Abstract

The implementation phase at FAST method is established after the Construction Phase is already completed with a reference used in implementing the application based on use case, class diagram andactivity diagram fully designed at the previous phase.The testing conducted useswhite box testing. Of the advantages is when the application is tested, it can find out codes and strategies that take a role in developing the functions of each application module effectively. This seems to support the information system development with FAST method which one of its benefits to give a performance and accurate information. At this phase there are several things to test, namely: unit testing, static and dynamic analysis, scope of statement and mutation test. The case study used in implementing the application is the form supporting data at Lampung State Polytechnic.Keyword: class diagram , Construction Phase, FAST,  use case, activity diagram, white box testing.

Abstract

Agricultural information system aims to build a marketing system based on JSON information system technology (Java Script Object Notation). Specifically the research aims: (1) build a database using JSON; (2) establish marketing information system of agricultural products; (3) provide information on the implementation of identification, inventory monitoring of agricultural product marketing issues. The research begins with literature review, planning and preparation of system model, model verification, field trial, evaluation and development and implementation result. Output targets to be generated: (1) basic data of agricultural product marketing processing; (2) built a marketing information analysis system with JSON-based information technology.Keywords: Information System; Marketing; Agricultural Product; JSON.

Abstract

The increasing need for food is not in line with the clearing of agricultural land for food crops. So that the effort to increase the productivity of agricultural products is by applying precision agriculture. However, in reality, precision agriculture is difficult to apply to conventional processes, where farmers come to the farm, collect data, then carry out maintenance. This method will make production results not optimal because maintenance is not done accurately. This study introduces a monitoring system for environmental conditions based on the Internet of Things (IoT) for agricultural land, where trials are carried out in a greenhouse. The system that has been developed consists of several sensors designed to collect information related to agricultural environmental conditions, including DHT22 sensor (temperature and humidity), DS18B20 sensor (soil temperature), soil moisture sensor (moisture content in the soil), and BH1750 sensor (light intensity). Based on the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol, the data is sent to a gateway (Raspberry Pi) and a local server via a wireless network to be stored in a database. By using the Node-RED Dashboard, the received sensor data is then displayed on the browser every time the sensor sends data. In addition, the local server also publishes sensor data to the public MQTT broker so that sensor data can be accessed through the MQTT Dashboard application on a smartphone. The results of testing for 25 days of the system running obtained an average success of the system in storing data of 99.64%.

Abstract

Abstract The program of applying science and technology to the community (PPIM) was carried out for 9 months, located in the Kampung Bumi Baru Blambangan Umpu Way Kanan, the partners in this program were women of Alhidayah recitation. This program is increasing public knowledge through Budikdamber education with Aquaponics in narrow areas. Budikdamber stands for fish and vegetable cultivation in buckets, namely raising livestock and farming with limited land, budikdamber can be a very appropriate choice in overcoming food problems. The lack of public knowledge about aquaponics culture has resulted in the need to carry out this program. The purpose of this PPIM is to increase the knowledge, capabilities and skills of partners, optimize yard land and business capital used for cultivating fish and plants and increase income and save on partner expenses. The implementation of this PPIM first coordinated with village officials, then continued with education on budikdamber with lecture and discussion methods, accompanied by training on budikdamber which included making, caring for fish, planting kale, and water changing techniques (penyiponan). The output of this activity is: the birth of a group of people who have knowledge of Budikdamber application and the open opportunity of the business. Abstrak Kegiatan program penerapan iptek kepada masyarakat (PPIM) ini dilaksanakan selama 9 bulan, bertempat di kampung Bumi Baru Blambangan Umpu Way Kanan, mitra dalam program ini adalah ibuibu pengajian Alhidayah. Program ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat melalui pendidikan Budikdamber dengan Aquaponik dilahan sempit. Budikdamber singkatan dari budidaya ikan dan sayuran dalam ember, yaitu berternak dan bertani dengan lahan terbatas, budikdamber dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan yang sangat tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan pangan. Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang budikdamber dengan aquaponik ini mengakibatkan perlunya dilakukan program ini. Tujuan dari PPIM ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan dan keterampilan mitra, mengoptimalkan lahan pekarangan dan modal usaha yang digunakan untuk melakukan budidaya ikan dan tanaman serta meningkatkan pendapatan dan menghemat pengeluaran mitra. Pelaksanaan PPIM ini terlebih dahulu berkoordinasi dengan perangkat desa, kemudian dilanjutkan penyuluhan budikdamber dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi, disertai pelatihan budikdamber yang meliputi cara pembuatan, perawatan ikan, menanam kangkung, dan teknik pergantian air (penyiponan). Output kegiatan ini adalah: lahirnya kelompok masyarakat yang memiliki pengetahuan dengan mengerti dan paham akan penerapan Budikdamber serta dapat membuka peluang usaha.

