Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effectivity of two fundamental character training using a blended learning approach for increasing the pedagogical competence of Early childhood educators. The study used quantitative approach and utilized pre-post tests without the use of a control group receiving only one type of treatment. The findings of this study demonstrated effectivity in enhancing the pedagogical competencies of early childhood educators, specifically their ability to analyze, interpret, make decisions, and predict information on a pedagogical scale in preschool age. Enhance the capacity to plan and implement education, particularly the principle of good manners and diligence, at the district/city level through practitioners or training organizers (Education Office, HIMPAUDI partner organization institutions, IGTKI, IGRA, or other SPS). The blended learning implementation pattern is expected to complement and support stakeholders, in this case, the Directorate of Teachers and early age education personnel, in socializing this training as an alternative to preparing competent educators.

Abstract

This research describes the efforts made to contribute to the improvement of early childhood educators professional competence to be able to carry out their duties well through the application of in-house training. This study used collaborative action research methods, where researchers collaborate with the school, namely RA Al-Ihsan, with the number of participants as many as 8 Early Childhood Educators. The data collection used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis stage in this study goes through the data coding stage and groups the code into themes. The results showed that: (1) In the initial condition of educators experiencing problems related to professional competence, especially in developing materials and creative learning activities for early childhood. (2) The form and process of implementing in-house training include identifying the needs of participants, ideas or ideas related to implementation techniques, training design, implementation and evaluation, using face-to-face and online training techniques. (3) The professional competence of early childhood education (ECE) educators have improved well. Educators have begun to understand what needs to be owned and prepared by educators in developing creative learning materials and activities for early childhood so that the training form in house training can be used as an alternative to improve the professional competence of ECE educators.

Abstract

This study aims to find a training model that can improve the entrepreneurial skills of teenagers. To achieve this goal, the research developed a training model with an experiential learning approach so that after haircut entrepreneurship training, the entrepreneurial skills of teenagers can be increased. This study is a multi-disciplinary study using pre-post-test experiments without using a control group with only one type of treatment. The results of this study proved effective in improving adolescent entrepreneurial skills which include the ability to observe, experiment, communicate and make decisions and increase economic independence. so that it can be used by practitioners or organizers such as PKBM or LKP at the district/city level. The pattern of implementation with experiential learning is expected to be a complement and reinforcement in increasing youth entrepreneurial skills which are supported by policy makers in this case the Cimahi City Education Office and the Manpower Office in disseminating this model as an alternative to preparing skilled youth. there are weaknesses, shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of research so that further studies and research are needed on hair cutting entrepreneurship training with an experiential learning approach to improve the entrepreneurial skills of these teenagers.

Abstract

The background of this research is that child development requires a family that acts as a center for children, where interactions between children and other families can make a foundation for children's attitudes towards other people and the surrounding environment. This study aims to determine the implementation of the parenting program to increase the capacity of parents in instilling healthy lifestyle behaviors for early childhood based on Ala Rasul. This study uses a qualitative descriptive emethod, with the number of samples in the study being one manager, one teacher, and 6 representatives of parents. Data collection techniques through interviews and observation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of parenting to increase the capacity of parents in instilling healthy living behavior for early childhood based on the Ala Rasul has been going well following the purpose of this activity, namely increasing the capacity of parents in instilling healthy living behaviors in children, parents of students. gain knowledge that can be used at home where parents are examples when children are at home.Keywords: Early Childhood, Parenting, Healthy Lifestyle Ala Rasul.

Abstract

Large-scale Social Restrictions taken as a policy of the Republic of Indonesia's government to break the chain of Covid-19 spread have had a major impact on teaching and learning activities in all educational institutions in Indonesia. In this difficult condition, of course, the role of educational institutions as a learning platform for all levels of society must continue to run optimally to support national development. Steps were taken by educational institutions as an alternative in implementing learning such as online-based distance learning and assignments or home projects. This study aims to analyze the policies taken by the central government in the realm of education and to determine the impact of Covid-19 on educational institutions in Indonesia. Abstract

This study seeks to find out the results of the Implementation of The Number Card Media Learning Model to Increase The Introduction of Number Symbols in Early Childhood. This research employed descriptive methodologies with a qualitative approach. The informants in the study comprised one ECE manager, two ECE educators, and eight ECE (PAUD) Mawar 1 students. Data collection approaches through interviews and observations. The study results indicated that the learning model using number cards can assist students develop as expected in their cognitive development specifically children can already recognize the symbol of numbers (numbers 1-10) and can already say the number symbol through the medium of number cards. With the medium of number cards, students look more interested in following the activities of recognizing the number symbol. The medium of number cards can facilitate the introduction of number symbols in early childhood.

