Abstract

Islamic commercial banks are sharia banks which in their activities provide services in payment traffic. Islamic commercial banks can act as foreign exchange banks and non-foreign exchange banks. Foreign exchange banks are banks that can carry out overseas transactions or those related to foreign currencies as a whole such as overseas transfers, overseas collections, opening letters of credit and so on. The research objective is to determine that green banking affects the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia and the concept of green banking from an Islamic perspective. This type of research is quantitative with a statistical descriptive approach. The research methodology used in this research is the method of documentation and literature study. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely the annual reports of Islamic Commercial Banks for the period 2015-2018. The dependent variable in this study is Net Profit Margin (NPM). While the independent variable is Green banking indicators. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing, namely the partial test (Y), the data processing used is the SPSS 21 program. The results show that green banking has a positive effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. . From an Islamic perspective, all Green Banking indicators are in accordance with an Islamic perspective as well as reinforcing arguments about protecting nature and preventing natural damage.

Abstract

Alumni searches (Tracer study) as part of an alumni network construction should be done regularly and scheduled. The alumni FEBI can generally be absorbed in the world of work with a waiting period of normal working ranges of less than 3 (three) months and the majority of alumni working in the field of employment in accordance with their competence. Based on the results of the questionnaire tracer study, the majority of graduates in response to their competence as a result of the learning process in Febi, pretty good. Alumni also commented that soft skill competencies they have higher than hard skills and competencies it has in accordance with the needs of the working world are increasingly demanding mastery of soft skills

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumerism culture of urban communities based on the Islamic economic perspective. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, which uses data reduction, data display, and concluding. The data collection methods were divided into two types, the library method, and the field method. The love of property is being experienced by some urban communities in the city of Bandar Lampung. According to the results of research and studies conducted by the writers, consumption can be defined as the use of goods or services to meet all human needs. The level of consumption that occurs in urban communities in Bandar Lampung can be defined as tahsiniyah, hajiyah, dharuriyah, and hajiyah. The consumerism culture has flourished in the majority of Bandar Lampung citizens.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer intentions to use Sharia FinTech services. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to the population, namely SMEs in Bandar Lampung through the sampling technique using simple random sampling with random sampling regardless of the level of the research population. Furthermore, the sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin technique and hypothesis testing using SPSS 22. The results show that Perceived Usefulness, Trust, Islamic Financial Literacy, and all independent variables simultaneously have an influence on the adoption of Islamic FinTech by SMEs. Meanwhile, Perceived Ease of Use has no influence on the adoption of Islamic FinTech by MSMEs. The Islamic Financial Literacy variable has the greatest influence among the independent variables in this study. Keywords: Sharia FinTech, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Perceived Usefulness

Abstract

Work ethic is a person's attitude and view at work, sourced from self-quality, realized based on values ​​and implemented in activities at work. A work ethic based on Islamic values ​​will form a Muslim full of responsibility and hard work in carrying out his duties at work. At a practical level, an understanding of the Islamic work ethic will have a major impact on work. The results of this study indicate that in general the understanding of the Islamic work ethic of the employees of UIN Raden Intan Lampung and IAIN Metro is in accordance with the theory of Islamic work ethic. However, in practice not all employees carry out an Islamic work ethic which includes work to seek sustenance, work is worship, work professionally, work hard, respect time (discipline), uphold honesty. According to the Islamic perspective, work is part of fulfilling the needs of life which are divided into primary, secondary and tertiary needs. These three needs are very important for the running of human life in general and humans in particular. If it does not work, then humans will naturally experience difficulties which will eventually fall into sin.

