Abstract

Customer or patient has a high bargaining power in the transaction process one health care services. Based on the Ministry of Health (2004) Health Center is a technical implementation unit DHO / State responsible for organizing the development of health in a working area. These services may include quality of service is defined as the difference between expectations or customers' perception of what is acceptable to use a five-dimensional assessment scale consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Further on patient satisfaction has been considered as an important contributor in the treatment and better health outcomes. As well as the loyalty of patients who have a very important influence on the development of a company or the health sector and other service providers. This type of research is quantitative non-probability where the total population used as a final sample size of 40 respondents conducted in May-June 2019 in RSUD Sungai Dareh Dharmasraya. The results showed that all three hypotheses can be accepted, because the results of data analysis on these three variables indicate the value of X greater than 1.96 and a significance value less than 0.05% with a positive value and the direction of the direct and indirect relationships. Thus it can be concluded that the higher quality of health care received by the patient's level of satisfaction and loyalty will also be high.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of headmaster’s transformational leadership style on the commitment of teacher organizational working in Public and Private Senior High School (SLTA) in Tanjungpinang City. The style of leadership being discussed is the influence idealization, inspiration, motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual considerations. The sample used is 224 Public and Private Senior High School Teachers in Tanjungpinang City. This Research was conducted by using multiple linear regression which examined the effect of independent variables on dependent variable by using SPSS version 22 software. The sample used in this research is the teacher of Public and Private Senior High School (SLTA) in Tanjungpinang City. From the result, the study found that the variables influence idealization, inspiration, motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual considerations have a significant effect on teacher organizational commitment. Variable intellectual stimulation has no significant effect on teacher organizational commitment. Simultaneously, the principal leadership style has a significant influence on teacher organizational commitment. Abstract

Program pendamping Koperasi dan UMKM ( Usaha Mikro dan Kecil Menengah) ini merupakan Program Kementerian Koperasi dan UMKM dilaksanakan dibawah koordinasi Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Tangerang Selatan. Namun program pendampingan yang dilakukan Dinas Koperasi pada saat ini ternyata hasilnya dianggap kurang sesuai harapan. Tak jarang banyak kalangan pendamping Koperasi dan UMKM Program pendampingan dikota Tangerang Selatan mempunyai kendalan dikarenakan kompetensi pendamping dan sistem kelembagaan (capasity building) serta aspek manajerial masih tidak dimiliki oleh pendamping sehingga dalam bertugas memberikan nasehat (advisory) dan konsultansi yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan operasional usaha dan Koperasi sehari-hari seringkali tidak dapat membantu memberikan pemecahan dari segala permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha dan Koperitu masih sebatas birokrasi Semua Sehingga kinerja dari pelaku Usaha dan Koperasi masih belum maksimal untuk di tingkatkan.oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu model pendampingan yang tepat agar apa yang menjadi harapan Ibu Walikota Tangerang dapat terwujud. Hasil penelitian maka diperoleh nilai Ks= 0 artinya tugas pendamping pun masih belum dikatakan bagus ( tidak layak) dijalankan. Hasil kinerja pendamping adalah 0, berada rentang 0-<0.10 yang artinya kinerja pendamping adalah buruk dan tidak memberikan kemajuan pelaku Bahwa program pendamping tidak dapat menciptakan iklim usaha yang kondusif, dikarenakan pendamping kurang mendukung atau tidak dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi pelaku Usaha dan koperasi. Seperti masalah dalam mendapatkan bantuan permodalan dari Dinas Koperasi, membantu memberikan perlindungan bagi pengusaha kecil dikarenakan sulitnya pengurusan legalisasi lembaganya atau usahanya sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan kemitraan dalam usahanya karena kualitas pekerja serta kompetensi pelaku yang dimiliki masih kurang, sehingga masih banyak pelaku usaha mempunyai kinerja usahanya masih rendah dari sesuai harapan. Kompetensi pendamping yang dimiliki masih belum memadai, banyang tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaaan, manejemen, keuangan dan hukum. sehingga berdampak pada kemajuan suha kecil menegah dan Koperasi yang di lakukan pendampingan. Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of the training and discipline on the employee performance in De Green City hotel Bandar Lampung. Type of this research wa quantitative research using an associative method. Population of this research was De Green City hotel employees. The number of this sample was 39 respondents. Data collecting technique used in this research was questionnaires. Data Analysis technique used in this research was a multiple linier regression. Moreover, the hypothesis test was t-test and F-test. The result of this research showed that (1) the training affected the employee performance; (2) the discipline affected the employee performance; and, (3) the training and discipline simultaneously affected the employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of satisfaction, trust, choice reduction and habit neither entire nor partial towards customer’s loyalty of PT Great Seasons Tours and Travel. The independent variable in this research are satisfaction, trust and choice reduction and habit and the dependent variable is the customer's loyalty. The population of this research are 1739 Respondent that have joined which is the customer’s from PT. Great Seasons Tours dan Travel at Batam City. The sample in this research are 325 respondents, it was taken by using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. This data research have been tested by using multi regression analysis method and the statistic data indicated valid and reliable. The test result by partially can be concluded that satisfaction, trust and choice reduction and habit are significantly effect to customer’s loyalty. The research result show that simultantly satisfaction, trust and choice reduction and habit effect significantly towards customer’s loyalty.

