Abstract

ABSTRACT. Early childhood often faces various developmental challenges, one of which is the ability to work together. Problems such as individualism, difficulty interacting, and lack of empathy towards peers are obstacles that are often found in children at this age. Cooperation is the ability to work collaboratively to complete a task with others. Working together teaches children to prioritize the interests of the Group[A1] s interest their own. The potential to collaborate with children from Hubbul Walad Kindergarten, Serdang Bedagai, is underdeveloped. This is shown ol the fact that children prefer to be alone rather than with their peers. The purpose of this study was to develop the cooperation skills of anal rights at Hubbul Walad Kindergarten in Serdang Bedagai by using ludo board toys. The subjects of this study were 20 children from group B, aged 5-6 years. Data was collected through direct observation, work demonstration, and documentation. According to the research findings, the cooperative capacity of group b students at Hubbul Walad Kindergarten in Serdang Bedagai increased during the 2023/2024 school year by playing group b puzzle games. This is supported by the pre-cycle findings, which showed a percentage of 31.9%. Furthermore, children's cooperative ability grew to 52.2% in the first cycle, representing an increase of 20.3% compared to the previous 3 cycles. Then, in the second cycle, this increased significantly to 85%, or 32.8%, when compared to the children's ability in the first cycle. As a result, the ludo board game can strengthen the cooperative ability of group b students at Hubbul Walad Kindergarten in Serdang bedagai.Keywords: cooperation, games[A2]  early childhoodABSTRAK. Anak usia dini sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan perkembangan, salah satunya adalah kemampuan untuk bekerja sama. Masalah seperti individualisme, kesulitan berinteraksi, dan kurangnya empati terhadap teman sebaya menjadi hambatan yang sering ditemukan pada anak-anak di usia ini. Kerja[A3]  sama adalah kemampuan untuk bekerja secara kolaboratif untuk menyelesaikan tugas dengan orang lain. Bekerja sama mengajarkan anak-anak untuk memprioritaskan kepentingan kelompok daripada kepentingan merc sendiri. Potensi untuk berkolaborasi dengan anak-anak dari TK Hubbul Walad, Serdang Bedagai, belum berkembang. Hal ini ditunjukkan ol fakta bahwa anak- anak memilih untuk sendiri daripada dengan teman sebaya mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kerja sama anal hak di TK Hubbul Walad di Serdang bedagai dengan menggunakar mainan papan ludo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 anak dari kelompok B, berusia 5-6 tahun. Data dilakuka melalui observasi langsung, demonstrasi kerja, dan dokumentasi. Menurut temuan penelitian, kapasitas kerja sama siswa kelompok b di TK Hubbul Walad di Serdang Bedagai meningkat selama tahun ajaran 2023/2024 dengan bermain permainan menyusun teka-teki kelompok b. Hal ini didukung oleh temuan pra-siklus, yang menunjukkan persentase 31,9%. Selanjutnya, kemampuan kooperatif anak tumbuh menjadi 52,2% pada siklus pertama, mewakili peningkatan 20,3% dibandingka 3iklus sebelumnya. Kemudian, pada siklus II, hal ini meningkat signifikan menjadi 85%, atau 32,8%, jika dibandingkan dengan kemampuan anak pada siklus I. Alhasil, permainan papan ludo dapat memperkuat kemampuan kooperatif siswa kelompok b di TK Hubbul Walad di Serdang bedagai.Kata kunci: kerjasasama, permainan early childhood

