Abstract

Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai perusahaan. Populasi dari penelitian ini ialah perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2019 dan menggunakan keseluruhan emiten dengan periode pengamatan empat tahun sebagai sampel karena teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah sampel jenuh, sehingga diperoleh 30 emiten pada industri makanan dan minuman periode 2016-2019 yang menjadi sampel. Penelitian ini diuji melalui E-Views 11 menggunakan Metode Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Penemuan hasil penelitian ialah tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Likuiditas dengan Nilai Perusahaan, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara Leverage dengan Nilai Perusahaan, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara Profitabilitas dengan Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh proporsi hutang, eps, dan oversubscription terhadap fenomena underpricing pada ipo di Busa efek indonesia 2017-2020. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Untuk menguji hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan cara studi observasi, studi pustaka dan riset internet, dan diolah menggunakan eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proporsi hutang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap underpricing dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.1111 > 0,05. Earning per share ditemukan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap underpricing dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.0000 < 0,05. Oversubscription juga ditemukan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap underpricing dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.0000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus pandemic has had a major impact on Indonesia, including on the economy, exchange rates and stock prices. On March 2, 2020, the first Covid-19 case was announced in Indonesia by President Ir. Joko Widodo. This study aims to analyze stock prices of Transportation Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after Covid-19. In this study, the data used is the average share price of 41 transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 31 days before and 31 days after the announcement of the first case of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The data was processed using the Wilcoxon Test, through the use of SPSS version 25. The results of data processing showed that there was a significant difference in stock prices before and before the announcement of the first Covid-19 case. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Where the price is lower than before the first case of Covid-19 was announce.

Abstract

Abstract.This study aimed to analyze the influence of perceived of risk and perceived of reputation for Cosmetics Online purchasing decisions with Trust as an intervening variable.Both factors are expected to be taken into consideration for online businesses to build relationships with customers. The subjects of this study are women, internet users who have ever shopped online at least one times in online shoppingsite’s amounted to 113 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire used to measure the perception of respondents using a Likert scale. Data collection procedures carried out through a survey of female where given a questionnaire with closed model (respondents' answers alternative has been provided). All instruments were tested for validity and reliability and has been qualified as an analytical tool. Analysis was performed using SPSS statistical methods. The results of the measurement of Influence of perceived of Risk, Perceived Reputation and Trust in Purchase Decision, Shows that trust has a positive effect 3.411 and significant 0.001on purchasing decisions, The perception of the risk of a negative effect (-1636) but not significant 0.105, effect positive perception of the reputation of a significant 3376 and 0.001 on purchasing decisions cosmetics online. Perceived of Risk, Perceived of Reputation and Trust together have positive and significant effect on the Buying Decision cosmetics online

Abstract

ABTSTRACT. The purpose of this research is to find the influence of  price , location and facilities of the decision the purchase of Perumahan Grand Mutiara Village Karawang. Technique the sample collection done with purposive sampling .In this research sample taken 200 people. Data taken through a method of the questionnaire and the technique analysis using regression multiple regression linear analysis. The research results show that in partial test t indicated that the perception of price, location, and facilities have an significant of the purchase decision. Based on the simultaneous (F test ) is shown that the variable perception of  price, location, and facilities have impact positive and significant to purchase decision at  Perumahan Grand Mutiara Village Karawang. Biggest value coefficient standardized, variables of location have dominant impact to purchase decision at Perumahan Grand Mutiara Village Karawang

Abstract

This research examines the semi-strong form of the market efficiency hypothesis in the context of dividend announcements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), specifically good news in the form of an increase in dividend value over the previous year and bad news in the form of a decrease in dividend value over the previous year. This research aimed to see how dividend announcements affect stock prices and how efficient the market reaction is. The samples used in this study are the companies listed on the mainboard with a cash dividend payment policy once a year and consistently distribute dividends in a row in 2020 and 2021. The observation method used in this study is non-participatory. The return anomaly of up to 59 sample companies was used, with a 21-day observation period. One statistically significant event occurred when dividend announcements increased, and three statistically significant events occurred when dividend announcements dropped, according to the data processing results by t-test. It demonstrates that the market is efficient and supports the market efficiency hypothesis in its semi-strong form.

