Abstract

By evaluating and identifying variables from the variables evaluated, this research investigates the complexity of factors that affect users of online transportation services' satisfaction and loyalty. A questionnaire was selected as the data gathering strategy and tool for the quantitative investigation. PLS-SEM, or partial least squares structural equation modeling, was used to analyze the given data. The findings demonstrate that two factors—perceived app benefits and perceived service quality—can be significantly used to predict consumer loyalty and happiness while utilizing online transportation services, particularly Go-ride and Grab bike services. Customer happiness is unaffected significantly by the perceived sales promotion component, but customer loyalty is significantly impacted. Meanwhile, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty has a positive but insignificant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyze the material stocks and the optimal amount of ordering costs for hollow and flat materials using the metrics studied in the billet washing machine project, which are the optimal order quantity, order frequency, total raw material, safety. . inventory, breakeven point and cost comparison. The method is economic order quantity (EOQ) data collection techniques using engineering, purchasing and financial interviews and analyzing company data collected by researchers, ie. cost and excel files recording actual material purchases for the magazine washing machine project. The results showed that the material supply process using EOQ can optimize the inventory costs of hollow and sheet materials, with the difference between ordering costs and inventory costs being IDR 105,627,563.02.

Abstract

This study is to examine the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) stock clusters based on stock performance as measured using risk-adjusted returns for twenty-one semester periods 2009 - 2019. This study shows an alternative that can be utilized by investors supporting their decision to invest in the Indonesian Islamic finance industry. Data were collected through the online service feature of Yahoo! Finance and Google Finance total 43 companies with positive return. This study used quantitative analysis, Sharpe ratio was used to measure stock performance, K-mean clustering for cluster analysis and the Elbow method was used to determine the optimal number of clusters. The results showed that the 4 optimal number of clusters. Where cluster 1 determine the extreme return (5 companies), cluster 2 represent high return (12 companies), cluster 3 medium return (17 companies) and cluster 4 sufficient return (9 companies).

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the determinants of online game player loyalty among millennials. The development of information technology and the internet has created a booming online gaming industry, with millennials being one of the main consumer segments in this industry. However, with high competition and many game options available, maintaining player loyalty is crucial to the success of game developers and providers. This research utilizes quantitative methods. Questionnaires were distributed to 173 respondents to collect quantitative data from a sample of millennial online game players. The results of data analysis show that the determinants of online game player loyalty among millennials include several aspects. First, gameplay quality and gaming experience are the main factors that influence player loyalty. In addition, interesting and quality content also contributes importantly to retaining players. Second, social interaction and in-game community support are significant factors in building emotional bonds and connections between players. Furthermore, fairness and transparency in the payment system and the ability to earn rewards and progress in the game are also determinants of loyalty. In addition, the availability of technical support and good game maintenance will increase player satisfaction and retention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand psychological ownership and value congruity on customer brand engagement, the effect of customer brand engagement on brand attachment and behavioral brand loyalty, and the mediating role of brand attachment on the effect of customer brand engagement on behavioral brand loyalty. The research model was tested on 232 millennial generation consumers who use Xiaomi brand smartphone products. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique and data analysis was carried out by SEM-PLS. The results of the study prove that customer brand engagement is influenced by value congruity and is not influenced by brand psychological ownership. Customer brand engagement was found to affect brand attachment and behavioral brand loyalty and brand attachment was found to affect behavioral brand loyalty. The results of the mediation test confirm that brand attachment mediates the effect of customer brand engagement on behavioral brand loyalty.

Abstract

Corporate value is used by management in running the business to maximize shareholder wealth. Audit committees, foreign ownership, and financial performance have prospects in the future so that investors will be interested in investing. This population is a manufacturing company that pays out dividends during the period 2016 to 2021 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique is 222 companies. The method used is panel data regression. The findings of foreign ownership, debt to equity, total asset turnover, net profit margin, and return on assets significantly affect company value, but audit committees, current ratios, and dividends have no significant effect on company value. It is suggested that the company can improve its financial performance to maximize profit, which reflects the company internally. In addition, foreign ownership can make decisions in the company's strategy to increase the value of the company.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how PT SMB implements the learning organization framework. A learning organization consists of three pillars; first, an environment that supports learning, second concrete learning processes and practices, and third is leadership that supports learning. This study is designed as an exploratory descriptive research and uses qualitative analysis method. There were two research tools consisting of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews conducted consecutively. The results showed that two of the three pillars scored below the median. The first pillar, environment that supports learning scored 81 above the median score of 71. The second pillar, concrete learning processes and practices scored 68 lower than the median score of 78. The third pillar, leadership that supports learning scored 74 points lower than the median score of 76. The results of the questionnaire data are also supported by data from interviews with PT SMB's top management, so this shows that PT SMB has not fully implemented a learning organization, so PT SMB needs to make improvements and improvisations to the implementation of the learning organization.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of financial literacy on the consumptive behaviour of students of the Batam State Polytechnic Managerial Accounting Study Program. Quantitative research is the method used in this research. This research obtained data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale. The population in this research were 161 students, and using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, the respondents who were sampled in this research were students of the Batam State Polytechnic of Batam State Polytechnic Study Program with 64 respondents. This research uses simple linear regression as a data analysis technique, this analysis is carried out through the use of the SPSS version 20 program. The results showed that financial literacy significantly negatively affected the consumptive behaviour of students of the Batam State Polytechnic of Managerial Accounting Study Program.

Abstract

This study aims to find out determine the number of influence of the variable brand image, location, on buying interest through instagram social media at Coffee Shops in Tangerang City. The method of this study is quantitative, with respondents all consumers Coffee Shop Tangerang City Case Study in Kala Coffee & Eatery and Kedai Seruput, which numbered 100 persons. The technique analysis used is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing methods, namely t-test and F-test. The results of hypothesis testing state that partially or simultaneously Brand Image, Location, and Buying Interest variables positive and significant effect on the Instagram Social Media variable, with the number of influence of each partial effect being 24% and 19%. However, the magnitude of the simultaneous influence on the independent variable on Purchase Interest is 46.6%, while the remaining 53.4% "‹"‹is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The influence of Brand Image and Location using the role of Social Media effectively affects consumer buying interest will increase.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between brand image and price and how it affects customer loyalty for Somethinc products and customer satisfaction as intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, collecting primary data via questionnaires using survey methods. In the research sampling, the purposive sampling technique was used. A total of 200 people who used Somethinc product made up the research sample. The Smartpls application was then used to evaluate the survey data using the SEM-PLS analysis technique. According to the study's findings, brand image and price affect customer satisfaction, but brand image have no bearing on customer loyalty. Price and customer satisfaction, on the other hand, have an affect on consumer loyalty. Additionally, this study's findings show that customer satisfaction is proven to be able to mediate the indirect effect of brand image and price on Somethinc's customer loyalty