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems of implementing child-friendly school programs in pendidikan anak usia dini institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach, conducted in five Raudhatul Athfal in Pekanbaru City. The main informants of this study consisted of five heads of Raudhatul Athfal and supporting informants from officials of the Ministry of Religion and the Pekanbaru City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques were carried out with 4-stage qualitative analysis: collection, reduction, data analysis and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the child-friendly school program in pendidikan anak usia dini institutions still has many problems, namely: 1) Government support that is not yet optimal and uneven policies. 2) Lack of socialization and guidance. 3) Lack of understanding of teachers and education personnel about the concept of Child friendly School. 4) Lack of funds, 5) Lack of commitment from the leadership of the institution. 6) Unsupportive infrastructure. 7) Frequently transferred human resources, 8). Lack of cooperation and participation of parents and the community. The obstacles encountered can be overcome with several best practices, namely: 1) Commitment and making written policies. 2) Thinking positively to always innovate for the progress of the institution. 3) Proactive attitude and take the initiative to the relevant agencies. 4) Trying to fulfill facilities gradually according to ability continuouslyKeyword :  Implementation, Child-Friendly Schools, Early Childhood Education Institutions.ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika implementasi progam sekolah ramah anak di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif,  dilaksanakan di lima Raudhatul Athfal  di Kota Pekanbaru. Informan utama penelitian ini terdiri dari lima kepala Raudhatul Athfal ditambah dengan informan pendukung dari pejabat Kementerian Agama dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kota Pekanbaru. Data dikumpulkan melalaui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif 4 tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi, analisis data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini masih banyak ditemukan problematika, yaitu: 1) Dukungan pemerintah yang belum maksimal dan kebijakan yang tidak merata. 2) Kurangnya sosialisasi dan bimbingan. 3)  Kurangnya pemahaman guru dan tenaga kependidikan tentang konsep sekolah ramah anak. 4) Kekurangan Dana, 5) Kurangnya komitmen dari pimpinan lembaga. 6) Infrastruktur yang tidak mendukung. 7) sumber daya manusia yang sering mutasi, 8). Kurang kerjasama dan partisipasi orang tua dan masyarakat. Adanya kendala-kendala yang ditemui, dapat diatasi dengan beberapa best practice, yaitu: 1) Komitmen dan membuat kebijakan tertulis. 2) Berpikiran positif untuk selalu melakukan inovasi untuk kemajuan lembaga. 3) Sikap proaktif dan  jemput bola ke dinas terkait. 4) Berupaya memenuhi fasilitas secara bertahap sesuai dengan kemampuan secara berkesinambungan.Kata Kunci :  Implementasi, Sekolah Ramah Anak, Lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Learning repeating patterns is the foundation for children's understanding of other math concepts. However, previous research has shown that there are still children as young as 5-6 years old who have difficulty in finding pattern sequences. The purpose of this study is to identify and discuss the cognitive strategies used by children aged 5-6 years to recognize and solve repeated pattern problems. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used to achieve this goal. The results showed that there were three categories of strategies used by children to solve repetitive pattern problems, namely attention to individual features, comparison and classification, and focus on sequence. For teachers, the results of this study are expected to provide feedback on the learning of repetitive patterns by paying attention to the characteristics and problem solving strategies of each child. For future researchers, this research can be a first reference to further explore the use of the three strategies for solving repetitive patterns in a larger number of 5-6 year old child subjects

Abstract

This research was motivated by there are still children who are still not used to and show an independent attitude in the implementation of toilet training because children aged 1-3 years still do not show an independent attitude in habituating toilet training because many children use diapers, lack of parental care, lack of parental knowledge about toilet training. This study aims to determine the role of parents in toilet training habits to train the independence of children aged 1-3. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The study population consisted of 101 children, with a sample of 11 children. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Miles and Huberman's model analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study: 2 out of 11 parents have not yet played a role, 7 out of 11 parents have started to play a role, and 2 out of 11 parents have played a role in toilet training habits. The results of the study 1) parents play a role in educating toilet training in the age range of 1-3 years, 2) parents play a role in raising children not to use diapers/diapers, not to wet the bed day/night, 3) parents play a guiding role through speech and action. The habit of toilet training is carried out through several stages, namely: teaching children to squat, wash themselves, urinate/ defecate in the toilet, go to the toilet by themselves, open/put on their own pants, and take off diapers/diapers day/night. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the role of parents in toilet training to train the independence of children aged 1-3 years in Sumber Makmur Village, parents have started to act as educators, caregivers and mentors to train independence in children aged 1-3 years in Route 3 of Sumber Makmur Village Tapung District, Kampar Regency.Keywords: Role of Parents, Toilet Training, Independence

