Abstract

ABSTRACTCompany performance is the achievement achieved by the company in a certain period as a result of work processes during that period. Performance measurement is used by companies to make improvements to their operational activities in order to compete with other companies.The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of annual reports of the cement sub-sector company, the period 2014-2019. The cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are as many as 6 companies, while companies that are the object of research are 5 companies.Liquidity ratio based on the current ratio aspect of PT. Semen Indonesia and PT. Wijaya Karya Beton is in an illiquid state because the current ratio is below the average of 2.50 times. Solvency ratio based on the aspect of Debt to Total Assets PT. Holchim and PT. Wijaya Karya Beton is in an insolvable state because its Debt to Asset Ratio is above the average by 38%. Activity ratio based on the aspect of Total Asset Turnover of PT. Holchim and PT. Indocement Putra Prakasa for the 2015-2019 period was above the industry standard of 0.57. Profitability ratio based on the aspect of return on assets of PT. Indocement and PT. Semen Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period was above the industry standard by 5.12%. Semen Baturaja is superior to other cement companies in terms of current ratio and quick ratio. PT. Indocement is superior to other cement companies in terms of debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on assets. PT. Wiajaya Karya Beton is superior to other cement companies in terms of total asset turnover and return on equity. PT. Holchim is superior to other companies in terms of inventory turnover. PT. Indocement is superior to other cement companies in terms of return on assets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and how the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes on financial management behavior in coffee shop business actors in Tangerang City. The research design used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and obtained a sample of 31 respondents. In this study, researchers used descriptive data analysis techniques, regression tests and different t-tests with the help of the PLS software program. The results of data analysis and the results of the hypotheses in this study were tested with SmartPLS 3.0 and The results of this study are Financial Knowledge, and Financial Attitudes have no significant effect on the Financial Management Behavior of Coffee Shop Businesses in Tangerang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine which stock valuation model is the most appropriate and to find the intrinsic value of the stock prices of companies affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, one way to calculate the intrinsic value of shares is using fundamental analysis with the Price to Book Value (PBV) and Dividend Discount methods. Models (DDM). The sample for this study was 28 companies from 11 sectoral indices affected by the covid-19 pandemic in the third quarter of 2021. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data. The analysis tool uses SPSS 25 software. The results of the research on making investment decisions are the most appropriate to buy stocks that are undervalued (cheap). An accurate stock valuation model is the Dividend Discounted Model (DDM) based on Paired samples T-Test.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisa apakah ada pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru, serta pelatihan, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi profesional secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian explanatory research, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 70 responden atau seluruh populasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK GP dengan objek penelitian yaitu guru yang mengajar di sekolah tersebut. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan regresi liner berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji korelasi antar dimensi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kompetensi profesional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pelatihan, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi profesional secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan pengaruh dari ketiga variabel tersebut sebesar 70% dari hasi nilai R atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,700. AbstarctThis research was conducted to test and analyze whether there is an influence between training on teacher performance, work motivation on teacher performance, professional competence on teacher performance, as well as training, work motivation, and professional competence simultaneously have an influence on teacher performance. This research is a type of explanatory research, the sample used in this study is a saturated sample with a total of 70 respondents or the entire population. This research was conducted at SMK GP with the object of research, namely the teachers who teach at the school. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial test, simultaneous test, determination coefficient test, and correlation test between dimensions. The conclusion of this study is that training has a significant effect on teacher performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. Professional competence has a significant effect on teacher performance. Training, work motivation, and professional competence together have a significant effect on teacher performance with the influence of these three variables at 70% of the R value or the coefficient of determination of 0.700.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between service quality, product quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and its implications for consumer loyalty at PT. Sharp Electronics Indonesia (study case in Karawang’ s Sharp Direct Service Station). The research method used was a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 182 respondents who had purchased 32 inch Sharp television LCD products residing in the Karawang’ s Sharp Direct Service Station area and recorded in the Sharp Customer Care Center database. The tool used to analyze data is the Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) program ver.22. The result in this study are (1) Service Quality has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (2) Product Quality has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (3) Brand Image has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (4) ) Service Quality has positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, (5) Product Quality has positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, (6) Brand Image has positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, (7) Customer Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty at PT. Sharp Electronics Indonesia especially at Sharp Direct Service Station (SDSS) Karawang. Positive correlation coefficient with a strong level of interpretation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of workload and motivation on employee performance with training as an intervening variable case study at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Railways. This research was conducted at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Railways. The type of approach used is quantitative description with explanatory research. The research sample of 155 respondents with the sampling technique used was stratified proportional random sampling. In this research, data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, T test, and path analysis. From the results of the T test shows that there is an effect of workload on employee performance, there is an effect of motivation on employee performance, there is an influence of workload on training, there is an effect of motivation on training, and there is the influence of training on employee performance. From the results of path analysis (path analysis) shows that the effect of workload on employee performance with training as an intervening variable has no significant effect, which means there is no mediating effect. the effect of Employee Motivation on employee performance with training as an intervening variable has a significant effect, which means there is an influence of mediation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan integritas terhadap kinerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 290 pegawai tetap pada Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Analisis data yang digunakan Statistik Deskriptif menggunakan SPSS dan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan tehnik statistika multivarian berbasis varian dengan menggunakan PLS.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi,  2) Integritas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, 3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, 4) Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 5) Integritas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 6) Komitmen Organisasi kurang memediasi pengaruh antara Integritas terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, 7) Komitmen Organisasi kurang memediasi pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi.

