<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the findings of online learning, which are the low initial writing skills and the lack of teaching materials as complementary teaching materials specially to help students write beginning. This study aims to improve the writing skills of first graders at SDN Cikidang II, Majalengka Regency. This research use research and development method. The instruments of data collection use observation guidelines, questionnaires by experts to assess the level of validity of students’ worksheets (LKS) and documentation. The result shows that the validation of the development of student worksheets (LKS) designed by experts carried out in one round with 90% results. Likewise, validation from users which is teacher carried out in one round with 88% results. While the results of material expert validation were carried out in two rounds with the final results of 82%. The results mean that the student worksheet is suitable for use without revision based on the conversation of the assessment criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is based on the framework of thinking that educators must have technological literacy competencies or abilities during the Covid-19 pandemic in making learning media. The research objectives are (1) to determine the technological literacy of teachers during the covid-19 pandemic; (2) knowing the teacher's ability to use learning media during the covid-19 pandemic; (3) knowing the involvement of technological literacy with teachers on the use of learning media during a pandemic. This study focuses on the literacy skills of teachers for online learning, such as making learning media, operating technology devices and how often they use technology in making learning media. This study uses a qualitative method with a survey design. The researcher's first step is to systematically define the participants through random sampling. Furthermore, the researchers made elementary school teachers in the North Sumedang District the object of research. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The next step is to process the results of the questionnaire using the Microsoft Excel application and then describe it. The conclusions of the following research are as follows: teacher technology facilities in supporting the manufacture of learning media show good results 49.51% are privately owned, then teacher motivation in using technology tools shows most 58.19% agree that endogenous and exogenous motivation greatly influences. The ability to operate and create learning media is quite high 57.47% of teachers can make technology-based learning media. And the latest findings show that 52.81% of teachers are quite often involved with technology.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic virus in Indonesia has caused all activities to be carried out from home. In order to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the government changed the education system to be bold. So that in the world of education all teachers must be able to create learning media that can be operated effectively by students from home. This research was carried out using a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive method, the aim of this research is to find out the benefits of the google classroom application and learning videos as learning media in an effort to increase student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the study by referring to relevant journals and articles, it was stated that the use of the google classroom application and video learning as a learning medium had a positive effect of 86.30% in increasing students' learning motivation at Tarumajaya 2 Elementary School. So it can be said that the use of google classroom and video learning at Tarumajaya 2 Elementary School is going well.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is conducted on the basis that ethnomathematics is a bridge between mathematics and culture, and the ethnomathematics approach is one way to bridge the gap between that. Ethnomathematics has begun to be integrated in the curriculum 2013 and has an important to improving the quality of mathematics learning. This research is a qualitative by using descriptive methods and document analysis design. The research object is the mathematics student book and 18 grade IV students as research subjects. The research instruments used assessment document sheets, teacher and student activities observation sheets, student response questionnaires, and teacher response interview sheets. The results of this research indicate that mathematics student book curriculum 2013 revised 2018 for class IV can be implemented with an ethnomathematics approach, and the application of the ethnomathematics approach is one of solution to innovate and creative creating to a meaningful form of mathematics learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is based on the findings of the difficulties experienced by students in learning fiction listening skills caused by several factors. One of the factors is that teachers tend to only use the speech method and do not use more interactive learning media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a DD model research. Data were collected by interview, document analysis, expert validation of the media, and documentation. The results showed that the media commonly used at SDN Gudang Kopi II was still dominant in conventional visual media so that it was non-flexible. The design of this interactive learning media development with the waterfall development model, is conceptualized with the tutorial type and includes audio-visual interactive multimedia. As for the expert review/validation of the development of interactive powerpoint learning media, the final round by design experts significantly to 95.66%. The final round of material experts significantly to 93,85%. The final round of teacher as a user significantly to 95.55%. This means that interactive powerpoint learning media is very feasible to use based on the conversion of assessment criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[Teaching materials, one of which is books, are essential components in the learning process. Conceptual errors of a textbook will result in errors in students' understanding. For this reason, the evaluation of the 2018 Revised Edition of the Class V Elementary School Mathematics Student Book using the bell's criteria aimed to assess the quality of the material contained in the book. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a content analysis design. The object of this research is the document of mathematics students' books and students who use the book. The instruments used are interview guidelines and evaluation sheets. The study result, the quality of the 2018 Revised Edition of the Class V Elementary School Mathematics Student Book based on the bell's criteria has good quality. Because almost all of the material presented has met the bell's criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning usingmedia WhatsApp on understanding concepts and developing students' character in social studies learning. This study uses a descriptive method of correlation study with a survey design. The instruments used in this research are tests and questionnaires. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) Students' understanding of the concept of material events in the early days of the national movement is in good criteria with an overall average test score of 61.86, 2) The average percentage of student character development questionnaires is 78 ,74% with the character values used are religious values, honesty, discipline, independence, and responsibility so that based on data obtained from students who have done online learning usingmedia WhatsApp shows that the results of the questionnaire are on the effective criteria, 3) There are various factors that affect online learning by usingmedia WhatsApp on students and teachers. The factors that influence it are derived from internal factors and external factors. These factors can be a supporter or an obstacle to the effectiveness of the process of implementing online learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Science is a teaching material that discusses phenomena in daily life because the learning process always involves science because what it learns is about natural events. The process to find explanations about natural events that occur in the environment, of course, requires good thinking skills about concepts and thinking critically as needed in the 21st century. In learning, teachers must be able to design science learning that makes it easier for students to have a good understanding and be sensitive to the environment that can be useful for students in solving problems in everyday life. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The result can be said to have been carried out well by teachers and students. After the learning implementation, the mastery of the concept by the student's critical thinking skills, in general, can be shown to be good.]]>

<![CDATA[Mathematics is still one of the subjects feared by elementary school students. This can affect the effectiveness of learning. Therefore, there needs to be innovation in mathematical learning. On the other hand, high school teachers are required to create or develop innovation, especially in learning. Thus, the purpose of this research is to know the efforts made by elementary school teachers who excel in developing mathematical learning innovations. The methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were five outstanding elementary teachers from Sumedang Regency and one outstanding elementary teacher from Garut Regency. The instruments used in this study are in the form of interview guidelines, documentation studies, and questionnaires. The results showed that the innovation developed by elementary teachers excelled in developing mathematical learning innovations in the form of media and learning strategies. In addition, there are efforts to utilize technology as a support for the learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to mapp and analyze the topic that published in reputable international journals during 2016-2020 based on the Scopus database. There were four stages to collect the data includes; found bibliographies by using Publish or Perish (PoP) software, filtered out the articles, checked and completed metada in EndNote X9, and then analyzed the bibliographies using VOSViewer. The results showed that: 1) the number of citations realatively low but the trend of publications started to increase and reflected the researchers interest in conducting a research about reading skill in elementary school. 2) the authors collaboration analysis showed that there were not occur widely collaboration. 3) the highest number of the trend of title terms is “skillâ€. 4) the highest number of the trend of title terms is “reading comprehensionâ€. 5) the highest number of trend of abstract terms is “student’’. The reasearch concluded that publications of reading skills in elementary school articles have increased, but authors collaboration and the number of citations relatively low. The authors collaboration was an opportunity to further the research.]]>
