Abstract

The activity of awareness communication in empowering housewives through the budget of corporate social responsibility in Maburai village, Tabalong regency, is quite unique. The research method used is qualitative approach with descriptive type using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study shows that awareness communication conducted by the pattern of direct visits to small medium enterprises (SMEs) which have been successful from scratch then continued with the dialogical discussion of post-visit is quite effective. The pattern is able to create entrepreneurial awareness and motivation for housewives in Marburai village to have desire to make change in the family's economic conditions and make it as an alternative source of business in the future.

Abstract

The current development of the company is growing rapidly, a few years ago happened at this time-only recently opened routes that had not been there before. In addition, there are also many old friends who finally close because of several factors. Garuda Indonesia is one airline that has not been around long enough. Then, Garuda Indonesia still has to maintain the loyalty of its customers so that they do not move around in the presence of Public Relations. In maintaining that loyalty, Public Relations plans to maintain the loyalty of its customers. Actually, Garuda Indonesia is a company that has a pretty good corporate image, such as with Garuda Indonesia in getting awards such as the Best Cabin Cabin, 5 Star Airlines, Incorporated in the SkyTrax and SkyTeam Alliance. Then Garuda Indonesia is a full service that provides full service, people who use Garuda Indonesia airlines will be issued well. The things done in this study want to see the public relations strategy planning of Garuda Indonesia's in building consumer trust.

Abstract

Environmental problems especially in the martapura riverbank not only solved with a effort to save the disaster only. Society awareness evenly requires seriousness by means of certain communication patterns. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. The study was conducted in Sungai Tabuk, Banjar. Based on the results of environmental communication research at the Martapura river community in Sungai Tabuk Sub-district to create a clean environment, judging by the elements of communication, the environmental communication has fulfilled all of these elements. Communication techniques used all communication techniques, namely informative, coercive, persuasive and human relationships.

Abstract

Since the 1998 reformation until the 2014 election, politics in our country was characterized by massive transactional practices. It had been regarding to money politics practiced very obvious in every political event in choosing either in the executives or the representative’s level. However, the more interesting thing, with the rampant practice of transactional culture in the legislative election, is that there were the only few of people who dared to against such issue. This research employs a qualitative research paradigm with using a case study approach in which researcher had found that a political modality of Aziz Kahar Muzakkar is examined in a very strong social capital. Communication strategies which were person campaign strategies, adhesive strategies, structural strategies, cultural strategies as well as the strategy of collaboration between religion and development massages and propaganda techniques. This research also reveals a dominant model of political communication messages was propaganda. The conclusion is that the number of legislative members having a limited budget could be elected in the current transactional politics era. The key for this is to strengthen and maintain social capital in the community, and the communication strategy is in accordance with the political modality owned during the election campaign.

Abstract

Government regulations related to regional apparatus number 18 of 2016 changed the status of regional public hospitals from regional technical institutions to limited regional service units under the Karawang District Health Office. Decentralization of the health sector entered a new era, Government Regulation number 18 of 2016 made the Health Service the only government agency that deals with the health sector from starting to Promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative efforts. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication activities of the Karawang District Health Office in the application of Government Regulation number 18 of 2016. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Karawang Regency, and Chairperson of the Karawang Regency Hospital Supervisory Board. The results of this study are internal communication from the top down or the bottom up is easier to do both directly, and indirectly, direct communication is done by superiors by telephone and then followed up using official letters.

This clearly need the consciousness of the community itself and requires support to overcome this phenomenon because it can to be harmful and made anxious the doers the public related to false news or hoax in social media. A support for to overcome problems related to this can be conducted one of them is by digital literacy. Even though the community is therefore skillful in digital or social media but also need to be given digital education related to the use of the information that spread in the digital era so that into society who is wise and critical in using social media.

Abstract

The impact of current Digital Era and the influx of various Popular cultures is one reason why women began to show their existence in online media. The digital age makes women and society as a whole find a lot of conveniences, one of which is finding information, news or articles. However, nowadays women are attached to a variety of negative opinions in online media such as pornography objects and sexism issues, but with the presence of a number of special websites around women as if they have more value than sexism but have a positive space in online media. The phenomenon of women's interrelation and the internet is interesting to observe because the internet has its own way of opening new spaces for women to interact those penetrate distance, space, and time. Women move into a market icon that has spectacular value in the world of marketing. Women are considered great beings who can balance between social life, family, carrier, entrepreneurs and various interesting hobbies simultaneously. By analyzing the contents of the text in the media and dissecting articles on the woop.id website that represent women in general and broad in a more concise portion of the lives of women who are active and dynamic in a portal. Acculturation of pop culture and conventional culture Fashion & Beauty, Health, Wedding, Love & Sex and other representations of how many parts of a woman positive action on the internet, not just being a cyberporn, sexual harassment, kidnapping, behavior narcissistic, and consumptive cultural targets. The existence of this website seems to be the starting point for all negative women's imagery in online media and helps accelerate women's empowerment in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the communication strategies carried out by VisioNet. The communication strategy applied, has a positive impact on both company members and prospective employees especially the millennial generations. This is a descriptive qualitative research. For gathering the data, the in depth-interview to the millennials generations is used. The results of this study indicate that VisioNet carried out the communication strategy through various media, such as social media (Instagram, facebook, youtube) and printed media (brochures, bulletins, x-banners, banners). In addition, Internal communication through seminars and general classes is also used to build the internal relations with the employees. VisioNet also carries out an employer brand through website, social media, job fair, newsletter/release, publication, seminar general classes and also some events to build the image of the company among the target audience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of digital media literacy based on the individual competence framework in member of Majelis Taklim of Palembang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method based on the framework of the individual competence framework of the Europian Commission. This study involved 80 research respondents from members of the Taklim Assembly in Palembang City. the individual competence of Taklim members in using the WhatsApp application are in the advanced category, with details as follows: use skills are in the advanced category, critical understanding is in the advanced category, communicative abilities are in the advanced category. The advance category means that members of the Taklim assembly in the city of Palembang have been very active in using media, they are also aware and interested in various regulations that affect the use of digital media, especially WhatsApp. Respondents have deep knowledge of techniques and languages and can communicate and create messages. In the social field, respondents have been able to activate group collaboration that allows him to solve problems. The factors that encourage respondents to use WhatsApp are environmental factors and individual factors. Environmental factors are encouragement from family members and people around the respondents, while individual factors are a sense of motivation to be able to socialize and add information to themselves.

Abstract

In addition to acting as a government system, the Indonesian state also acts as a brand that makes it necessary to make efforts to nation branding. Sport mega event is one way to build nation branding. Indonesia was trusted to host the Asian Games 2018. By being in charge of holding a sport mega event (SMEs), Indonesia will gain some benefits from global publicity that can be used to build nation branding. Indonesia's success in holding the Asian Games 2018 has made a positive impact on Indonesia's nation branding. In the implementation of SMES, integrated marketing communications is one of the important factors that determine its success. Indonesia's success in using the Asian Games 2018 moment to build nation branding attracted the attention of researcher to conduct research on the Asian Games 2018 integrated marketing communications planning as a means of building nation branding using qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia implemented six steps in zero based integrated marketing communications planning. When conducting a promotion based on this plan, INASGOC also applies two steps in building Indonesia’s nation branding and communicating the values that Indonesia have through three components in the Nation Brand Hexagon.Keywords: Asian Games, INASGOC, Promotion, Nation Branding, Indonesia