Abstract

This community service aims to empower homemakers to create creative economic products like date-flavored tomatoes. It is hoped that this creative economy product can improve welfare and increase the economic empowerment of families, especially homemakers. The research methods include surveys, training, mentoring, and product development. The active participation of homemakers in every stage of the research is the key to achieving the goal of empowering the creative economy. The research results show that through intensive training and mentoring, homemakers can create creative economic products in the form of date-flavored tomatoes with high selling value. This product can be sold locally and in broader markets, increasing family income and expanding employment opportunities for homemakers. Empowering homemakers in creating creative economic products in the form of date-flavored tomatoes is an effective strategy for increasing the community's economic potential inclusively, increasing family economic independence, and encouraging the development of local products with high added value

Abstract

Peningkatan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat adalah tujuan krusial dalam upaya menciptakan fondasi yang kokoh bagi kemajuan sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberitahu sosialiasi pemasaran digital untuk memaksimalkan potensi ekonomi masyarakat melalui kegiatan wirausaha. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di daerah Lampung dengan beragam latar belakang sosial-ekonomi untuk mendapatkan perspektif yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital memiliki potensi untuk membantu pengembangan kewirausahaan memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan masyarakat dapat mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis, mengembangkan keterampilan, dan memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal. Pentingnya pembinaan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan dalam membangun kapasitas wirausaha menjadi poin kunci dalam keberhasilan inisiatif ini. Selain itu, keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan terkait program wirausaha dapat meningkatkan rasa kepemilikan dan komitmen terhadap upaya kemandirian ekonomi. Dengan menggali potensi ekonomi melalui wirausaha, masyarakat dapat mengalami peningkatan pendapatan dan kualitas hidup secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pemerintah, organisasi non-pemerintah, dan lembaga pendidikan, dalam merancang dan melaksanakan program yang memaksimalkan pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan potensi ekonomi untuk masyarakat yang mandiri.

Abstract

The emergence of halal cuisine among local and international communities presents significant prospects for the economic advancement of the Province of Lampung. Consequently, it is imperative for the general public to comprehend the significance of halal gastronomy. The purpose of this commitment to the community is to provide information to the general public on halal cuisine. This activity employs a methodology that encompasses three distinct stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The delivery of this devotional practice is facilitated through the use of lectures. The anticipated outcomes of these endeavors are projected to have a favorable impact on enhancing the literacy of entrepreneurs in the domain of halal culinary, hence enabling the community to foster sustainable development in halal cuisine. The implications of these actions can serve as a valuable resource for governments, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders to improve their comprehension and entrepreneurial abilities in the culinary field, particularly in regards to halal cooking principles

Abstract

Currently, attention to the performance of MSMEs is very high because it can help remove blockades and generate broad prospects for MSMEs to develop as well as to compete strongly in regional and global markets. Therefore, business actors are very responsible for managing MSMEs and trying to get MSMEs that are better than the performance generated by implementing Market Orientation and Product Innovation. Halal Supply Chain is information that flows in every supply chain must be in accordance with the principles of sharia law. It is known that Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population. Therefore, awareness of the importance of applying Islamic law in living life, makes Muslim communities in Indonesia instill the concept of halal in their daily lives. Based on this, the researchers conducted this study to find 4 things, namely Does Market Orientation and Product Innovation have a partial significant effect on MSME Business Performance in Lampung Province? Do Market Orientation and Product Innovation partially affect business performance with Halal Supply Chain as a moderating variable MSMEs in Lampung Province?, Does Market Orientation and Product Innovation have a Partially Significant Effect on MSME Business Performance in Lampung Province?, Do Market Orientation and Product Innovation have a significant effect on business performance with Halal Supply Chain as a moderating variable on MSMEs in Lampung Province? The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The data used in this study is primary data derived from the results of the questionnaire answers that will be distributed to the MSME actors in Lampung Province. The sample used uses the Probablily Sampling Technique with the sample results used by 100 MSME actors in Lampung Province.The results of this study found that the percentage of Halal Supply Chain reinforcement as a moderating variable has a different effect seen based on the T test (Partial) that Market Orientation and Product Innovation have no significant effect on MSME Business Performance with Halal Supply Chain as a moderating variable while based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous) that Market Orientation and Product Innovation have a significant effect on MSME Business Performance.

Abstract

The management control system is important to support the optimal performance of a company. This is because the management control system plays a role in controlling individual behavior in the company. There are several factors that influence the management control system, namely external and internal factors. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with the research object being 33 employees of PT United Tractors Tbk Lampung branch. The type of data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 28 research samples using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The research results show that the management control system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Whereas in the Islamic perspective, it encourages a person to pay attention to what he is doing as stated in surah Al-Hasyr verse 18.
