Abstract

The use of information technology is growing due to the condition of the business environment is changing rapidly, so the ability to get information immediately have a competitive advantage. To achieve competitive advantage, company or organization needs to build IT (Information Technology) Master Plan that governs all investment policies and implementation of information technology. Bina Darma University is one of the colleges that run the education system by utilizing information technology, in accordance with the vision and mission of a university-based international berstrandar technology in 2025. To achieve the mission and vision needed IT Masterplan that can serve as guidelines in the investment and implementation of IT in Universitas Bina Darma. IT Development Masterplan is to use SWOT analysis to determine the strength of the IT map in Universitas Bina Darma. Research results indicate is necessary to develop the Master Plan refers to the information technology business strategy and strategic management of IS / IT. Abstract

Licensing Agency and Investment Komering Ogan Ilir district has a duty and a great authority in the field of licensing and non-licensing. Increase in duties, responsibilities and authority should be accompanied by an increase in supporting infrastructure and facilities so that Licensing Agency and Investment Ogan Ilir Komering can enhance optimal service to the community. To achieve excellent public services to the community, developed One Stop Service Information System (SIMTU) with the application of information technology as the spearhead of the public service. One Stop Service Information System (SIMTU) Komering Ogan Ilir (OKI) which was developed consisting of three points of service, namely back office, front office and information kiosks. Abstract

Data processing system of training participants in LP3SDM AZRA, still use a simple computer application. Data recording process requires a rather long time and also can occur repeatedly writing of participant data (data duplication) caused by the negligence of officials. In the process of data search takes a long time having to search the data training participants in the book. This research aims to building a computerized training participants data processing system in LP3SDM AZRA Palembang. This research uses waterfall model of system development methods.The results obtained of this Research are this data processing system can help the process of inputting the data training participants in LP3SDM AZRA Palembang becomes easier and can simplify the process of data search training participants more quickly and can reduce errors in data entry training participants and can reduce duplication data of participants. Abstract

Mobile (HP) is a tool used by many people in Indonesia, to communicate and seek information. HP is not only used by teenagers and adults, but also can be used by children. Children who use mobile phones are only used for pleasure, such as playing games, which only can be downloaded at HP. Elementary school students (elementary) class VI is the final level students who will face the National Examination (UN). Subjects of Mathematics is one of the subjects that are not so popular. To anticipate gnats students not only play at HP but also can learn, it will be made application of the measurement is one of the materials on the subjects of Mathematics. Applications created using the Android operating system. System development method used is the Wireless Software Engineering.

Abstract

Pada dunia pendidikan ilmu ekonomi telah ditekuni sebagai salah satu matakuliah yang sangat penting. Salah satu bidang yang tak kala penting dalam pendidikan ilmu ekonomi tersebut adalah istilah-istilah ekonomi itu sendiri. saat ini buku ilmu ekonomi baik dalam bentuk e-book maupun buku fisik telah banyak dibuat atau diperjual-belikan, namun jika pelajar atau ilmuan akan mencari istilah istilah ekonomi pada buku tersebut akan mengalami kesulitan yang disebabkan proses pencarian yang tidak mudah, karena harus membuka lembar demi lembar buku tersebut. Dari kondisi tersebut maka diperlukan perangkat lunak yang mempermudah pengguna. Dalam pembuatan perangkat lunak penulis membuat perangkat lunak dengan metode mobile-D, dimana perangkat lunak ini dapat digunakan oleh smarphone yang berbasis android. Menurut Abrahamsson dkk. (2004) Mobile-D Methodology merupakan pendekatan pengembangan Agile (tangkas/cepat). Pendekatan Mobile-D didasarkan pada Extreme Programming (praktek pembangunan), Crystal methodologies (metode skalabilitas), dan Rational Unified Process (cakupan siklus hidup). Perangkat lunak kamus ini dapat digunakan secara offline pada smartphone berbasis android. Keywords: ekonomi, mobile-D, perangkat lunak

Abstract

Panti Sosial Bina Daksa Budi Perkasa Palembang, is one of the technical implementation unit of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic Indonesia, which handles issues for persons with disabilities, the principal task of carrying out physical development, mental, social, vocational training, and re-socialization and further training. Beneficiary assessment system (client) used still manual. Yet there is a computerized system that was built specifically to manage the value of potential beneficiaries. It required a special system that can calculate the results of an assessment of the potential beneficiaries FMADM method. FMADM chosen method because this method determines the weight values for each attribute, followed by a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. With this system can help section of the rehabilitation staff in selecting beneficiaries and help section chief in determining who the beneficiaries will get service restored.

Abstract

Automation and Digital Library System at Bina Darma University has been used since 2006 until now, but from the initial study was conducted using this system to get different responses from users. Automation system greatly assist the process of administrative activities in the library of the Bina Darma University. But if the performance of this system has been accepted by all users? Therefore, it is necessary to do research on the issue. By using the model of Human Organization Technology in this study is in getting the results of more than 80% said strongly agree with the performance of automation systems and between the variables of Human, Organization and Technology together no correlation to the performance of the automation system. Abstracts: The purpose of this study is the Build website at SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam in order to help users get information about the activities of student learning, teaching, school achievement, teachers and students. With her website at SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam is expected to provide fast, precise and accurate for those in need. Currently in SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam despite the availability of the Internet however, the unavailability of a website to facilitate the search of information about SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam. Systems Development Method used method of Web Engineering with stage-phases: Custumer Communication, Planning, Modeling, Contruction and Deployment. Design using UML and Programming using PHP. Abstract

PT Bukit Asam is one of the major companies in Indonesia that have implemented the technology in the company by using IP-based CCTV cameras are connected to a network that is monitored in a single server. The purpose of the installation of cameras to reduce the risk of loss and asset security and performance of the network and its employees will increase. With the implementation of these technologies will require an IP camera as a liaison to the network. In the application of these technologies will be measured parameters quality of service (QoS) which includes throughput, packet loss and delay, so it appears the issues to be addressed in this study is a “Analysis and Monitoring of Quality of Service Traffic CCTV Cameras In WiFi Networks”.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to implement binomial distribution to estimate the probability of success in the trial of service quality of information system using variables that exist in E-ServQual model. Binomial distribution can model the number of successes on the number of samples n of the population N, by doing n times experiment and there are only two possibilities that are successful / fail. The instrument used is a questionnaire on a linkert scale. The results of this study were p(very satisfied) = 0.288, p(satisfied) = 0.425, p(quite satisfied) = 0.18, p(not satisfied) = 0.072 and p(very unsatisfied) = 0.035. The results of the tests with the variation of the values of n and x result in the fact that small sample quantities and large probability values will increase the probability of success to be obtained.
