Abstract

This research is a quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, herding bias and income on investment decisions. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. Purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to a predetermined sample via google form. The data analysis technique used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with Smart PLS3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Financial literacy has an influence on investment decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.294; (2) Income has a significant influence on investment decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.412. (3) herding bias does not have a significant effect on investment decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.150.

Abstract

Abstraksi, Dalam mewujudkan kedaulatan pangan nasional untuk kesejahteraan rakyat membutuhkan strategi-strategi khusus untuk mewujudkannya. Agar perjalanan aktifitas pembangunan kemandirian pangan nasional dapat dilakukan secara sustainable membutuhkan strategi-strategi yang mampu meningkatkan tingkat kemandirian pangan menjadi kedaulatan pangan.Kedaulatan pangan mencakup empat dimensi, yakni; 1)- Proses produksi pangan disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan potensi sumberdaya lokal. 2)- Kegiatan budidaya atau produksi pangan dilakukan dengan cara berwawasan ekologis. 3)- Peran petani produsen pangan perlu diapresiasi dengan cara meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. 4)- Lebih mengutamakan keberlanjutannya (sustainable) proses produksi pangan, yang hanya dapat diwujudkan jika dimensi teknis-agronomis, ekologis/lingkungan, dan sosial-ekonomis dipadu secara harmonis dalam setiap upaya mengoptimalkan produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi pangan.Maka dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan menulis instrument-instrument penyokong terwujudnya pembangunan kemandirian pangan nasional yang terdiri dari: konsepsi kemadirian pangan, sistem konstitusi pangan secara filosofis, regulasi-regulasi kebijakan pangan, analisis data pangan dan solusi strategis untuk mewujudkan kedaulatan pangan nasional.

Abstract

The high competition in the coffee shop business and promising opportunities make Neira coffee shops able to adapt and develop their business. This study aims to evaluate the business strategy of the Neira coffee shop with a canvas model business approach as well as to design a new business model through five porter analysis and SWOT analysis including identification of internal and external factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with indept interview method. The results of this research show that the development of a business model in seven blocks on the canvas business model, namely the development of the customer segment is a type of professional worker or entrepreneur. In Customer Relationship, the development obtained is push notification email/ WhatsApp; Revenue Streams development is a consignment fee; Key Resources development is a customer database; Key Activity development is a continuous online promotion; Key Partnership development is namely partnering with bakery shops; and development on the Cost Structure is the cost of developing innovation

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of financial literacy, financial behavior, and regret Aversion bias towards investment decisions among millennials in Indonesia. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 113 respondents with Maximum age of 30 years. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. There were 78 out of 113 respondents who met the criteria to be sampled. The analysis method use in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS), with an R2 value of 98.50%. The results showed that financial behavior significantly affected investment decisions while financial literacy and regret aversion bias ware not affected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa rasio keuangan terhadap return saham baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013-2017. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor perbankan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 10 bank memenuhi syarat sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan program Eviews 10, untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas yang terdiri dari LFR, CAR, ROA, NIM, NPL dan PBV terhadap return saham. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial LFR dan NPL tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Secara parsial CAR, ROA, PBV berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham sedangkan NIM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LFR, CAR, ROA, NIM, NPL dan PBV secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

Traveloka is an airline ticket purchase application that has the most visitors in Southeast Asia, but starting in the first quarter of 2019 they experienced a decline in the number of visitors. The decline in the number of visitors was the most contributed by application users from Indonesia. The decline in the number of visitors is a phenomenon that needs attention because it can potentially affect ticket sales through the application. there are several factors that influence the pattern of ticket purchases through online applications, including internet knowledge, service quality, prices, trust, understanding of risk, and user perceptions.  The objectives in this study is to determine the effect of price, service quality, brand image on purchase decisions on the Traveloka application. The samples of this study are a 100 post graduate students of Mercu Buana University. The results of this study show that price does not have a positive and significant effect on brand image on the Traveloka application. Price, service quality and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions on the Traveloka application. Traveloka companies are advised to increase their responsiveness in providing quality services so that they will be able to create a better brand image. Keywords: price, service quality, brand image, purchase decision, traveloka

