Karawang regency is known as one of the nation rice granaries because the are many areas of rice fields, especially rice. But the transfer of function from agricultural land into industrial or recidential area can change the geographical structure of Karawang regency previously filled with agricultural land into industrial and property areas. Data mining is a technique of extracting an information from large data. One of them regression techniques. In predicting something a dataset of a numeric data type usually uses a regression technique. In this study used regression techniques to predict the area of harvested land in Karawang regency by using tools WEKA 3.8.2. The resulting comparison is seen from correlation coefficient, mean absolute error, and root mean squared error. In comparison algorithm used the same scenario is cross validation 10 folds. The result of the experiment using the same scenario shows that both algorithm can be used to predict the area of harvest area in Karawang regency. The result of evalution with same scenario shows that CART algorithm has better performance than KNN algorithm with correlation coefficient 0,9646, MAE 498,6229, and RMSE 834,0204

Perkembangan sektor pariwisata secara terarah dan berkesinambungan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu solusi meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah. Dengan berkembangnya sektor pariwisata, dapat meningkatkan citra sebuah daerah yang sekaligus dapat meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah. Pengelolaan pariwisata yang baik oleh sebuah kota dapat menjadi sebuah branding yang dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Pencapaian ini dapat terpenuhi dengan cepat melalui penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan wisata. Kabupaten Bantul dikenal sebagai salah satu Kabupaten di Yogyakarta karena obyek wisata yang memikat para wisatawan dan saat ini sedang mengembangkan konsep smart city.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model dalam implementasi salah satu komponen smart city yaitu smart branding dengan menggunakan pendekatan smart tourism di Kabupaten Bantul. Model ini dapat dikembangkan karena wilayah Kabupaten Bantul merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata utama di Yogyakarta dengan berbagai jenis wisata yang ada. Total obyek wisata di Kabupaten Bantul sebanyak 113 obyek wisata. Smart tourism yang dimodelkan pada penelitian ini adalah sistem wisata integratif yang meliputi sistem berbasis mobile, sistem pemetaan wisata, sistem desa wisata dan sistem pengolahan data. Sistem ini dapat digunakan oleh pelaku dunia wisata, pengunjung wisata dan pihak pengambil keputusan di Kabupaten Bantul Dengan model pendekatan smart tourism maka Kabupaten Bantul dapat melakukan percepatan pengembangan smart city melalui salah satu komponen yaitu pengembangan city branding.

Department of Hygiene and Gardening in Lubuklinggau has given the information about the location of waste disposal legal still in conventional data. It resulted in the map less provide complete information and difficult to be refurbished for its data object. It also difficult to map all locations of waste disposal legal in Lubuklinggau. Therefore, it neede fast an information systems, accurate and easy to be understood so that all locations of waste disposal legal can be know by the wider community. In addition, the management process was done by goverment, it can be coordinated by Department of Hygiene and Gardening in Lubuklinggau. In resolving of this issue, the writes tried use the development of technology application GIS (Geographic Information Systems) in order there were a mapping system location of the distribution waste disposal legal so that it’s easy for doing changes the data, provide the information and it also can be accessed by using mobile device. The result of this study was an application of Geographic Information Systems in mapping the location of waste disposal legal that consisted of main page, map page, detail of location waste disposal page, login admin page, home administrator page, and location processing page where for all menu provides complete information for the user.

This study discusses the testing process of the Lampung State Polytechnic e-learning application called the Polinela Learning Management System (LMS). The testing phase is one of the stages in the development cycle of a software. This stage is a series of activities carried out to find errors or shortcomings of a software or computer application. There are several techniques used to test software including black box testing techniques. In this study using black box testing with a boundary value analysis technique to test e-learning applications that have been applied to the Informatics Management program of the Lampung State Polytechnic. The boundary value analysis technique works by determining the lower and upper limit values of the data to be tested, then the data is inputted into the LMS Polinela application. The stages of research carried out begin by determining the functionality to be tested, designing test scenarios, determining the data to be tested, determining the upper and lower limit values according to the database structure that has been created, conducting testing experiments, documenting the results of research, and drawing conclusions. The test results show that there were no errors in the LMS Polinela application when validating the data to be processed.

Students are people who are trying to develop themselves through the process of education on the path, level and type of education. The Weigted Product method is chosen because the method is solved by using multiplication to connect the value of the attribute, where the value must be raised with the attribute weight value in question. Criteria criteria that have been determined include: average value, discipline, attendance, extracurricular, and Non-Academic. The results of this study there are 6 alternatives, that alternative Agus with a value = 0.1618 as a student with the lowest and alternative value Diamond = 0.1748 as the student with the best value.

Penilaian kinerja adalah proses di mana organisasi mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan individu. Selain itu penilaian kinerja dapat dibuat untuk memberikan informasi tentang promosi dan penentuan gaji suatu karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Kesehatan Kadudampit sebagai salah satu fungsi pelayanan kesehatan. Terdapat masalah kualitas kerja karyawan dilapangan yaitu tidak stabilnya kinerja karyawan tiap bulan disebabkan karena kurangnya pengawasan yang tidak maksimal sehingga dapat berdampak pada pelayanan kepada masyarakat. dalam menerima pelayanan pada puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process yang menghasilkan suatu keputusan yang lebih objektif dengan pemberian nilai pada setiap kriteria kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan mendapatkan hasil dari penilaian dengan nilai sikap 2.3446, kedisiplinan 0/860, kehadiran 0.820 dan 0.549. Sistem yang dibuat berbasis website diuji dengan metode Software Quality Assurance dengan menggunakan 5 orang user secara acak mendapatkan nilai rata – rata 81. Artinya bahwa hasil pengujian ini dapat diterima oleh pihak pengguna dalam melakukan proses penilaian kinerja karyawan.

Because of the lack of information containers that limit the seller and the consumer, so I think to make this website to be used as a transaction place selling snack product. This application is made using the programming language PHP, HTML and MySQL. Software used to create this application using Macromedia Dreamweaver CS4 and XAMPP. system development method using waterfall method. The purpose of this research is to build E-commerce website as a medium of online.

Computer laboratory UNSIKA is a vital facility belonging to the computer science faculty of the university singaperbangsa karawang because it is used to conduct teaching and learning activities practicum. Evaluated the management of computer lab assets UNSIKA using ISO 27001 standard in clause A.8 Assets Management to overcome the problem in asset management. The assets in question (Hardware, Software, Human, Information, Infrastructure and Outsourcing Services) use quantitative research methods and ISO evaluation stage model starting from scoping, planning, implementation, analysis, reporting and closing. The goal is to improve the quality of the management of computer lab assets UNSIKA. This study uses the stages of ISO evaluation with data collection methods from questionnaires with a scattered likert scale for the lab and user respondents. The result of this research is got the value of maturity of asset management of computer laboratory UNSIKA in clause A.8 Assets Management equal to 1,22 still in level 1 (Initial) there is no standard process or procedure in some asset management activities in manual and still applied approach specific to each activity undertaken in asset management.

Expert system is a computer system that resembles the ability in making decisions of an expert and is part of artificial intelligence, hence with it to detect the growth of watermelon plants not everyone can know the growth of watermelon plants without an expert. The purpose of making these systems and applications to design and build Expert System for Watermelon Plant Growth Based Detection that uses certainty factor for use by farmers and the community to know the growth of watermelon plants without having to ask directly to expert experts, which can be said that the calculation of certainty factor on the characteristics of watermelon disease has a confidence level of 99.70%, because in this case Certainty Factor commonly used for decision making in the face of uncertainty of an event. This app is designed by beginning with SDLC and use case.