Abstract

This study discusses the testing process of the Lampung State Polytechnic e-learning application called the Polinela Learning Management System (LMS). The testing phase is one of the stages in the development cycle of a software. This stage is a series of activities carried out to find errors or shortcomings of a software or computer application. There are several techniques used to test software including black box testing techniques. In this study using black box testing with a boundary value analysis technique to test e-learning applications that have been applied to the Informatics Management program of the Lampung State Polytechnic. The boundary value analysis technique works by determining the lower and upper limit values of the data to be tested, then the data is inputted into the LMS Polinela application. The stages of research carried out begin by determining the functionality to be tested, designing test scenarios, determining the data to be tested, determining the upper and lower limit values according to the database structure that has been created, conducting testing experiments, documenting the results of research, and drawing conclusions. The test results show that there were no errors in the LMS Polinela application when validating the data to be processed.

Abstract

Spirit entrepreneurship lulusan perguruan tinggi perlu terus dikembangkan melalui berbagai ruang kreativitas berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan perluasan akses terhadap teknologi informasi.  Upaya penguatan proses pengembangan budaya kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi di Politeknik Negeri Lampung (Polinela) dilakukan melalui pusat pengembangan kewirausahaan intelektual kampus.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan rancangan pemasaran digital menggunakan teknologi smart market place untuk pengembangan pasar produk olahan pangan lokal dengan Polinela sebagai kampus trigger pertumbuhan usaha UMK di Propinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan  rancangan Sistem Informasi Smart Market Place dengan flow chart dan deskripsi tahapan penelitian.  Teknologi marketplace (start-up) merupakan bagian e-marketing  melalui penjualan daring menggunakan internet secara berkelanjutan. Pengembangan marketplace dibangun melalui Proses Bisnis disajikan dalam bentuk Conteks Diagram dan Data Flow Diagram dengan menggunakan tools easy case for windows 7.0. Polinela Smart Market Place meluncurkan layanan digital marketing sebagai start-up dengan nama Agrishop Polinela. Laman web dapat diakses pada laman https://www.agrishoppolinela.com. Kehadiran Polinela Smart Market Place ditujukan untuk memperkuat jejaring dari lini pemasok, produsen, dan jejaring pemasaran.  Sinergi jejaring bisnis menjadi kunci keunggulan bersaing bagi pelaku agroindustri dan wirausaha baru mulai di tingkat wirausaha kampus, tataran lokal, regional dan internasional

Abstract

Klasifikasi merupakan masalah penting dalam dunia ilmu data, dimana model dibangun untuk memprediksi label atau kelas pada suatu data berdasarkan fitur-fitur yang dimilikinya. Pembangunan model dan penggunaannya untuk melakukan klasifikasi adalah pekerjaan utama dalam klasifikasi. Berbagai metode klasifikasi telah dikembangkan, termasuk Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) dan Diskriminan Fisher. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk membandingkan metode klasifikasi LVQ dan Diskriminan Fisher pada data bunga iris untuk menentukan metode yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam melakukan klasifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode mampu melakukan klasifikasi dengan akurasi yang cukup tinggi. Namun, terdapat perbedaan dalam kinerja kedua metode tersebut. Metode LVQ menghasilkan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 96.29% dengan waktu proses 4.56 second, sedangkan metode Diskriminan Fisher menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 100% dengan waktu proses 0.1 second. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Diskriminan Fisher lebih unggul dalam melakukan klasifikasi pada data bunga iris. Selain itu, hasil pengukuran waktu eksekusi menunjukkan bahwa metode Diskriminan Fisher lebih cepat dalam melakukan klasifikasi dibandingkan dengan metode LVQ.

Abstract

Lampung State Polytechnic is one of the Indonesian universities with a vision to be the best 5 of vocational campus in Indonesia in 2020. To achieve the vision, this campus needs the development in many aspects to improve the quality of the graduates to compete with other college graduates in Indonesia. One of the efforts to improve the quality of graduates is by increasing the competence of the student. To face these challenges, this campus must also prepare programs to monitor the competence scores of each student. Therefore, an application that is capable of monitoring the scores in detail is needed to facilitate the students, lecturers, students advisors’ and parents to see the development of the scores any time. The technology developed for this application uses cloud computing. The technology enable the user to access the information via the internet without having to know the technology infrastructure that helps in the process of accessing the data. The service model used in this system is software as service with system development method using Rapid Application Development (RAD). Abstract

The research dealt with detecting resemblance of orchid plant image through Support vector machine (SVM) of Kernel Linear method. With one versus rest modeling, the images were taken by using single type camera Canon S550D. The use of trial data and test data varied into for ratio types namely : 50% trial data - 50% test data , 60% trial data - 40% test data , 70% trial data - 30% test data , and 80% trial data - 20% test data. The extract of texture features was done with combining operator circular neighborhood (8,1) and (8,2) and concatenation done through fuzzyfication. The research aimed to (1) design a program to detect the resemblance of orchid plant image (2) implement Support Vector Machine kernel Linear method with one versus Rest model to identify the image of orchid plants both with and without flowers (3) analyze distribution level of accuracy of the four trial and test data examined from each specimen. (4) Analyze resemblance of orchid plant image through Support Vector Machine kernel Linear with one versus Rest model. The research was carried out through: (1) collecting the image and praposes (2) extracting the textures, (3) classifying the Support Vector Machine kernel Linear, (4) data testing and (5) evaluating classification result. The main target of the research is to find out a system to detect the resemblance of orchid plants both with and without flower.Keywords: circular neighborhood, one versus rest, Support Vector Machine kernel Linear