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to minimize the Customs dwelling time process on imported goods that are exposed to the red lane. This study discusses the length of the dwelling time process on goods affected by the red lane of PT. Wilmar Group which results in company losses. Where dwelling time on imported goods exposed to the red lane takes 12 days. The author limits the scope only by discussing the length of the dwelling time process of goods affected by red lines and costs caused by long dwelling time. The analytical tool used is ASLBAL on LINGO. The ASLBAL method as one method of improving the dwelling time container time to provide the best solution in the dwelling time process at Customs. The results of the analysis show that the actual duration of the dwelling time process is 12 days, after the experimental model 2 has been carried out with a long dwelling time of 5 days, an acceleration of 7 days or around 58.3% of the actual conditions and efficiency is 42, 80% or Rp. 9,837,410, with a time and cost efficiency of 43.19% compared to the actual experimental model and experimental model 1, the dwelling time time cannot be reduced to less than 4 days given the length of the custom clearance process in Tanjung Priok port, Jakarta.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisasi proses dwelling time Bea Cukai pada barang import yang terkena jalur merah.. Penelitian ini membahas lamanya proses dwelling time pada barang yang terkena jalur merah PT. Wilmar Group yang mengakibatkan kerugian perusahaan. Dimana dwelling time pada barang import yang terkena jalur merah memakan waktu 12 Hari. Penulis membatasi ruang lingkup hanya dengan membahas lamanya proses dwelling time barang yang terkena jalur merah dan biaya yang disebabkan oleh dwelling time yang lama. Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah ASLBAL pada LINGO. Metode ASLBAL sebagai salah satu metode perbaikan waktu dwelling time container agar memberikan solusi terbaik dalam proses dwelling time pada Bea Cukai. Hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa lama proses dwelling time actual yaitu 12 Hari, setelah dilakukan model percobaan 2 dengan lama waktu dwelling time yaitu 5 Hari, terjadi percepatan sebesar 7 Hari atau sekitar 58,3%dari kondisi actual dan dari segi biaya terjadi efesiensi sebanyak 42,80% atau sebesar Rp.9,837,410, dengan efisiensi waktu dan biaya sebesar 43,19% dibandingkan dengan model percobaan actual dan model percobaan 1, waktu dwelling time tersebut tidak bisa dikurangi kurang dari 4 Hari mengingat panjangnya proses custom clearance di pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between investment interest based on investment knowledge, investment motivation and financial literacy. The investment interest variable is the dependent variable. Meanwhile, investment knowledge, investment motivation and financial literacy are independent variables in this study. Processing research data using multiple regression method through SPSS software. Based on the results and conclusions of this study, investment knowledge does not have a significant effect on student investment interest in the capital market. Meanwhile, investment motivation and financial literacy have a significant influence on investment interest in the capital market.

Abstract

The Corona virus, which began to emerge at the end of 2019 in China, has so far spread widely throughout the world including Indonesia, where this greatly affects various aspects of human life. Many MSME businesses must close because of the current economic situation. Therefore, MSME owners during the COVID-19 pandemic must start rethinking their business strategy. Because only with innovation, micro, small and medium business owners will be able to survive and continue to be sustainable. One of the innovations is to use technology, namely cloud kitchens that are attached to the use of online applications. During the COVID-19 epidemic, this study looks at the possibility of MSME business owners to adopt Cloud-based technology platforms as their new business model. The data for this study were obtained from 100 MSME owners engaged in the food and beverage sector using quantitative techniques. Data processing using SPSS 22.0 program and path analysis. The research findings reveal that there is a relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived benefits that affect the intention to use/adopt cloud kitchens as their new business model. This study contributes to the intention to adopt small businesses towards technology, namely cloud kitchens for MSME owners. Practical implications for other stakeholders are also presented in this study

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions. The population in this study were active students at Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. The sample is 43 respondents. Non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to a predetermined sample via google form. The data analysis technique used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Financial literacy has an influence on investment decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.338 (2) Financial behavior has an influence on investment decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.509.
