Abstract

 In early 2010, a touch screen device, iPad,  was launched along with offers of various features provided. Tablet computer with its thinner shape and lighter tends to replace role either laptop or personal computer (PC). Medical informatics is a field that involves information science, computer science and health care. One of devices commonly used is laptop. According to the research conducted, a design of  iPad usage as alternative media in medical informatics activity was created through its features. Abstract

The rapid growth of information and digital documents has caused the process to retrieve desire documents becomes more difficult when performed manually. Therefore, an information retrieval system is needed as the search engine to find relevant documents as user desire. This research is to develop a information retrieval system based on OKAPI BM25 model. Two main steps would do in build an information retrieval system with Okapi BM25 model are preprocessing and applied the model to it. The preprocessing steps are collection of document (corpus), tokenization, linguistic preprocessing, and indexing by creating an inverted index. After preprocessing, applied Okapi BM25 model to the system to compute the relevant value between each document to user’s query. The system retrieve a list of documents which in descending sort based on relevant value. System performance is measured by calculating precision and recall. Experiment on several query key, shows a good performance where precision value about 74%-92% and 100% recall. This system is portable so it can be applied to the local server to meet the needs of the organization in finding a document in accordance with its documents collection.Keywords : Information Retrieval, Okapi BM25, Precision, Recall.

Abstract

 Decision modeling is one of the most prominent activity for architecture design of a software product line architecture. The decision modeling supports the selection of suitable composition of software components from the architecture of member products of a product line. However, only little effort have been devoted to quality attributes. To address this shortcoming, this paper present a method that hybrid the Analytical Hierarchy Process and the Formal Concept Analysis. The key issue of decision modeling that assessing a quality attributes of an architecture configuration is to measure the impact of a quality attributes that made by the set of components. In this paper, we analyze the software components composition that corresponds to the quality attributes. Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang kendali optimal pada masalah persediaan barang yang mengalami peningkatan. Persediaan barang yang mengalami peningkatan disebabkan karena adanya persediaan awal kemudian terjadinya penambahan persediaan sedangkan permintaan barang sedikit. Berdasarkan persamaan diferensial dinamik dan fungsi tujuan yang diberikan dapat ditemukan solusi persamaan diferensial untuk persediaan barang yang mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan solusi persamaan diferensial untuk persediaan barang yang mengalami peningkatan akan di amati dalam dua kasus. Kemudian, diperoleh persamaan tingkat persediaan yang optimal, persamaan rata-rata produksi yang optimal, dan selisih antara rata-rata fungsi peningkatan dan rata-rata fungsi penurunan. Selanjutnya menganalisa kestabilan persamaan tingkat persediaan yang optimal. Berdasarkan pembahasan diperoleh persamaan tingkat persediaan yang optimal mencapai kestabilan apabila 1 t --> t , sehingga menuju ke satu nilai (tingkat persediaan maksimal).

Abstract

Sistem penjadwalan ruang laboratorium merupakan sistem terkomputerisasi yang berfungsi untukmenyusun jadwal kelas-kelas praktikum yang akan menggunakan laboratorium. Pada saat ini, penyusunanjadwal laboratorium jurusan Teknik Informatika UIN Suska masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kepalalaboratorium harus mengumpulkan sendiri data yang dibutuhkan dalam penyusunan jadwal. Teknik analisis datapada sistem ini menggunakan metode pembangunan perangkat lunak secara waterfall. Proses penyusunanjadwal dilakukan dengan metode MBDA (Modified Bidirectional A*) dengan penentuan bobot berdasarkankategori sisa waktu terbuang, kelas yang berulang, dan status dosen yang telah terjadwal. Pada MBDA* metodepencarian heuristik dilakukan dan setiap kandidat solusi akan disimpan kedalam struktur data graph yangmemiliki bobot. Algoritma MBDA akan menelusuri simpul tersebut dan mencari solusi terbaik berdasarkan totalbobot terendah. Berdasarkan pengujian terhadap 10 kasus secara acak, seluruh kasus menghasilkan jadwalyang bebas bentrokan waktu pengajar ataupun mahasiswa dan sesuai dengan waktu kosong yangdiajukan(100%).Kata kunci: Penjadwalan, pencarian heuristic, euclidean distance, MBDA.

