Abstract

The Corona virus, which began to emerge at the end of 2019 in China, has so far spread widely throughout the world including Indonesia, where this greatly affects various aspects of human life. Many MSME businesses must close because of the current economic situation. Therefore, MSME owners during the COVID-19 pandemic must start rethinking their business strategy. Because only with innovation, micro, small and medium business owners will be able to survive and continue to be sustainable. One of the innovations is to use technology, namely cloud kitchens that are attached to the use of online applications. During the COVID-19 epidemic, this study looks at the possibility of MSME business owners to adopt Cloud-based technology platforms as their new business model. The data for this study were obtained from 100 MSME owners engaged in the food and beverage sector using quantitative techniques. Data processing using SPSS 22.0 program and path analysis. The research findings reveal that there is a relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived benefits that affect the intention to use/adopt cloud kitchens as their new business model. This study contributes to the intention to adopt small businesses towards technology, namely cloud kitchens for MSME owners. Practical implications for other stakeholders are also presented in this study

Abstract

Mengelola sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah perusahaan semakin diakui sebagai pusat pentinguntuk pelaksanaan strategi perusahaan tersebut kedepan, sehingga perlunya konsistensiperusahaan dalam menjaga kepuasaan kerja karyawan dan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuanmengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap employee engagementserta dampaknya terhadap turnover intentions pada PT. Bank XYZ, Tbk, berdasarkan fenomenafenomenayangterjadidiBankXYZ.Penelitianinimenggunakanpendekatandeskriptif.Teknikanalisissecara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisa jalur (Path Analysis) untukpengujian hipotesis dan juga dilakukan analisis antar dimensi. Data penelitian merupakan dataprimer yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan Kantor Pusat bank XYZ sebanyak 169 sampel yaitu yang tersebar pada5 lokasi kantor selama periode Mei 2015 – Juni 2015. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung, pengaruh tidak langsung dan pengaruh gabungan antara kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, employee engagement dan turnover intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employees' work performance in the production department of PT. Yahata Fastener Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees of the production department of PT. Yahata Fastener Indonesia. The sample used is a saturated sample that is as many as 50 respondents using. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis this study uses SPSS 22. The result of this study is that job training has a positive and significant effect on employees' work performance in the production department of PT. Yahata Fastener Indonesia. In addition, the physical and work environment has a positive and significant impact on the employees' work performance of the production department of PT. Yahata Fastener Indonesia. Finally, financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employees' work performnace in the production department of PT. Yahata Fastener Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the barriers faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) when implementing initiatives for sustainable development. For this purpose, a search equation was designed, and the 54 articles were the highest cited from the search results via the Publish or Perish tool between 2015 and December 2021. The criteria selected for article analysis were article title, article year, abstract, and keywords. The research methodology uses a three-stage systematic literature review. The results of this study are the barriers to sustainability for SMEs. The most common barriers are lack of resources, high initial capital costs to implement sustainability measures, lack of expertise, risk aversion, short-term planning, technological complexity, waste of time. This research can identify various types of barriers to sustainable SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) KCP Cibubur. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 35 orang. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS Ver.21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The higher the number of entrepreneurs in a country, the higher the economic growth and development rate. What can be done to increase the number of entrepreneurs? Can entrepreneurship be created? This study aimed to measure the effect of Subjective Norms and Entrepreneurship Education on the Entrepreneurial Intention of students. The samples of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mercu Buana University, Meruya Jakarta campus, and Kranggan Bekasi. This research category is the quantitative method. Researcher collected data by distributing questionnaires using the snowball technique via a google form—measurement of data using statistical model SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that: (1) SN has a direct effect on ATB and PBC. (2) SN has an indirect influence on EI through ATB and PBC. (3) EE can moderate the impact of ATB, SN, PBC on EI. (4) SN, ATB. PBC and EE have a direct influence on EI. The novelty of this study is that the combination of SN and EE can generate student EI, whereas some previous research findings indicate that SN does not significantly affect EI.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Attitude Toward Behavior,

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational commitment, communication and physical work environment on work productivity. The object of this research is the employees at apartment X Jakarta as many as 54 respondents using quantitative descriptive methods. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of organizational commitment, organizational communication and physical work environment affect the work productivity of employees in Apartment X Jakarta. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous F test (F test) and the partial test results (t test) which also show significant values of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results of this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of organizational commitment, organizational communication and the physical work environment that affect work productivity at Apartment X Jakarta.

Abstract

Business resilience research has increased rapidly and received attention from researchers. However, the literature still provides few definitions, measurements, and variables that affect the concept. Therefore, there is still a gap in contributing the latest knowledge related to these fields and putting it in this journal article. On this occasion, researchers pay special attention to the resilience of SMEs in developing countries. The importance of SME business for the national economy so that it requires attention in resilience research. The researcher applies a well-structured systematic literature review procedure. This journal article offers (1) a review of the SME resilience literature from 2015 to November 2021, consisting of 72 articles, and (2) a review, specifically for developing countries. This review concludes that the definition of resilience varies widely, and its measurement and the factors that influence it vary widely. Not much resilience research has paid attention to the context of SMEs in developing countries. Based on the review results, researchers present features that can distinguish resilience; provide an alternative to add to the theoretical basis for research on resilience in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Planned Behavior Theory and entrepreneurship education in triggering students' entrepreneurial intentions. This research was conducted at Mercu Buana University. The respondents of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, with a total sample of 250 student respondents. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique used the snowball technique. Data processing uses a statistical model of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SMART PLS software. The study found that Entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on Attitude Toward Behavior, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control and entrepreneurial intentions. Attitude Toward Behavior has a a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Subjective Norms and Perceived Behavioral Control has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship education with Attitude Toward Behavior, Subjective Norms and Perceived Behavioral Control simultaneously has a moderate influence on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

The Bureaucratic performance is generally characterized by the low quality of public services. Talent management is a mechanism in order to attract, motivate and retain qualified leaders. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the development of talent management in order to prepare future leaders. Talent management is the result of a paradigm shift in human resource management. Experts divide the definition of talent management into two spectrums, namely exclusive and inclusive. Both definitions aim to increase the organization's opportunities in order to increase the achievement of its objectives. The success of implementing talent management in various countries and the private sector has encouraged the Indonesian government to adopt talent management as part of the bureaucratic reform agenda. This study showed that the implementation of talent management requireed 3 values including: 1) A transparent process is one of the keys to the successful implementation of talent management in public institutions; 2) Several methods that can be used are assessment center, 9 talent boxes and development program; and 3) the talent management implementation process requires commitment from all elements of the institution. In addition, the development of talent management is formed in several stages. 1) Establishment of regulations to support the development of talent management; 2) Establishment of an Assessment Center as a center for assessing the competence of prospective leaders; 3) Reorientation of the preparation of position competencies through the Assessment Center; 4) Talent management development; 5) Integration of talent management programs with education and training through the utilization of the talent pool; 6) Establishment of a Corporate University as part of the commitment to the talent development program in the talent pool.
