This paper aims to analyze the determinants of Malang people's perceptions in choosing the halal industry. In this study, using product knowledge, accessibility, and information/promotion as exogenous variables, while religious and the perception of the halal industry as an endogenous variable and also halal Certification as a moderating variable. The government has prepared a masterplan to develop the halal industry. One of the goals of the government in making a masterplan is to foster public perceptions of the halal industry. So that is expected to be able to encourage the growth and development of the halal industry market in Indonesia, which is meant by the halal industry, including halal tourism, halal culinary, and halal hotels. Data's collected through a questionnaire of 160 respondents. This research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method based on variants approach. The results showed that all exogenous variables influence the endogenous variable, except information that does not significantly influence the religious and product knowledge also does not significantly influence the perception of the halal industry. While the halal certification variable as a moderating does not have a weakening or strengthening effect on the other variables.

This study aims to reveal the effect of the slogan on brand awareness towards University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKAfor high school students in DKI Jakarta. The subjects for this study were all students in high schools located in Jakarta. Cluster Sampling is used to take 100 students as samples, taken from 5 schools located in 5 different regions in Jakarta, namely East Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Central Jakarta. In addition, this study uses descriptive quantitative associative methods. The results of this study imply that University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA has a positive and significant influence on brand awareness for high school students in DKI Jakarta.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand equity on revisit intention mediated by reputation. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data source used is primary data. Primary data are the results of interviews with outpatient at Islamic hospitals in Jakarta and processed using regression analysis. The results of this study show that the hospital's excellent reputation is highly significant for the value of hospital brand image and its patients revisit intention in the near future. This study was conducted using a series of surveys supported with instruments that have been tested and approved to collect accurate data about brand equity and hospital's reputation as related to the patient's revisit intention in the Islamic Hospitals in D.K.I. Jakarta. It is expected that this study could give a contribution to the improvement of medical policy in general and especially on the development of medical tourism in D.K.I. Jakarta.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumerism culture of urban communities based on the Islamic economic perspective. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, which uses data reduction, data display, and concluding. The data collection methods were divided into two types, the library method, and the field method. The love of property is being experienced by some urban communities in the city of Bandar Lampung. According to the results of research and studies conducted by the writers, consumption can be defined as the use of goods or services to meet all human needs. The level of consumption that occurs in urban communities in Bandar Lampung can be defined as tahsiniyah, hajiyah, dharuriyah, and hajiyah. The consumerism culture has flourished in the majority of Bandar Lampung citizens.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously on BEM UHAMKA students' academic achievement. The independent variable is an organizational commitment consisting of 3 dimensions: affective dedication, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. Simultaneously, the dependent variable is student academic achievement, measured by the student's I.P. last semester. The research sample was 43 BEM UHAMKA students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained are Organizational commitment in terms of the dimensions of useful dedication, continuance commitment, and normative commitment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on academic achievement.

This study examines the effects of the market anomaly on Indonesia's LQ45 companies' stock returns. This research uses descriptive and comparative methods with a quantitative approach. Data processing and analysis techniques include quantitative analysis in multiple linear regression analysis without interception (through multiple regression). The variables used in this study are dummy variables. The dependent variable of this study is daily stock returns. The results showed that The Day of The Week Effect affected stock returns. The Week Four Effect variable shows that the lowest return (negative) on Monday in LQ45 is not concentrated on Monday the last two weeks of each month. The Monday Effect variable indicates that it is not only negative Friday returns that drive negative Monday returns. The Rogalsky Effect variable indicates there was no Rogalsky Effect in April.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of the implementation of credit restructuring carried out by banks in the SMEs sector on the financial performance of banks during the pandemic of COVID-19 where NPL and NIM items are the intermediaries. The discussion of this paper is based on the phenomenon that is happening now where almost banking institutions conduct credit restructuring in the MSMEs sector during the pandemic of COVID-19. The results of the study explain that credit restructuring affects the performance of banks that can maintain profitability through suppressing PPAP costs, credit restructuring can reduce non-performing loans (NPL), whereas credit restructuring can reduce interest rates due to changes in accounting treatment particularly in the recognition of restructured credit interest income.

This study is aims to compare the risk of bankruptcy in the Islamic Comercial Bank in Asia. The sample used in this study is five Islamic Commercial Bank in five countries in the Asian continent in 2014-2018. The method used in measuring bankruptcy rates is the Altman z score bankruptcy analysis. Tests conducted in this study are the normality test and the different test with the Kruskal-Wallis tests followed by the Mann Whitney Post Hoc Test. This study indicates this study indicate that the average z score that measures the level of the bankruptcy of Islamic Commercial Bank in Asia is worth 6.6 points. This value shows that Islamic banks in Asia are included in a healthy companies and far from the risk of bankruptcy. Based on Kruskal Wallis Nonparametric Test indicates that there are significant differences from the level of the bankruptcy of Islamic Commercial Bank in Asia with a value of ρ value 0.00

Economic development in Indonesia can have an influence on companies, especially service companies such as banks. Seeing the development of service companies such as banks that continue to fluctuate, this can have an impact on the performance of banking companies on the price earning ratio, therefore a research can be carried out aimed at examining the effect of non-performing loans, return on equity, and capital adequacy ratios on price earnings. ratio in commercial banks in Indonesia. The analytical tool in this study using multiple regression analysis. Data analysis was carried out on banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017 - 2019. A total of 15 banks that met the criteria as members of the study population, all members of the population were used as research samples. The results of this study indicate that non-performing loans have a significant effect on the price earning ratio, return on equity has a significant effect on the price earning ratio, and the capital adequacy ratio has a significant effect on the price earning ratio