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Keterampilan pemecahan masalah sangat penting bagi anak usia dini. Anak usia dini dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah optimal pada masa prasekolah menunjukkan capaian akademik lebih baik di pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Namun, masih banyak anak usia dini memiliki keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang rendah. Rendahnya keterampilan pemecahan masalah anak usia dini, terlihat dari ketergantungan tinggi terhadap bantuan guru, kesulitan mengidentifikasi masalah sederhana, serta terbatasnya inisiatif mencari solusi alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi penggunaan metode eksperimen untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah anak usia dini melalui analisis proses kognitif selama kegiatan eksperimen serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas metode tersebut. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan 15 anak usia 4-6 tahun, 3 guru kelas, dan 5 orang tua selama delapan minggu. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, serta analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan peningkatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah anak usia dini melalui tiga tahapan: (1) tahap awal ditandai ketergantungan pada bantuan guru, (2) tahap perkembangan memperlihatkan kemampuan mengajukan pertanyaan spesifik dan mencoba solusi mandiri, (3) tahap akhir menunjukkan penerapan pendekatan sistematis saat menyelesaikan masalah. Peran guru sebagai fasilitator melalui teknik scaffolding terstruktur serta program "Eksperimen di Rumah" yang melibatkan orang tua berhasil mendukung perkembangan keterampilan pemecahan masalah pada aspek kognitif, sosial, dan praktis. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan mencakup dukungan orang tua dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif.Kata Kunci: Metode Eksperimen, Pemecahan Masalah, Pendidikan Anak Usia DiniABSTRACT. Problem-solving skills are essential competencies for early childhood. Research shows that early childhood students with optimal problem-solving abilities during preschool demonstrate better academic achievement in primary and secondary education. However, many early childhood students still possess low problem-solving skills. This deficiency manifests through high dependency on teacher assistance, difficulty identifying simple problems, and limited initiative in seeking alternative solutions. This study aims to explore the use of experimental methods to enhance early childhood problem-solving skills by analyzing cognitive processes during experimental activities and identifying factors affecting the method's effectiveness. This descriptive qualitative research involved 15 children aged 4-6 years, 3 classroom teachers, and 5 parents over eight weeks. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. The results revealed improvements in early childhood problem-solving skills through three stages: (1) initial stage marked by dependence on teacher assistance, (2) developmental stage showing ability to ask specific questions and attempt independent solutions, (3) final stage demonstrating systematic approach application in problem-solving. The teacher's role as facilitator through structured scaffolding techniques and the "Experiments at Home" program involving parents successfully supported problem-solving skill development across cognitive, social, and practical aspects. Abstract

This research aims to determine the parenting patterns implemented by parents in Sade Hamlet, Central Lombok. Sade Hamlet is a place known for its various unique qualities, one of which is the Nyesek Tradition. This tradition is also part of the parenting style implemented by parents in Sade Hamlet, so it is interesting to study in more depth. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a postpositivism paradigm. Data collection methods were carried out using observation, interviews and literature reviews with primary data in the form of parents and traditional elders in Sade Hamlet and subject determination was carried out using purposive sampling techniques, namely parents in Sade Hamlet who had children aged 0-8 years. The results of the research show that parents in Sade Hamlet apply authoritarian, democratic and permissive parenting patterns with the majority having a permissive parenting style which has impacts such as a lack of politeness and respect for parents, children become individuals who always want to be obeyed, are selfish and often control. parent. Parenting patterns in Sade Hamlet are influenced by several factors such as community environment, culture, parenting patterns obtained from previous parents, parents' educational background; economic conditions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan serta nilai agama dan moral yang terkandung dalam etnoparenting tradisi Bue-bue Suku Batak Mandailing dan lagu Anakku Sazali Negeri Malaysia. Penelitian mnggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi, yakni  membandingkan data-data hasil wawancara dari para ibu yang mendendangkan lagu Bue-bue dan Anakku Sazali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pelaksanaan etnoparenting atau pengasuhan anak melalui tradisi lagu Bue-bue dan lagu Anakku Sazali masih dilaksanakan dalam menidurkan anak. Pelaksanaan tradisi Bue-bue dan lagu Anakku Sazali diterapkan pada anak yang berusia di bawah tiga tahun. Selain sebagai sarana pengantar tidur anak, tradisi Bue-bue dan lagu Anakku Sazali berfungsi sebagai sarana menyampaikan harapan-harapan orang tua, memupuk kehalusan budi pekerti anak, dan menumbuhkan kasih sayang terhadap orang tua sehingga mampu menciptakan ikatan emosional antara orang tua dengan anak. Nilai agama dan moral yang terkandung dalam etnoparenting tradisi Bue-bue Suku Batak Mandailing dan lagu Anakku Sazali di Malaysia adalah nilai agama berupa nilai keimanan, nilai keridhaan, dan nilai kecintaan kepada Rasulullah saw sedangkan nilai moral berupa nilai kesabaran, nilai kasih sayang, dan nilai optimisme.Kata Kunci: Nilai Agama dan Moral, Etnoparenting, Tradisi Bue-bue, Lagu Anakku SazaliABSTRACT. This research aimed at finding out the implementation, religious and moral values contained in ethnoparenting of Bue-bue tradition of Batak Mandailing Tribe in Mompang Jae Village, North Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency and Anakku Sazali song in Malaysia. Qualitative approach was used in this research with a phenomenological type. Observation, interview, and documentation were the techniques of collecting data. The analysis techniques were data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The research findings showed that the implementation of ethnoparenting or child care based on ethnicity through Bue-bue tradition and Anakku Sazali song was still implemented when putting children to sleep. The implementation of Bue-bue tradition and Anakku Sazali song was applied to children under three years old. Besides, being a means of lulling children to sleep, Bue-bue tradition and Anakku Sazali song functioned as a means of conveying parents’ hopes, fostering refinement of children character, and fostering love for parents so that it could create an emotional bond between parents and children. The religious and moral values contained in ethnoparenting of Bue-bue tradition and Anakku Sazali song showed that the religious values were faith, pleasure, and love for the Messenger of Allah, while the moral values were patience, affection, and optimism.Keyword: Religious and Moral Values, Ethnoparenting, Bue-bue Tradition,

