ABSTRACTTeacher competence is the teacher's capital in carrying out the main task and its function in educating the students. There are 4 competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely, pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence. Teachers should have awareness in themselves to continue to learn and develop themselves continuously in an effort to improve services to learners. One of the teacher's efforts in self-development is through education and training. For that, the authors examine the "How education and training Sustainable Development of Keprofesian in improving the pedagogic and professional competence of kindergarten teachers in Bandung?" Where pedagogic competence and professional competence are both mutually integrated and can not be separated. This study aims to describe the process of planning, implementation, assessment and results and the impact of education and training on teacher performance through descriptive and qualitative approaches. The results of this study indicate through education and training program Sustainable Development of Keprofesian in Bandung value Competency Teacher Test average increased significantly and in accordance with the expected minimum achievement criteria. In addition, teachers also feel an increase in knowledge, variations of learning fun to apply to learners and implement sustainable self-development plans.

The development of science and technology today demands changes and a better and more mature working mechanism in anticipating every challenge in the community. This also applies to the Indonesian National Police. Therefore, competencies and abilities must always be developed and improved. Therefore, the Cisarua National Police School (SPN), West Java Regional Police is trying to develop various competencies needed to address the challenges and needs of the community. Not only for students but also for educators at the Cisarua National Police, West Java Regional Police, through a refresher training program. The theoretical basis used for this theory is the theory of education outside of school, theory of education and training. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the instrument of interview guidance, documentation study and observation. The results of this study found that the refresher training planning was carried out by identifying the needs and availability of available resources, the implementation of refresher training using a humanist approach, demontrative methods and practice where police educators at the Cisarua National Police in West Java Regional Police are expected to be able to follow the program to be able to provide direction and understanding the competence and capability of the Indonesian National Police in the community, while the evaluation in this activity was carried out to be able to provide feedback in the implementation of future activities. The obstacles encountered were not directly seen to have a significant impact, however, there were several obstacles, namely learning methods that needed to be strengthened, instruments and learning media that needed to be developed in order to answer the needs of the trainees. The general conclusion of this study is the refresher training in the Cisarua NES, West Java Regional Police, has provided an opportunity to develop, improve and maintain the competence of the teaching staff at the Cisarua National Police in West Java Regional Police.

Non-formal education involves the Paket program, which the Cahaya Kahuripan Bangsa Community Learning Centre deems insufficient in supporting their learning community’s needs and the demands of the society. For that purpose, the community learning centre conducts a lifeskill training program in creating doormats. This study aims to evaluate the said program using Stufflebem’s CIPP model, gathering data from interviews, literary studies and observations. While generally showing that each aspect falls into the good category, the results also showed several factors that support and hinder the program. Among those are the participants’ motivation, support from the business world, and managerial-related issues. In general, this program has been performing as it intends itself to do.

Abstract This research based on the big pictures of how much children shown the autonomy during school time as well during class time. The population of the children in this school are 30 students. The data collects through questionnaire taken by the teacher through daily basis activities from each student and most of the students are in the middle level of autonomy. The data support not only from observation during school activities as well interview from the parents and family member. There are three aspect of autonomy that been highlight during the observation and collects data, which is cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. These aspects have to shown in daily basis activities and student conduct in one week. Each student shown most of the aspects during activity, however it did not found every day. There are several times that it does not show or on and off period. Through this data, interview is taken to find the other aspects that influence this data. There are external aspects such as home environment and modelling that leads to this data. Keywords: Autonomy, Early Childhood Abstract Penelitian berikut dilakukan untuk melihat gambaran seberapa banyak anak usia dini yang telah menunjukkan kemandirian dalam keseharian saat berada di sekolah. Adapun sampel yang diambil adalah anak usia dini dari Sekolah Mutiara Nusantara dan diambil populasi sebanyak 30 siswa. Dari hasil observasi dan juga kuesioner tentang kemandirian yang diisi oleh guru Sekolah Mutiara Nusantara maka diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar anak usia dini tersebut berada dalam taraf menengah kemandiriannya. Data tersebut didukung tidak hanya dari pengamatan sepanjang aktivitas yang dilakukan di sekolah namun juga di dapat dari hasil wawancara dari orang tua murid dan anggota keluarganya. Terdapat tiga aspek dari kemandirian yang ditekankan sepanjang melakukan pengamatan dan pengumpulan data, yaitu aspek kognitif, aspek afektif/emosional, dan aspek psikomotor. Aspek tersebut harus dapat ditunjukkan oleh anak dalam kesehariannya, namun dari data diperoleh bahwa aspek tersebut tidak muncul setiap hari. Terdapat beberapa waktu dimana aspek tersebut tidak muncul atau bisa disebut periode on dan off. Melalui data tersebut, dilakukan interview untuk dapat menggali lebih dalam akan aspek lainnya yang juga dapat mempengaruhi data. Terdapat aspek eksternal seperti lingkungan rumah dan modelling yang terjaring dan menunjang data berikut. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian, anak usia dini.

