<![CDATA[One indicator to see the economic growth of a region is to see the growth of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). GDP growth is dependent on the growth of several sectors of the economy, one of which is the industrial sector. Batam is the largest city in the Riau Islands whose economic base is the industrial sector. During the period of 2010 until 2016, the contribution of the industrial sector to Batam city gross domestic product tend to decrease. During the seven years only in 2013 which increased the contribution of industrial sector to PDRB Batam city. Because in 2013 the economic growth is relatively stable. During 2010-2016 the industrial production value always increased but its growth tended to decrease. The largest decrease occurred in 2016 that is decreased by 2.27% from (4.62-6.89). During the period 2010-2016 the contribution of the industrial sector to the GDP of Batam city is in very good category, this is because the contribution of this industry sector is always more than 50%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a descriptive verification study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Prunabon Global Supplies Indonesia. The research sample was selected using random sampling techniques to obtain the experimental and control groups. Based on the results of data processing, that PT. Prunabon Global Supplies Indonesia in the training method using the hall method. The results showed that in the experimental group some employees responded positively to training with an average value of 81.26, while the average in the control group was 75.51. The percentage increase from before and after treatment in the experimental group was 10% while the control group was 5.29%. And the statistical hypothesis test shows a significant value (t) 0,000 is smaller than α determined (0.05) or seen from the hypothesis testing criteria obtained t count greater than t table (3.849 ≥ 1.669) thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that training is very influential in increasing employee work productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the pattern of Batam City residents consumption of snack products produced by Malaysia. This goal is motivated by the population of Batam City comes from various ethnic groups in Indonesia and the pattern of consumption of snacks produced by Malaysia is very high. The approach used in this research is qualitative with ethnography method. The ethnographic form used is realistic ethnography that is an objective report of the situation, usually written in the third person's point of view and objectively reporting the information learned from the participants somewhere. The reason for using this method is because of the researcher's need to describe how cultural groups are going and to explore the behaviors and problems they face. Sampling technique is by purposive sampling. The result of the research shows that there are seven topics that illustrate the tendency of people consumption pattern of Batam City for Malaysian snack food product that is to buy souvenirs (handmade) of foreign-made (Malaysia) brand means cool, in terms of price is much cheaper if buying Malaysian handmade brands, Malaysian-made snack packs have varied aesthetics, Malaysian snack products are in accordance with the tongue of all Indonesians, Malaysia's elegantly polished, Malaysian-made snack food has an expired rate Malaysian people understand the behavior of people doing homecoming activities by producing simple and elegant snacks, the people of Batam have a low awareness of "I love Indonesian products", in the end this Malaysian snack product is deadly small and medium enterprises (SMEs) local.]]>

<![CDATA[This research measuring the profitability of Sharia banks Indonesia with using CAMEL ratio. The proxy of CAMEL ratio is CAR, NPF, NPM, BOPO and FDR variables. The object of reserach is Public Sharia banks has published Financial Statement period of 2012-2016 with amount 10 banks.Technical analysis of data used Multiple Regression. The result showed that CAR, NPF, NPM, BOPO and FDR had simultaneous effect of profitability (ROA) with R2 75,6% with significance level α = 0.05. CAR and BOPO have a negative and significantly effect on profitability ratios. While the NPM and FDR variables have a negative and significantly effect on the profitability, and NPF variable have no effect.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Peran Pemerintah dan Kinerja UKM dalam meningkatkan Value Produk yang dimediasi oleh Orientasi Kewirausahaan di Kota Bima, jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Peran pemerintah berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan Value Produk, akan tetapi Peran pemerintah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan Value Produk yang dimediasi oleh Orientasi Kewirausahaan. Kinerja UKM berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Kinerja UKM Berpengaruh secara Signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Value Produk yang dimediasi oleh Orientasi Kewirausahaan pada UKM di Kota Bima.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on the performance of employee Youth and Sports officer Pematangsiantar City. The poor performance of the youth and sports office in responding to the challenges of the related field becomes the subject of the problem. The data was collected through questionnaires distributed and carried out in 37 Youth and Sports Officials of Pematangsiantar City. The method used in this study using research methods Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. Based on the analysis results obtained that the factors that affect employee performance is the style of leadership. This is proved by the T-statistic value of leadership style variables higher than T-tables. While the motivation does not affect the performance of employees.]]>

<![CDATA[Pokok permasalahan pada penelitian ini karena adanya pembentukan komite audit dalam mekanisme good corporate governance yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan di bidang akuntansi atau keuangan belum memiliki kesadaran pentingnya menjalankan peran pengawasan dan pengendalian pengelolaan aktivitas lingkungan, sehingga komite audit belum mencapai keberhasilan untuk meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan dan dampaknya belum dapat menghasilkan sinyal positif terhadap harga pasar yang bertujuan meningkatkan return saham yang maksimal dalam pengungkapan informasi didalam laporan tahunan. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh voluntary disclosure dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap return saham dengan good corporate governance sebagai pemoderasi. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan jasa sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013 – 2018. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling sehingga menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Metode analisis statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa voluntary disclosure berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham, kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham, good corporate governance dapat memperkuat pengaruh voluntary disclosure signifikan terhadap return saham dan good corporate governance memperlemah pengaruh kinerja lingkungan terhadap return saham. Sedangkan secara simultan, menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh voluntary disclosure, kinerja lingkungan, good corporate governance memoderasi voluntary disclosure dan good corporate governance memoderasi kinerja lingkungan terhadap return saham.]]>

<![CDATA[Technology development had been advanced and increasing rapidly, where today almost all the learning activities carried out on the basis of the system. One example is SMK YASPIKA Tanjung Balai Karimun. This study aims to determine whether the information technology affects the student’s motivation or not. The object of research is taken from students at SMK YASPIKA in Tanjung Balai Karimun. Use saturated sampling technique for collecting samples and its involved 239 respondents. The analytical method used is simplified linear regression set of information technology as an independent variable and student motivation as the dependent variable. Results of analysis in this study using SPSS version 20 indicates that information technology (X) has an effect on student motivation (Y) using T test, and test results indicate that the effect of R student motivation is not only influenced by information technology variable but also other variables which are not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The focus in this research is to find out whether the implementation of VMI system can be reduced logistics cost and raw material cost at PT. Prasinda Nugraha. This research is an alleged operational cost and target sales target caused by the decline. The sample has been taken from PT.Prasinda Nugraha financial report period 2014 - 2017 so that the sample. The data that has been taken is done to measure and ensure that the data already exists under normal circumstances and feasible for further analysis. The result of this research is significant influence (58,7%) between applying VMI system (Vendor Manage Inventory) to decreasing logistic cost (Y1). This study also proves a significant influence (73.2%) of the application of VMI to the decline in the cost of providing raw materials to increase product sales in PT. Prasinda Nugraha.]]>
