Abstract

This research to analysis Competency factor, work culture, and Work commitment the influences towards work achievement of certified educators for certified educators batam city. For kinds of research are Explanatory case study and analysis method that using phat analysis with 135 sample respondent. The method to exam with vapidities person rank and rehabilitees, Alpa cronbach exam toword research instrument. To evaluate in fluencies of Competency factor, work culture and Work commitment towards work achievement of certified educators in Permata Harapan School by using path analysis or standardized regression and calculated trough SPSS program for windows version 22. After had been worked the research and evaluation as method above the result are show that Competency factor work culture and Work commitment has positive influences and significant toward work achievement of certified educators as good as stimulant or partial. Base on data analysis, conclusion that the proposes theoretical model can be used to predict work achievement of certified educators in Permata Harapan School. The variable included in the conceptual model shows a strong pattern of positive relationship so that all the hypothesis proposes in this research study are received well.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this research is the lack of interest in student entrepreneurship to graduate graduates. This causes many educated unemployed, the thought of students and graduates is that they can work, without thinking about how they create their own jobs. The method in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach, samples were taken randomly with 84 students using the Slovin formula from a population of 106 students. Data collection techniques in the form of instruments in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire documentation and observation. Analysis techniques in this study are quantitative using descriptive statistics, and subsequently using multiple linear regression, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. From the results of the analysis table above the effect of Self-Efficacy (X1) on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) obtained t Count = 0.298 <t table 3.110 with the value of sig. = 0.767, because the significance is greater than 0.05, which is 0.767), namely rejecting H1, the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest with a value of t Calculate = 7.631> t Table 3.110, because the significance is less than 0.05, 0.000 and accept H1. Simultaneously the F Test Result is 29,137> from 3,110 F Table with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, it can be concluded rejecting H0. Thus there is an effect between Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurship Education simultaneously influencing the Interest of Entrepreneurship by 41.8% and receiving H1

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of promotion strategies on the development of Lakey beach as an English-based tourism destination. Lakey Beach is famous for its beautiful beaches and its waves are hampered by its development due to several factors including promotional activities that are rarely carried out by the relevant government, facilities and accommodations that are still incomplete and English language skills and proficiency at Lakey Beach are still lacking. English language skills for guides or people who are on the beach are very influential on the satisfaction of tourists, especially foreign tourists when visiting. The research method used was associative research where the research location was located on Lakey Beach, Hu’u Dompu. Population in this study were all local and foreign tourists who had visited Lakey Beach with total sample of 96 people. Variable Measurement The research in this study uses a score that refers to the use of the Likert scale with the data analysis technique used, namely simple linear regression analysis using the equation, namely: Y = a + bx. The results of the study show that the Promotion Strategy has a significant influence on Tourism Development Based on English. This is evidenced by the value of tcount> t table which is 10.961> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Gugus Kendali Mutu dan Produktivitas Kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 173 responden dari UMKM di Provinsi Lampung. Itu digunakan untuk melakukan proses data. Selanjutnya, 173 responden tersebut dibagi menjadi 114 UMKM GKM dan 59 UMKM Non-GKM. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan 15 variabel untuk mengukur Gugus Kendali Mutu dan Produktivitas Kerja. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa ada hasil yang signifikan dalam beberapa variabel Gugus Kendali Mutu terhadap variabel Produktivitas Kerja. Itu menunjukkan bahwa 15 variabel instrumen berhasil mengukur dampak Gugus Kendali Mutu dan Produktivitas. Selain itu, ditemukan perbedaan hasil antara UMKM GKM dan UMKM Non-GKM di Provinsi Lampung.

Abstract

Performance specialists is something that is very important in order to achieve the objectives Hospital Organization for specialists is the frontline in the service of clients in the hospital so important to know the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact / influence of the system of remuneration and working environment on the performance and motivation as an intervening or mediating variable in the installation department of obstetrics and child XYZ Hospital Padang. This study uses a quantitative approach to research explanatori. Sampling in the Census, ie as many as 36 people obstetricians and children. Data analysis technique used in this study using the approach Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that there was no significant effect between remuneration and the performance of the T statistics amounted to 0.549 (less than 1.96) and the p value 0.002 (greater than 0.05) so the hypothesis is rejected. No significant difference between the work environment and performance statisticsT is smaller than TTable and p value is greater than alpha so the hypothesis is rejected. No significant difference between the motivation to work on performance because the hypothesis is rejected. A significant difference between the remuneration and motivation to work as much as 2.8%. No significant difference between the working environment on work motivation for the hypothesis is rejected. While remuneration on performance mediated by labor motivation does not have a significant effect.