Abstract Development of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) learning includes the field of developing behavioral formation and the field of developing basic skills. The field of developing behavioral formation includes religious and moral and social emotional values. While the development of basic abilities includes language, cognitive, and physical or motoric abilities. One area of basic development that needs to be developed is language development. Language skills are important because speaking with children will express their desires and can communicate with others around them. Language is an expression of mind and knowledge when children will interact with others. Children who are growing and developing communicate the needs of their thoughts and feelings through language, The objectives of this research are: (1) Describe the planning strategy to improve the development of early childhood language through the role playing method in the macro play center. (2) Describe the implementation of strategies to improve the development of early childhood language through the role playing method in the macro play center. (3) Describe the evaluation of strategies to improve the development of early childhood language through the role playing method in the macro play center. (4) Describe the results of strategies to improve the development of early childhood language through role playing methods in the macro play center. Learning methods that can be used to help improve children's language development are through the role playing method in the macro play center. Abstract Non-formal Early Childhood is a symbol of the council school, when viewed from the tuition fee that is voluntary and not mandatory, so do not imagine this school has the good facilities. In terms of places, early childhood doesn't have own building, mostly using village hall or other public facilities such as mosques or musholla. This limitation also has an impact on early childhood space for learning. Children cannot play and move freely and develop themselves. The environmental of learning should be a lot of attention, the environment will affect the learning process and learning outcomes of children . This research is qualitative research with study descriptive. This research is based on the problem of various conditions of environmental management learning at Early Chilhood Education (PAUD) Noor Rakhmah related to facilities and infrastructure. Tutors have an important role in optimizing the management of early childhood learning environments. The purpose of this research is to obtain data that is: (1) The planning process conducted by Tutor PAUD Noor Rakhmah in optimizing the early childhood learning environment. (2) The implementation process conducted by Tutor PAUD Noor Rakhmah in optimizing the early childhood learning environment. Abstract Early childhood education is essentially education organized with the aim to facilitate the growth and development of children as a whole. Cognitive development refers to the child's development in thinking and the ability to give reasons. Digital encyclopedia media is one of the supporting activities in playing, because through these media children can find out a lot of things by looking at pictures, writing, listening to sounds, also can grow cognitive development or knowledge of children about everything that is found or not around their environment .The research method used in this study is descriptive with qualitative analysis with data collection techniques through observation of four students with age groups 5 to 6 years and interviews with two teachers, documentation and literature. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the planning of using digital encyclopedia media to develop cognitive aspects of early childhood, (2) to know the use of digital encyclopedia media in developing cognitive aspects of early childhood, (3) knowing the results of the application of media encyclopedia digital in developing cognitive aspects of early childhood (4) knowing the factors that become difficulties or obstacles in the use of digital encyclopedia media. This article is based on the research that aims to improve the skills of teachers in writing stories using the application of Art Filters and Pictsay Pro on smartphone as a helper for teachers to make stories to PAUD students. The research method is done by using Research and Development approach (R & D), i.e. research that is followed up by producing the product and testing the effectiveness of the product. This research involves teachers in PAUD TERPADU BUNDA TAMI and also the students. The research procedure consists of two stages, the first is introduction and the second is model development. Data were collected by using observation; interview, documentation, questionnaires and expert validation test, and the results were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. Research shows that there is an increase in teachers' skills in writing the story, because the existence of these products provide new ideas and to develop a story with regard to the principles in PAUD development, such as holistic, contextual, meaningful, and fun. Student activeness in story learning also increased, this is because children can be the subject of the story so they feel enthusiastic and has a high interest to listening, asking and telling themselves in an event or somewhere according to the theme of the learning process.Keywords: Writing, Writing children's story, Smartphone Applications

The purpose of this research are to: 1) Describe and analyze student's response to entrepreneurship learning conducted by STKIP Siliwangi Bandung, 2) Describe and analyze student interest of STKIP Siliwangi Bandung about entrepreneurship movement, 3) Describe and analyze the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning conducted by STKIP Siliwangi Bandung and how much that can be perceived benefits by it students, and 4) Analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship learning with student interest of being an entrepreuneur in STKIP Siliwangi Bandung. Method used in this research is analytic descriptive study with data collection techniques using entrepreuneurial questionnaire. The population in this study was the STKIP students from the PendidikanLuarSekolah Education program who have received the Entrepreneurship course study. Samples were taken as many as 20 people by proportional random sampling. The results of the research are: 1) The learning process of entrepreneurship carried out by STKIP Siliwangi Bandung get good response from the students. 2) Most students show affection in entrepreneurship although they cannot be regarded as interest of becoming an entrepreneur because it can be influenced by other external and internal factors. 3) Effectiveness of entrepreneurial learning can be perceived by students because there has been a change of students mindset that after school graduation they should not always be a job seeker but also had a chance to become an entrepreneur. 4) There is a very low relation between entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship interest.

Indonesian reading culture is very low. Various ways to increase interest in reading have been done by the government. Reading Reading Movement, National Movement of Literacy of Nations has been regulated in Law no 43 of 2007 and Permendikbud No 23 year 2005. In support of the program, this research is conducted in Community Literacy Movement by Leader's Reading Challenge (LRC) method. This initiative is a form of Community Empowerment in Tourism Awareness Group (TAG) Stone Garden of West Bandung regency. The study titled Use of Leader's Reading Challenge (LRC) Method in Improving Reading Interest of Tourism Awareness Group (TAG) of West Bandung Regency through Community Reading Garden. LRC is a method used from South Australia namely Premier Reading Challenge (RRC). The method used is descriptive qualitative research. By taking observation data, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. Initial Conditions of the people who studied have low interest in reading because many factors cause. It is very influential is the low education, low economic and less facilitated to read and no activities of literacy movements in these tourist attractions. So after the research done, it appears the increase of reading interest with the indicator, reading activities in Community Reading Park (CRP) or in the tourist spot when .The indicator of reading success is that there has been the number of books read, there has been a review made also the existence of tree literasi. Internal factor which become indicator of success is with data of result of questionnaire expressing happiness after reading book. They feel happy with LRC Literacy activity. Constraints certainly exist, which is still a lot of interesting books to read, there are still activities that encourage people to motivate reading fond. There is still much more role and support from the government and the wider community in providing funds and also providing the means to manage Community Reading Gardens and the management of tourism literacy groups.