Abstract

The background to this research is that children's creativity is less than optimal so they receive special treatment. This research aims to determine the effect of using used cardboard, plastic bottles and bottle caps on a population of 11 students. The time for carrying out this research was from April to May 2024. The subjects in this research were class B students at Kindergarten 011 Permataku, the object of the research was the effect of using used media on increasing the creativity of children aged 5-6 years in Group B Kindergarten 011 Permataku Merangin Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency. This research is quantitative research using the one group pretest experimental design method with a t-test or a calculated t test > t table. If t count > t table then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted with the help of the SPSS application program. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, tests and documentation. Based on the pretest data, the average was 42.5% in the MB (Starting to Develop) category, after posttest data the average was 84.0% in the BSB (Very Well Developing) category. This shows that implementing the use of used goods can influence the increase in creativity of the children of Kindergarten 011 Permataku. Based on the analysis of the data results in the experimental class, the t count statistical test value for the used goods variable was 9,453, while the t table was 2,178, this means t count > t table or (9,453 > 2,178).  So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence after using used cardboard, plastic bottles and bottle caps on increasing the creativity of children aged 5-6 years at Kindergarten 011 Permataku.Keywords: Used media, creativity, early childhoodABSTRAK. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah karena kreativitas anak kurang optimal sehingga mendapatkan perlakuan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan media barang bekas kardus, botol plastik dan tutup botol dengan populasinya berjumlah 11 anak didik. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2024. Subjek dalam  penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelas B TK 011 Permataku, objek penelitian adalah Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Media Barang Bekas Terhadap Peningkatan Kreativitas Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Kelompok B Taman Kanak-Kanak 011 Permataku Desa Merangin Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen desain one grup pretest dengan t-test atau dengan uji t hitung > t tabel. Jika t hitung >  t tabel   maka HO  ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan bantuan olahan program aplikasi SPSS. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan  data pretest  rata- ratanya sebesar  42,5 % berada pada kategori  MB (Mulai Berkembang), data sesudah  postest  rata-ratanya sebesar  84,0 % berada pada kategori BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan diterapkannya pemanfaatan barang bekas dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan kreativitas anak-anak  TK 011 Permataku. Dengan berdasarkan analisis hasil data pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh hasil nilai uji statistk t Hituung untuk variabel barang bekas  sebesar  9.453  sedangkan t tabel  adalah sebesar 2.178 ini berarti  t hitung  >  t tabel   atau  (9.453 > 2.178 ).  Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan setelah menggunakan media barang bekas kardus, botol plastik dan tutup botol pada peningkatan kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK 011 Permataku.
