timur No. 112 Selayar Islands. The population in this study were all students of UPT SDI 112 Selayar Islands, amounting to 25 people. the sample is taken as a whole, but if the population is greater than 100 people, then 10-15% or 20-25% of the total population can be taken. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) There was a significant relationship between attitudes and student achievement in class V UPT SDI Benteng Timur No.112.Selayar Islands 2) There was a significant relationship between motivation and student achievement in class V UPT SDI East Fort No. 112 Selayar Islands 3) There is a significant relationship between the use of learning media and the learning achievement of fifth grade students at UPT SDI Benteng Timur No. 112 Selayar Islands 4) There is a simultaneous significant relationship between Attitude, Motivation and Utilization of Learning Media with the learning achievement of fifth grade students of UPT SDI fort Timur No. 112 Selayar Islands.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of teachers in fostering entrepreneurial spirit character in students at UPT SPF SDN Patompo 2 Makassar City This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal and teachers of SDN Patompo 2. Data collection techniques for this study use interviews, observations and documentation while the data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing / verification The results showed that the role of teachers in fostering the character of the entrepreneurial spirit in students at SDN Patompo 2 Makassar City where teachers have carried out their roles as educators and teachers by integrating learning materials with the character of the entrepreneurial spirit, teachers foster the character of entrepreneurial spirit to students by providing motivation. In addition, teachers become mediators and facilitators in learning in cultivating the character of the entrepreneurial spirit and conducting evaluation activities to find out students' understanding and knowledge about the character of the entrepreneurial spirit. The character of the entrepreneurial spirit that is grown in students is, honesty, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, curiosity, and communication. Obstacles in cultivating the character of the entrepreneurial spirit come from within the students, the support of the family environment is lacking, the community environment and the availability of facilities and infrastructure to carry out entrepreneurial activities in schools that are not adequate. Keywords : Teacher Role, Character, Entrepreneurial spirit

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the roles and responsibilities of the homeroom teacher, (2) the attention and responsibility of parents, (3) the collaborative efforts made by the homeroom teacher and parents in improving student achievement at UPT SPF SDN Cendrawasih I Makassar City and (4) Student achievement by holding collaboration between homeroom teachers and parents of students at UPT SPF SDN Cendrawasih I Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research with a Naturalistic Inquiry approach, namely how to observe and collect data in a natural setting. Then the data collection procedure through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) the roles and responsibilities of homeroom teachers at UPT SPF SDN Cendrawasih I Makassar City as educators, teachers, motivators, facilitators and counselors can improve student achievement. (2) The attention and responsibility of parents towards students is more thorough than that of homeroom teachers because students spend more time at home than at school. (3) Collaborative efforts made by homeroom teachers and parents in improving student achievement at UPT SPF SDN Cendrawasih I Makassar City include: familiarizing and supervising students in the discipline of studying and worship time, always providing motivation to students, establishing mutual communication good, always inform the development of student achievement to parents. (4) Student achievement at UPT SPF SDN Cendrawasih I Makassar City by holding collaboration between homeroom teachers and parents, among others, increasing class wins obtained by students.Keywords: School Quality Improvement, Education Management Standards.Keywords: homeroom teacher, parental attention, learning achievement

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of parental roles on student learning outcomes at SD 130 Selayar Islands (2) the effect of Study From Home (SFH) on student learning outcomes at SD 130 Selayar Islands (3) the influence of the role of parents and Study From Home ( SFH) simultaneously on Student Learning Outcomes of SD 130 Selayar Islands. This type of research is quantitative which is used to answer research problems related to data in the form of numbers and statistical programs. This research was conducted at SD 130 Selayar Islands. The population in this study were all students with the number of samples for class VI, namely 9 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh omzet terhadap sisa hasil usaha pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Republik Indonesia Gupsemper SMP Negri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa. Omzet sebagai variabel bebas dan sisa hasil usaha sebagai variabel terikat. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah omzet dan sisa usaha selama sepuluh tahun terakhir (2020-2021) sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian. Untuk memudahkan pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan tehnik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan program SPSS (Statistikal Product Standart Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: omzet mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap sisa hasil usaha pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Republik Indonesia Gupsemper SMP Negri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Mengetahui bagaimana proses pembelajaran di UPT SD negeri 3 Ta Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone, 2. Untuk mengetahui penggunaan Strategi Pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V UPT SD Negeri 3   Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone, 3. untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan Strategi Pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas V UPT SD Negeri 3 Ta Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), pada mata pelajaran IPS. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yang terdiri dari 4 rangkaian kegiatan yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi (pengamatan), dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus I berjumlah 7 orang atau 35% dan untuk siklus II berjumlah 19 orang atau 95%. Rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus I sebesar 70,75%, dan untuk siklus II sebesar 85,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1. Proses pembelajaran di UPT SD Negeri 3 Ta Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone pada kelas V  terjadi peningkatan dengan  penggunaan strategi pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here, 2 penerapan strategi pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here untuk meningkatankan hasil belajar IPS siswa Kelas V UPT SD Negeri 3 Ta Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone pada mata Pelajaran IPS, ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I ke siklus II dengan skor rata-rata hasil belajar siklus I 36.6% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,32%, 3 penerapan strategi pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS, mendapatkan respon yang positif dari siswa kelas V di UPT SD Negeri 3 Ta. Hal ini ditunjukan dari sikap siswa yang antusias dan bersedia mengikuti langkah-langkah pembelajaran dengan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Everyone Is A Teacher Here. Berdasarkan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I 35% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 95% dari 20 siswa.  Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) Strategies for Instilling an Entrepreneurial Spirit in Students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Gontang; and (2) Obstacles in instilling an Entrepreneurial Spirit in Students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Gontang. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal and teacher of SD Inpres Gontang. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification The results of the research (1) strategies for instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in students at Inpres Gontang Elementary School are carried out by integrating the curriculum with entrepreneurial values in the implementation of learning, making learning implementation plans and linking themes that contain the cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit, displaying images, videos and telling stories of successful entrepreneurial entrepreneurs, making handicrafts and carrying out market day activities as an effort to instill an entrepreneurial spirit to  Learners. (2) obstacles to the cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit in students at Inpres Gontang Elementary School such as the lack of interest of students, the theme of entrepreneurship that is not yet in the package book, the lack of family support and lack of human resources (teachers) who have basic entrepreneurship, as well as the lack of creativity and innovation of learning methods from teachers. Keywords : Strategies, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Elementary School