Abstract

Abstract.This study aimed to analyze the influence of perceived of risk and perceived of reputation for Cosmetics Online purchasing decisions with Trust as an intervening variable.Both factors are expected to be taken into consideration for online businesses to build relationships with customers. The subjects of this study are women, internet users who have ever shopped online at least one times in online shoppingsite’s amounted to 113 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire used to measure the perception of respondents using a Likert scale. Data collection procedures carried out through a survey of female where given a questionnaire with closed model (respondents' answers alternative has been provided). All instruments were tested for validity and reliability and has been qualified as an analytical tool. Analysis was performed using SPSS statistical methods. The results of the measurement of Influence of perceived of Risk, Perceived Reputation and Trust in Purchase Decision, Shows that trust has a positive effect 3.411 and significant 0.001on purchasing decisions, The perception of the risk of a negative effect (-1636) but not significant 0.105, effect positive perception of the reputation of a significant 3376 and 0.001 on purchasing decisions cosmetics online.Perceived of Risk , Perceived of Reputation and Trust together have positive and significant effect on the Buying Decision cosmetics onlineAbstrak . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi risiko dan persepsi reputasi terhadap keputusan pembelian Kosmetik secara online dengan Kepercayaan sebagai variabel Intervening. Kedua faktor tersebut di harapkan menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pelaku usaha online dalam membangun relasi terhadap konsumen. Subyek penelitian ini adalah wanita, pengguna internet di Indonesia yang pernah berbelanja online minimal satu kali di situs belanja online berjumlah 113 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang digunakan untuk mengukur persepsi responden menggunakan skala likert. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey terhadap wanita dimana diberikan kuesioner dengan model tertutup (alternative jawaban responden telah disediakan ). Seluruh instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dan telah memenuhi syarat sebagai alat analisis. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan metode statistic SPSS. Hasil pengukuran Pengaruh Persepsi Risiko, Persepsi Reputasi dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh positif 3.411 dan signifikan 0.001 terhadap keputusan pembelian, persepsi resiko berpengaruh negative (-1.636 ) namun tidak signifikan 0.105, persepsi reputasi berpengaruh secara positif 3.376 dan signifikan 0.001 terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik secara online.Persepsi Risiko, Persepsi Reputasi dan Kepercayaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif 78.602 dan signifikan0.000 terhadap Keputusan Pembelian kosmetik secara online .

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of equity mutual funds in Indonesia by observing their asset allocation policy, stock selection, and risk level. This research uses pooled data, the data choosing with purposive sampling. Data availability at: www.portalreksadana.com, www.bi.go.id,www.lps.go.id, and www.finance.yahoo.com. The sample consists of 63 items of equity mutual funds since January 2017 until December 2019. The hypothesis of this research are examined using the multiple regression. The result of this research shows that equity mutual funds performance is affected by asset allocation policy, stock selection, and risk level. It indicates that mutual funds performance is determined by those activities of investment managers and market return conditions