Abstract

The forest area in Bengkalis district has an area of around 463 441 ha, with a variety of natural resources that can be generated from the forest. But in recent years frequently burned forest bengkalis induced land clearing by companies or individuals who have a bad impact to masyaarakat, so that the smoke caused by forest fires have been a disaster for the community in terms of both economy and health. The worst impacts experienced is the disruption of the respiratory system, because in the smoke contained various types of hazardous and toxic gases. For that it is developing an instrument capable of neutralizing the smoke generator using ozone generated by corona discharge process. Ozone will ionize toxic gases into oxygen and cleanse the air of the process, so that this method can be said to be effective for the sterilization of air. There are several stages in this study, first: the system design. Second: the manufacture box. Third: the manufacture of power supply. Abstract

Scheduling of courses in an university is not easy to solve. Beside viewing from the amount courses, we also need to view from lecturers perspective, namely possibilities of the lecturer that will teach more than one course. Because there is a possibility that the number of courses and the number of lecturers are not comparable. Moreover, classroom availability to manage teaching-learning activity should also be considered. Scheduling of courses at Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lancang Kuning still done manually, so that it requires a relatively long time in scheduling the courses and human errors often occurs in form of conflict on lecturer’s teaching schedule, classrooms usage, and the courses schedule of each classes. Therefore, a solution is needed to solve the existing scheduling problems. The method used is a Genetic Algorithm which is a computational approach to solve modeled problems by the biological evolution process. However, the use of Genetic Algorithm is still causing a conflict on the lecturers (1,70 %), usage of the classrooms (19,03 %) and the schedule of each classes (5,96 %), so these results can not be used for a real scheduling and still need researches and further development by trying different methods such as selection, crossover and mutation. Key words: Scheduling of courses, Genetic Algorithm

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan waktu garansi yang optimal produk Examination Lamp.Seperti yang kita ketahui waktu garansi adalah suatu cara yang diberikan produsen ke konsumen untuk menjamin kualitas dari produk yang ditawarkan.Semakin lama waktu garansi yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen akan memberikan sinyal bahwa produk tersebut semakin berkualitas.PT Tesena Inovindo adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perakitan alat alat medis,yaitu inkubator,infant warmer,examination lamp,hospital bed dan lain sebagai-nya.Selama ini kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk waktu garansi adalah selama 12 bulan, padahal waktu garansi seharusnya diberikan bedasarkan tingkat keandalan suatu produk.Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap waktu garansi yang telah diberikan perusahaan selama ini.Kebijakan garansi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model Jun Bai dan Hoang Pham dan berdasarkan pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh total biaya penghematan sebesar 47,05 % bila dibandingkan dengan total biaya garansi yang telah dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan.Kata kunci: examinition lamp, model jun bai dan hoang pham, waktu garansi

Abstract

Expert system is one part of artificial intelligence, where the system adopt human knowledge, so that the computer can do the job like an expert. There so many cases use expert system, such as skin diseases expert systems. This application is used to allow users to diagnose skin disease before further action. This application uses the methods of certainty factors, implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQL supporting data storage. This application will display the symptoms of any skin disease. Abstract

Pada makalah ini dijelaskan tentang model matematika jumlah perokok dengan laju penyebaran perokok menggunakan dinamika akar kuadrat dan migrasi. Populasi dibagi menjadi empat subpopulasi, yaitu perokok potensial, perokok kadang-kadang, perokok berat, dan mantan perokok. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis model, yaitu terdapat satu titik ekuilibrium endemik perokok. Jika syarat terpenuhi, maka titik ekuilibrium endemik perokok akan stabil asimtotik, dan pada jangka waktu yang lama akan selalu terjadi penyebaran perokok.