Abstract

Nation's economic growth is currently increasing along with the development of the tourism industry in Indonesia. The increase also affects regional income that has potential tourism objects. This research was conducted in Owabong (Bojongsari Water Tourism Object) with the aim of wanting to find out the influence of destination images on loyalty through satisfaction as a mediating variable. Data obtained by questionnaire method against 145 visitors of Bojongsari water attractions. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study are destination image and satisfaction have a positive influence on visitor loyalty, but satisfaction is not able to be a mediating variable between destination image and loyalty. Keywords: Destination image, satisfaction, loyalty.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, karena metode ini dapat menganalisis semua kegiatan secara terencana sehingga menghasilkan data sebagai respons terhadap suatu masalah atau untuk menguji suatu hipotesis. Peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa sumber data termasuk data primer dan data sekunder. Peran pemerintah daerah Cilegon telah sangat maksimal, dalam hal fasilitas telah terbukti bahwa pemerintah daerah telah memperluas lahan pada tahun 2014. Kemudian dari pemerintah daerah regulari terus berusaha sehingga semua tempat umum termasuk pasar tradisional terus tingkatkan Ketertiban, Kebersihan, dan Kecantikan untuk kenyamanan bersama dengan dikeluarkannya peraturan daerah ini. Dengan dikeluarkannya sejumlah peraturan ini, telah membuktikan bahwa pemerintah daerah kota Cilegon telah secara maksimal menjalankan perannya, tempat-tempat umum, termasuk pasar tradisional, pasar baru, burung merak sehingga mereka terus tumbuh dan bahkan mengalami peningkatan sehingga akan mensejahterakan semua pihak. Dalam hal peningkatan penjualan, para peneliti menganalisis bahwa dari total 556 kios, hanya 31 atau hanya 5,57%, kios kosong atau kosong, ini menunjukkan bahwa minat pedagang untuk menjual di pasar masih sangat tinggi, dan itu terkait dengan meningkatnya jumlah orang yang merasa berpuasa sebagai konsumen untuk layanan, kenyamanan dan keamanan pasar Peacock Baru, sehingga mereka terus mengunjungi pasar-pasar ini, ini semua dicapai berkat bantuan dan partisipasi semua

Abstract

Patient falls incident are unplanned incident with or without injuries in the inpatient unit. Based on minimum service standards, the fall incident which is part of patient safety is expected as 0%. Based on preliminary data from the Quality and Risk Management Committee in "Y" Hospital Padang there were 53 patient safety incidents where the most incidents were falls with 11 incidents. Inpatient is the most fallen location that is 5 incidents then followed by emergency room and outpatient. Therefore "Y" Hospital in Padang did not reach the standards of the Accreditation Commission that is zero accident. The purpose of this study was to analyze the causes and components that play a role in the incidence of falls in "Y" hospital in Padang. This study uses qualitative research by conducting semi-structured interviews, document review, and observation. Interviews were conducted with 21 informants. The components studied are individual characteristics (education, work experience, competence, age), nature of work (complexity of treatment, cooperation in units, disturbances/interruptions), physical environment (facilities), organizational and social environment (Standard Operating Procedure / SOP), and management factors (organizational structure, safety culture). The results showed that the minimum standard of education was sufficient but the percentage was not up to standard, the number of nurses needed was still lacking. The complexity of the treatment that consist of the type of diagnosis and the treatment has a high risk of falling, disruption in units is visiting hours that is not appropriate. Facilities that are still incomplete. The implementation of SOP is not optimal yet. The conclusion of the implementation of injury prevention due to falling patients is not optimal.

Abstract

Peraturan Pemerintah RI No. 50 Tahun 2012 yang memberikan penerapan peraturan SMK3 demi tercapainya efektifitas maupun mencegah dan mengurangi kecelakaan kerja maupun penyakit akibat kerja. Kesejahteraan para pekerja, terlindunginya para pekerja, terjaganya kesehatan, diharapkan dapat mampu meningkatkan kinerjanya. Dalam penelitian ini, ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh iklim k3 terhadap kinerja, sistem manajemen terhadap kinerja, perilaku terhadap kinerja, iklim k3 terhadap perilaku dan sistem manajemen k3 terhadap perilaku dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 150 orang karyawan diperusahaan galangan kota Batam. Dengan melakukan uji validitas dan rebilitas menggunakan SPSS 16 dan analisa SEM dengan menggunakan aplikasi AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim k3 terhadap perilaku, pengaruhnya kolerasinya sangat kuat dan adanya pengaruh signifikan sistem manajemen k3 terhadap perilaku k3 dengan kolerasi lemah.

Abstract

The main problem in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) development is the financial management. Of course it can happen if the agent of MSMEs have the knowledge in the field of accountancy. If the agent of MSMEs desire to earn an extra financial capital, they are required to present the financial report as one of prerequirement of the filings loan to the bank. It means that the agent of MSMEs must be concerned to arrange the financial report as representation of its business condition because of the insistence of the other party. The practice of accountancy in sector of MSMEs Kubu Raya district is still low and have a weakness. The weakness caused a lack of accountancy knowledge as well as the low understanding of the Standard Accounting Finance from the agent of MSMEs. It happened because there is not regulations require that prepare the financial report to the sector of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the influence of the education level, accountancy understanding, accountancy training, and the business scale to the implementation of preparation its financial report to MSMEs in Kubu Raya district. The population of this study is the agent of MSMEs in Kubu Raya district, West Kalimantan. The technique of sample is using simple random sampling. The data used is the primary data in the form of questionnaire. The techniques of data analysis are using validity test, reliability test, assuming classic test, and double regression test. The result of the research shows that partially the variable of education level, accountancy understanding, and the business scale have influence to the implementation of preparation its financial report. While the variable of accountancy training does not have influence to the implementation of preparation its financial report. Whereas simultaneously the result obtained that four independent variables have influence to its dependent variable.