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this study was that PAUD SPS Anggrek 21 students have mainly not shown receptive language skills which important to improve the language skills of PAUD students. Learning media requires innovation. Theories used in this research are learning media or teaching media and language proficiency theory. The method used in this study was qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants in this study were: one principal, one teacher, and 15 students aged 4-5 years who were randomly selected. The location of the study at SPS Anggrek 21 Tanimulya.The results of research on the implementation of teaching media with fairy tale video tutorials to improve receptive language skills in children show that the implementation of teaching media with fairy tale videos can improve children's receptive language skills. This can be seen based on the results of observations that have been made where students have been able to show an increase in receptive language skills. One of the implementation's accomplishments is the learning media employed. Keywords: Receptive Language, Learning Media, Fairy Tale Video Tutorial, Early Childhood .

Abstract

The background of this research is the learning process of understanding numbers in children, it appears that they do not understand simple concepts in everyday life, especially in the ability to recognize numbers, even though introducing the concept of numbers to children aged 5 years must use the right and appropriate methods and models in the learning process. accompanied by the right media. The purpose of the research is to find out efforts to improve understanding of the concept of numbers through the learning media of number cards in early childhood at RA Baeturrohmah. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach where the sample consisted of one principal of RA Baeturrohmah, one teacher of RA Baeturrohmah, and eight students of RA Baeturrohmah. Data collection techniques are carried out to the respondents through interviews and observations.The result is that students can take part in learning to increase understanding of numbers with number card learning media where the process is carried out with students learning while playing so that students can follow the learning well. This can be seen from the observations of students experiencing an increase in understanding of numbers. So it can be concluded that learning media can help increase students' understanding of learning numbers in particular. Keywords: Early Childhood, Number Cards, Number Concepts, Learning Media

Abstract

This research is motivated by data that states that PIK R managers must get updated information regarding good and correct PIK R management, this update was carried out because BKKBN had not provided a briefing activity for PIK R managers. In addition, the cadre has always been running as long as natural with the number of registered participants 3,053 as active participants so far and updated information. The theory used in this research is the theory of training, the theory of PIK R, and the theory of Family Planning Extension. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The research location is at the BKKBN Representative for West Java Province, Jalan Surapati No. 122, Cihaur Geulis, Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung City. A sample of one training implementer and three representatives of training participants were selected randomly.Based on the results and discussion that training can improve the ability and understanding of family planning instructors to be able to update the management of information, services, and counseling for adolescents in West Java, especially PIK R. realizing teenagers who have a family life plan and will be ready to build a happy and prosperous family.

Abstract

This study aims to detail the implementation of active learning-based digital marketing training to enhance the marketing capabilities of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). This research employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology. The gathering of data commenced with interviews and observations of 12 informants, including 10 MSME owners, 1 trainer, and a training organizer. Utilizing semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, information was gathered. Triangulation was then applied to the data for analysis. This study reveals that 1) planning includes determining training learning needs, preparing schedules, determining trainers, determining the location and time of training, determining participant recruitment requirements, determining the form and materials of training materials, and digital marketing. Initial activities include pre-testing and orientation of digital marketing training based on active learning. Core activities include explanations of digital marketing materials for MSMEs and practices for developing MSMEs' digital marketing strategies. Final activities include evaluating the success of the implementation. 3) The results of the training include a significant increase in marketing knowledge and abilities, as seen in the post-test score. This study indicates that micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) should receive active learning-based digital marketing training on a regular basis in order to increase their competitiveness and economic influence.