Abstract

In the competitive business world today, many industries face the flux of rapid change, especially in the industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore companies should focus on innovative work behavior (IWB) in order to gain a competitive advantage. This research tested the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on the innovative work behavior by taking a manufacturing industry in Tangerang as a case. Population and sample is 160 employees with census method. Data collection technique is using questionnaire with likert scale. The instrument used to measure transformational leadership is an adaptation of Podsakof et al (1990). The instrument for measuring organizational climate adopted from the Organizational Climate Measure (OCM) developed by Patterson et al (2005). Meanwhile, to measure innovative work behavior adapted from (Jong & Hartog, 2008). Analysis from this study is using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 as a statistic tools. The result was transformational leadership gave a positive effect and significant on the organizational climate. The transformational leadership and the organizational climate also gave a positive effect and significant on the innovative work behavior partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of the capital structure of the company with profitability and growth of the company as a variable moderation. The data used in this research is data skunder originating from the financial report of companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2011 - 2015. By using purposive sampling, this research got 30 sample company. Methods of analysis used in this study is a moderated regression analysis (MRA). The Result of research indicate that capital structure have an effect on positive to company value. Besides this research indicate that profitability can strengthen influence of capital structure to company value. Growth of company can strengthen influence of capital structure to company value.

Abstract

This Research aims to determine empirically the direct effect and simultaneous effect of variables trust, communication and customer loyalty. This research involved 83 customer of the PT Spectrum Lintas Service Batam as research sample. Based on the research results of reliability and validity testing showed that all the statements in each variable reliable and valid. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with statistical software, SPSS 20. The results of this research are : confidence positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, communication positive and significant impact on customer loyalty and trust and communication together positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.The trust have positive impact and significant on the customer loyalty with coefficient of 0,371. The communication have positive impact and significant on the customer loyalty with coefficient of 0,221. The trust and communication have positive impact and significant of the customer loyalty with coefficient of 1,597.

Abstract

The purpose of the study explains the evaluation of accounting information systems on cash disbursement procedures in the family cooperative Large PT Semen Padang. This research uses descriptive method. The subject of this research is the department store of Cooperative Family of PT Semen Padang. The study explains that: 1) cash expenditures consist of purchasing merchandise that incurs debt and cash expenditures to finance operational activities. Cash disbursement system with a check that the amount of cash disbursement above Rp. 1,000,000.- and cash through small cash funds amounting to less than Rp. 1,000,000.-, 2) payments of checks payable can be made by the check taker directly to the treasury by carrying the established supporting evidence and paying the debt by check from the bank account by transferring the supplier's cash money, 3) the internal control system of the procedure Cash disbursements run well, because the function of the cash parent and accounting division has occurred separation of functions and running as it should.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse promotion and Affiliate marketing in boosting room sales in non-networked hotel guests. In carrying out operations the hotel can use social media to conduct promotional activities. By doing this marketing strategy the hotel will get a better spotlight from users because based on the number of online travel users with the help of social media is the highest in Southeast Asia to the present. Of course in its implementation using direct channel as a business role model, the role of online travel agency to make room booking with price promotion with profit margin favorable for both parties. In the implementation of online travel agents have a risk when not able to sell the package on the prospective visitors of the hotel. We use quantitative explanatory research models using accidental sampling at 60 non-network hotels in Batam is used as a respondent scattered in Batam city. The results obtained from two supporting variables namely promotion and affiliate Marketing showed positive results. The test results showed that non-network hotel promotion and business affiliations from online travel agencies played an important role in the hotel room sales assessment process.