Abstract

Abstract: The declined phenomenon of employee performance that occurs at PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia or commonly referred to as YMMA. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT YMMA.  The research design that has been used is quantitative descriptive with 84 respondents. Data analysis using the Smart PLS application consisting of an outer model and inner model test.  Based on results of processing and analysis data it was obtained that the leadership variable has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and work environment variables have an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. The objective of the research is to analyse an effect of labor, capital and raw material to output on medium and large scale of manufacturing industry in West Java during 2010-2015. This research used the analysis of quantitative method. The Root test, Cointegration test, Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, Chow Test, Random Effect Model, Hausman Test have been applied to the research. The model that has been choosed is that Fixed Effect Model approach. The result of panel data regression analysis in this research showed that the labor, capital and raw material have significant effect to industrial output. The t test shows that the significance value is 0.01, meaning that the variables of labor, capital and raw material partially have a significant effect to industrial output. Based on the result of the research it can be concluded that the labor, capital and raw material have a significant effect on output of the medium and large manufacturing industry in West Java during 2010-2015. The researchers suggest that the quality of labor needs to be improved through training, adjusting to the expertise required by the manufacturing industry. Related to industrial raw materials, the quality of domestic raw materials needs to be increased in order to be equivalent to imported raw materials. For Capital, credit quota is needed to be improved especially for industrial investment and industrial working capital.Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji apakah terdapat pengaruh positif antara tenaga kerja, modal dan bahan baku dengan output industri manufaktur/pengolahan besar dan sedang di Jawa Barat periode 2010-2015. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Metode yang telah diujikan pada penelitian ini meliputi Uji Root, Uji Konitegrasi, Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, Uji Chow, Random Effect Model, Uji Hausman. Fixed Effect Model menjadi model yang terpilih pada penelitian ini. Hasil regresi data panel menunjukan tenaga kerja, modal dan bahan baku memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap output industri. Uji t menunjukan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,01 yang berarti secara parsial tenaga kerja, modal, bahan baku memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada output industri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tenaga kerja, modal dan bahan baku memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada output industri manufaktur Jawa Barat 2010-2015. Peneliti menyarankan agar kualitas tenaga kerja perlu ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan, menyesuaikan dengan keahlian yang diperlukan oleh industri manufaktur. Terkait bahan baku industri, agar kualitas bahan baku dalam negeri ditingkatkan guna setara dengan bahan baku impor. Sementara pada modal, diperlukan peningkatan kuota kredit untuk investasi industri dan modal kerja industri.

Abstract

AbstractThis study analyzes the performance of the Kompas 100 stock before and after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia in the period 2019 – 2020. This study uses stock price data for 40 companies listed in the Kompas 100 stock group on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 25 with a paired sample difference test model (compare means paired samples t test). This study found that there were differences in the situation before and after the COVID-19 pandemic on the volatility of the Kompas 100 stock price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In general, there has been a decline in the share price of Kompas 100 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which reached -12.46% after the pandemic in 2020 compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic situation in 2019.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, compensation, and workload on employee turnover. The high turnover rate has become a serious problem for PT. XYZ Jakarta. The negative impact that is felt due to the turnover of the company is the quality and ability of employees to replace employees who leave the company, so it takes time and new costs to recruit and train new employees. PT. XYZ Jakarta detected high turnover. This can be seen based on employee turnover data from 2015 to 2017. The population in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ Jakarta as many as 76 employees where all members of the population are used as samples. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with the type of survey and data collection through a questionnaire. Data analysis was used to test the validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that leadership variables, compensation and workload have a jointly significant effect on employee turnover. Good leadership, good compensation and workloads that are in accordance with ABK standards (Workload Analysis) will reduce employee turnover rates.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan beban kerja terhadap turnover karyawan. Tinggi nya tingkat turnover telah menjadi masalah serius bagi PT. XYZ Jakarta. Dampak negatif yang dirasakan akibat terjadinya turnover pada perusahaan yaitu pada kualitas dan kemampuan karyawan untuk menggantikan karyawan yang keluar dari perusahaan, sehingga butuh waktu serta biaya baru dalam merekrut dan melatih karyawan baru. PT. XYZ Jakarta terdeteksi mengalami turnover yang tinggi. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan data keluar masuk karyawan dari tahun 2015 sampai 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. XYZ Jakarta sebanyak 76 karyawan dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode kuantitatif, dengan tipe survei dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Analisis data digunakan untuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap turnover pada karyawan. Kepemimpinan yang baik, Kompensasi yang baik dan Beban Kerja yang sesuai dengan standar ABK (Analisa Beban Kerja) akan menurunkan tingkat Turnover karyawan.
